Not sure about the business itself so i will give it 5 stars but one of their drivers is very rude and does not know how to talk to people all because he couldn't come into my restaurant during the heavy snow fall because I was Drive Thru only that day and his wreaker didn't fit in my lane he got out and cussed out Very poor customer service if this is how he acts with real customers on side of road I would rather freeze or wait on someone else to tow me than him
Went over a curb and got stuck teetering, with one tire in the air. Called one company and they couldn't come out and was told to call Blust. They answered right away and Gary was there within 10 minutes. He was able to get me out without any additional damage. Definitely will be saving their number for any other emergencies.
Can not say enough good things about Blust Towing!!!! Last night, on Christmas Eve in the deep snow and frigid temps, our van got a flat tire. My husband pulled off the highway and to the side of the road at the nearest exit. We called the auto club who responded that they were trying to find a tow service for us and a long, long time passed with no response. Hubby tried calling them back and was put on hold forever…in the meantime, my daughter and I started calling other tow companies. Over and over, we were told that they were closed or didn’t have anyone available to tow us, some said closed until Monday and this was Saturday night about 9pmish. Finally, one of the calls resulted in someone recommending Blust. We called and held our collective breath as the man on the other end of the phone said he’d have someone out to us within 30 minutes!!!! We were THRILLED and guess what? They followed through!!!!! They were there when they said they’d be!!!! My daughter and I took a Lyft home to get another car to bring my husband home while Blust got the car ready to be towed to the tire store to hopefully, repair on Monday. Blust ROCKS!!!!! If and when we need another tow, we’ll be calling them again!!!!! Thank-You, Blust!!!!!!
Car was towed after an accident and whoever was in the car, went through the console, (who knows what else) and stole my wifes rx sunglasses. Real classy business
First there was the car accident, and then the towing lot. where I left the totaled vehicle. I was upset upon arriving, due to circumstances. But the employee was so generous and even helped unload my car and carry things to the Uber Driver which I forgot to mention he provided for me as well. two thumbs up for me pal. Now to find another ...
Blust always ends up being the quickest to respond when I need a tow. They're also the most reasonable on price. I pretty much just call them first anymore.
The owner of the company came out at 5am and towed me after 3 others companies either refused me service or failed to answer my call. Gave me a very fair price and excellent service.
