I called for a quote on a cash for junk car. A lady answered. When I asked if they are interested in buying my car. She did said that they did not do that anymore and then hung up on me. I called back to tell her that if she is bothered by people calling, instead of being rude. Contact Google and remove their posting of buying junk cars. She raised her voice with me, going off on me about how they don't do that anymore. And hung up on me again. So instead of listening to anyone that calls and taking some critical advice. She rather have bad reviews be associated with the company that she works for. As an fellow business owner, I would get this person away from my business. How would she respond if I was to come in and buy a vehicle. I immediately want to tell everyone to not do ANY business with this company based on the answering service I received. If this is the first response that a customer receives, this place of business will go under.
The man who answerd the phone was not friendly at all. I was just fine with him not being interested in my old junker and not making an offer however he was rather rude about it. Being in customer service myself I believe I am quilified to say he was horrible at customer relations. They were very rude and uninviting. I would not waste my time with this place there avarage rating of two stars says everything u need to know!
