This company was called by police to assist pulling our trailer from the inclined parking. Tow truck arrived and unexperienced tow driver broke the spring inside one of teh break chambers and decided to leave the trailer there stating they attempted the work but unsuccessful and they demanded money even they did not pulled the trailer out but they damaged our trailer and left it there!!!
Dispatch person working tonight is the most unprofessional person who has harassed our driver and our dispatcher demanding money and making threats to damage both the truck and trailer(again). He was very creepy and he was screaming to us over the phone on the recorded line and our company will be suing this company and their dispatcher for RACIAL hate words this person was telling us and because of harassment we received during their money extortion practice.
We had to pay them the extortion money because they are working closely with the police and they threatened to arrest our driver for nonpayment and to impound the truck!
STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES AND ROAD PIRATES!! WE WILL BE SUING THEM AND THESE KIND OF COMPANIES SHOULD NOT EXISTS BECAUSE THEY ONLY HARM AND ABUSE THE SYSTEM BY COLABORATING WITH POLICE OFFICERS TO HARM THE TRUCK DRIVERS !!
Don’t recommend this place. My car was towed. And I told the tow truck driver that my window doesn’t roll down. And he rolled it down anyways. And now it will not roll back up. I think they should pay for the damages! Also the tow truck guy used my car jack to jack my car and then over charged me. I think they should pay for my window for damaging it. And I think they should be charged for using my car jack. Also they towed my vehicle to their location just over my rear tire falling off. This ain’t right… I’ll be sure to file a law suit against them and that guy that broken my window. Also my attorney/ lawyer will be taking care of this one. And not only that he was using profanity towards me. It happened between 1:25am-3:00am on 04/04/2025. He tried to charge me $500.00 just over my back rear tire. This is insane. He also told me to give him my damn key fob. Ridiculous how they can talk to you and treat you.. and all I was being polite and respectful towards the tow man.
Clutch blew in terrible timing while Gray’s was closed and one tower, Trey, came in during his off hours going above and beyond to help me out! My car is lowered and quite the obstacle for any tower but Trey showed his professionalism and made it look like a piece of cake!! It was refreshing to have someone so personable, careful, and genuine to give my business to rather than an automated experience you get anywhere else. Very pleased with my experience with Gray’s and I’d recommend them to anyone- regardless the situation. Thanks Gray’s and thank you Trey!

On Sunday evening, I was stuck down the slope of a very muddy drive. One call to C. at Gray's Towing and within the hour, I was scheduled and pulled up to solid cement by a competent tow truck driver, T. Payment was made via phone "on the spot" and receipt sent immediately. I highly recommend Gray's Towing because of their kind, understanding, efficient and knowledgeable work.
Grays towing was there for us in an instant when we found ourselves dead in the water...well rain anyways. The rate was affordable and reasonable. The man we spoke to on the phone as well as the man who came to rescue us and get our vehicle home safe were incredibly professional and kind. We were lucky to have such a company so close to home! Thank you.
Ps he was a real professional driver, we see a lot of folks try to turn large vehicles around in our cul de sac and damage yards and property on their way, this gentleman did not harm a single blade of grass as he maneuvered and drove flawlessly.
Same situation as Cathy. Discussed with Deputy and they stated to just let it go. Hopefully they will take Grays off their crash towing list. I was happy to bring the title and let them scrap. Now they can fight Hamilton county for the title and hopefully learn the sheriffs are on our side and stop with the gauging.
Greedy, heartless, and a manipulative company. My daughter was involved in a wreck just last week. She was taken by ambulance to the Emergency Room. After a few hours she had a friend take her to retrieve items from the car. Was told if she didn't pay $285 ( supposedly discounted) and change she couldn't get any items out. She would also be charged $40 a day storage fee unless she signed the vehicle over to them. The items she wanted was the urn her newborn daughter's ashes were in, the babies hat and blanket given to mothers who lost their baby at birth. The only other thing wanted was her folder with birth certificates and social security cards for her and her other children. She was given powerful medication and couldn't think. Does it really cost that much for a 3 mile tow? They told me it was $225 just to come out and hook it up ( it was considered a police tow), $40 for an entire day even though it was only a few hours, and labor to clean up the road from the wreck. A regular tow is only $110 for hookup and mileage ( only 3 miles from the crash site) Being they got her vehicle with over $400 in new parts, you think they could have given her a true discount. They say they just crush the cars but you can actually make $ parting it out first. Her sister was in the area a few days later and the car they crush was still there. They gave me so much bs trying to justify everything. I finally hung up. On their website they say competitive prices and also can't even decide how long they've been in business. Not competitive prices at all, even when its a Police Tow. If you can tow for $110 you obviously could have helped her out. I'm not saying give her the tow for free but given her a real discount. Others agree with me and will also being posting reviews. This could've been avoided if they could have shown even an ounce of compassion.
I won't be surprised if there are several 5 star reviews, I've seen it before. Companies have friends and families post false reviews as to not drop their stars.

Can't believe this place charges fees for the weekend when they impound your vehicle and they're closed. So if union township takes your vehicle and sends it to this place remember to get their before 4pm or 4:30pm and before the weekend. It should be against human rights for them to be able to extort money out of people all because they make a mistake. I hope this place closes down.
Terrible! we had a car that was imponded by the police back in March 2023 and was being held for evidence until October and we recived a letter yesterday saying that we have only 15 days to pay 10 thousand dollars?? Even though we are the leasing company? And Gray's is unwilling to give us more time because "you can't just leave a car to rot" even though we could not get the car out before October because of the police hold???
I've used Grays Towing on two occasions to tow our 2009 Workhorse W42 and it's a big 26 foot rig. Both times they were extremely professional, arrived sooner than anticipated, knowledgeable and thoroughly. They even called when our truck was delivered and explained what do to next. I HIGHLY recommend them and wouldn't use anyone else. They are a local family owned business and it's evident.

Gray's towing absolutely SAVED THE DAY. My car broke down on the side of a very busy road, and I proceeded to first call AAA. They ended up taking 6 hours and then needed me to bring the key, which I had already dropped off at the mechanic. I called Gray's, and in the time it took me to start and end my call at AAA earlier in the day, the very kind and friendly Angela already had my car picked up. It was a VERY reasonable price and without a doubt saved me from further headache and a potential impound! I will always use them from here on out.

Called Gray’s on a Sunday, hoping to get my boyfriend’s car towed about 3 miles down the street, from my parents house to ours. Angela was the dispatcher and she was extremely polite and eager to help out. She was able to get the tow scheduled right away, which was way quicker then I thought it would of been. Very impressed. The tow truck driver was very knowledgeable and friendly also. He called when he arrived and completed the tow job flawlessly. They even texted me my receipt after all was said and done. I've used them on several occasions for various reasons. Dispatch as well as drivers always polite and respectful. Most recently my wife's starter went out and bc of location of starter was tough to tap. Driver came out and rather than charging a tow fee he was able to use a long bar and hammer, got me going and saved me about 50 bucks, can't beat that

Used these guys for probably 20 years at this point. Just used them recently and they did a great job. They have always towed to any mechanic I have wanted so don't understand the review where they were forced to tow to their yard. They have always been upfront on their towing estimates for me, and the final charge has always been spot on or less than estimated.
