They'll "spin" you. Had me waiting for hours, but saying "in route". There was, and is no need for this as we all have life on life's terms to attend too. I'll never have anything towed here again.
JERRY WAS AMAZING! I HAD TWO COMPANIES MAKE EXCUSES FOR NOT BEING ABLE TO TOW MY VEHICLE WITH A BROKEN TIE ROD DUE TO SIZE AND DISTANCE . JERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND TOWED THE VEHICLE 60 MILES TO THE BODY SHOP. I WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE.
Amanda (I am pretty confident that is her name) answered the phone at 2am and was extremely courteous and polite. I was able to schedule a tow pick up time for 7am from my work place . The tow driver arrived on time, as courteous and professional as could be. I hope to never need a tow again, but I know who I will call. Thank you very much for making an unpleasant event go as pleasant as possible.
Update... After waiting more than 2 hours on 8May23 for my insurance company's towing service, I called Hubbard's once again and was on the hook in less than 40 minutes. Great customer service agent once again and quick service. Thanks.
I mean for a tow down the street it was a little overpriced but the overall service was great. The price was a bit out of their hands because of the pick up and load up fee but they gaave great waiting times and wonderful service. Greatly appreciated
Highly unprofessional. They don't send certified letters until they have a nice fat bill since they charge 25$ per day for the first 5 then a laughable 75$ per day after the first five. They wait about 20 Days to send the certified letter and wont send pictures of the car for you to even know if its worth paying or taking the time to go to the lot.
Police had my vehicle towed here; told them I left my cellphone in it and was coming to get it. Got my phone, got home and found they stole both the battery and SIM card out of it! They actually tried to blame it on the police: I called District 3 and they said Hubbard did it, not them. Pretty pathetic petty thief’s.
Stranded on the side of the road and running out of options, I see a Hubbard's Towing truck, empty, pass by. Perfect! I give them a call, and the lady that answers tells me "We don't have any truck available tonight". "I just saw one pass by though" I responded. "Have a good night" she said and hung up. Didn't even bother to see if someone was in the area.
Had an experience with a terrible driver from this company. Driver pulls left of center as I'm coming head on towards him almost colliding and he honks and tries to place blame on me. Wouldn't reccomend a company that behaves this way.
I didn't even get past the phone with them. Called on a Saturday afternoon. My work van broke down (transmission). I was trying to schedule a tow for Monday when Fuller Ford is open. Grouchy woman in a grumble voice said, "You'll have to call back Monday for that". Sounded like she had a $2 Phone that her business number was forwarded to. Out of stupidity, I called back Monday after 8am. Phone rang about 10 times before she picked up. Same woman, same horrible connection. The woman is just no pleasant to talk to. I hung up and called another tow. Not going to deal with that $hit on a Monday morning
Most pathetic attempt at being professional. I set up an early morning towing a day in advance. After about 5 calls this morning, their negligence caused them to make me an hr+ late for my first day of class. No Apologies, and intentionally bad time estimates.
Just got home from being broken down on 74W, just before the North Bend exit. Lady on the phone was polite, recommended an auto shop in Covington, where I wanted the car towed. Eta was 30 mins, actual arrival was about 15-20. Buster was the driver, and he was friendly, polite, and speedy. No complaints, just an overall positive experience in such a less then desirable situation.
So frustrated. Just called there to see if I can get my son picked up in Hamilton, OH because he's stranded and the lady that answered the phone acted like I was bothering her. In fact, she commented "Jesus!" while I was talking to her. I told her never mind and found another towing company that was way NICER and willing to help!!!! I cannot stand when people act like it's a problem to help and do their job.
