They recently repaired my SUV due to a deer strike. They picked my vehicle up from my home and the repair was fixed a few days sooner than the estimated time they thought it would take to repair. The paint job is beautiful, the orange peel matched the factory paint, the gaps were perfect, and all around service was just great!! Deer strike at 6:24 a.m., vehicle pick up at 11:30 a.m. and car was ready to pick up within 2.5-3 weeks. Thanks again, beautiful work!! My mom and her friends were correct!!

Communication was poor, only communicating after I initiated communication. Even though the parts took a longer than usual amount of time to arrive they never initiated Communication to notify me or suggest a likely time table. Upon pick up of the vehicle I noticed that the license plate was not attached, nor the license plate bracket. I was told that they thought I wanted the plate in the window of my convertible (the rear window is not present once the top is down) they came out and put self tapping screws into the plastic bumper in approximately the right location telling me that this is all they ever have. I got in and started the car, and my dash notified me that the right back up light was non functional. They replaced the bulb for me. Communication should have solved the issues instead of assuming I like my plate in the rear window of my convertible and instead of feeling like I had to follow up to get any information. I had called Friday asking if it would be done, they said they would call back. They waited until 2:21 to call back and leave a vm asking that I call them back (instead of telling me it wouldn't be ready) I was in a meeting from 2 till 3:30 and could not reach them when I tried so I left a vm. Today I waited until afternoon to call and they had not initiated a call to me.
P&P restored our confidence in the practice of "good business." Thank goodness there are still businesses who will perform their expertise with excellence as well as show a genuine regard for their customers. Our vehicle was expertly repaired, clean, and ready for the road when we arrived.
These guys are really great. They have done work on my vehicles many times and always do a great job with a great attitude. They treat their customers like family. I trust my vehicles to no one but them.
