Thieves! DO NOT GET YOUR VEHICLE REPAIRED HERE.. My father was involved in an accident in late 2021, heavy damage to a brand new truck while traveling through the area, we live in Cleveland. Truck was towed here post accident. Not soon after, my father had a massive stroke and is now disabled. This body shop, having learned my father is disabled, kept the truck for over 2 years claiming supply chain issues and parts shortages. At one point they admitted to using parts off of our truck for other repairs! We ended up suing for damages and possession of the truck, the owner and the family never even bothered showing up for court. We won by default and repossessed the truck - which STILL was not fixed however that insurance check was cashed almost ASAP. We dug in further.. The place where they operate out of is Xenia which falls under Greene county courts.. if you check the public records, there are liens and all sorts of issues.. Makes total sense. During our proceedings they retained a lawyer last minute to stall proceedings as well. Lawyers kept delaying, as lawyers always do.. abusing the court system and proceedings by dragging it all out hoping we give up, which took another year. We ended up winning. Lower than scum. Absolute scammers and thieves! Take your car here at your own risk!
Poor communication with this shop. Very difficult to get a return phone call or text. Truck has been here for over a month and still not repaired. We understand parts being difficult to obtain but lack of communication is very frustrating.
Called shop to have rear fender work done. Actually, I went in on 12/21 so they could look at it and decide if they would do the work. They agreed. Said they could get the car done right after the first of the year. It is now Jan 29. I have called weekly to ask about the status of my parts so I could bring the car in. Was told "we'll check on the parts and get back to you in a day or so". Not 1 single call back. If you don't want to work on the car, just say so. Not impressed
ETA 3/19/25: finally got someone to call me back. Parts finally came in, and the car was repaired quickly. No complaints at all about the actual work done. I still stand by my comments above-communication was abysmal. But the work done was very good. Changing to a 3 star (work 5, communication 1)
Very pleased with their work. I got 4 quotes for fixing some serious mailbox damage on the passenger side of my Cadillac SRX. Had to replace the front fender, headlight, side mirror. Plus they had to get the gouges and dings out of both doors and the back quarter panel. They had the cheapest quote. My biggest concern was there is a lot of advanced electronics just for the mirror and headlights. When they were finished, everything worked. 5 Stars.
I was torn about leaving a review. Overall I’m happy with the work done but there were issues. Probably the biggest one was the color of the paint. To be fair, they did not have the truck to match the bed to but there is no way the paint was mixed to the factory color. This all worked out because I was painting the rest of the truck myself as it turned out. The only downfall now is things like door handles that you can (and I did) purchase already color matched are no where close to matching. I dropped the bed and one door off with the understanding that it would be ready in 2 weeks. 2 weeks turned into 7, again not a huge issue for me but just sharing my experience. Communication is a one way street I found also. On 3 occasions I was told I’d be called about different things and never did get a call back. One time they had the wrong number but the next time, after confirming the correct callback number, I never did hear back and that’s when I decided to stop working with them.
In short, good work, terrible communication and questionable color control.
Initial consultation was positive, but it was (and has been) all downhill from there. I hate leaving negative reviews, but if you have other options- I would suggest looking into those first.
I Had The Paint My Hood And Front Bumper On My Camaro They Did a Awesome Job Matches Very Well The Bodywork Was Smoth They Even Helped Me Load It Into My Truck And Helped Me Unload It At My Storage Unit They Helped Me Alot I Will Do Work With Them In The Future And Reccomend Them To Friends
These guys are awesome. I researched the heck out of body shops to do the work on my 1979 VW bus. Quotes and quality were all over the place, but these guys were very consistent and upfront. They understood what my goals were and kept me informed the entire time. I plan to take my other car, a VW sun bug, to them later this summer. I highly recommend them.
Good work done quickly for a fair price. Manager Bill Fuller is a good guy. He went above and beyond what was expected. It's the shop where we have always taken our vehicles. Thanks Bill!
The repair job these fine folks did for me on my 2014 C-RV doesn't look like a repair job, it looks like dealer showroom brand new!! I highly recommend them for any auto body work you may need.
They fixed a broken bracket on my front bumper. Fast service (15 mins). Friendly. VERY reasonable prices. I would go there again, even though I live in Kettering.
