I’ve used Harris in Westerville to take care of my vehicles for years. Mercedes Benz, Lexus, Ford or Chevrolet, they can do it all!

Great service! My 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee had an error on the dash saying service air suspension immediately! But they found out that it was just a blown fuse. Very good news!

Harris did a great job replacing the top half of my engine basically. They got me in quickly, the work was done promptly, and prices were fair! Rob T at the front desk is the man too! Very personable and very knowledgeable. He turned a stressful situation into one I could understand and manage much better!

Decided to take my car here after an issue with my wife's car due to a bad tow job. I usually would go to Boyd's but they didn't have availability and this was close. Their work has been great and easy to schedule with good pricing. Did take a while for an oil change and tire rotation but cost less than a drive through oil change and also got tires rotated.

In the past 18 months, I've lived in the Westerville area. I have been to 3 shops, including Harris Automotive. Harris Automotive is honest because the last shop said I needed 11k worth of front-end work on my car. I asked the shop for a detailed breakdown of the estimate, which I also asked 3 different people, including the owner, I got. ??? So, I've been hearing good things about Harris Automotive. I contacted them and explained my dilemma; they provided a detailed estimate. I made an appointment, and they looked at my alleged problem. They told me I didn't need anything done to my front end. I spent $ 175.00 for them to tell me that I needed nothing done to my front end. That's a big difference from 11k to $ 175.00. Very honest people and very busy- that means people like what they're doing. For me, it's hard to find an honest, reliable automotive shop that won't rip you off. They take care of you like they took care of me. Harris Automotive, keep up the great service. ?

The service at Harris is top notch. We take all our service needs to them. Joanie is very knowledgeable and polite and does the best at meeting your service schedule needs. I really like that they have loaner cars if needed. Our Honda CrossTour has a number one cylinder issue and most likely requires ultimately a rebuild. However, the mechanic gave me an option not to spend the money now and have me in about every six months to change out the number one spark plug and get an oil change with synthetic oil and I could defer the service later. We’ve done this now two times and the car runs great. We will ultimately get the rebuild done, but are pleased that this saved us thousands of dollars. I actually had this evaluated at three places and their quote was the most competitive for the rebuild. No matter the service needs, Harris Automotive does it in an efficient and professional way. I’d recommend their business to anyone. And now that they have added the expansion they will most likely be able to turn more services in the day. Our time is valuable and they take that into consideration when trying to meet your service needs and get your car back to you as soon as possible.

Needed a new battery and they wanted to charge me $500 for the fix. My dad ended up getting a nice battery for $200 bucks but when he tried to install it in the car still at the Harris Automotive lot they stopped him without giving a legitimate reason as to why he can't work on it there. He ended up jumping the car just to move it to Home Depot in order to actually fix it. During a winter storm watch without assistance. He advised me to not return and I will not. I still had to pay $100 just to have had my car looked at by them.

Honesty and integrity are not always synonymous with auto repair. But in my experience this is how Harris Automotive conducts business. They never do work on my vehicle without calling me to go over what they recommend and what it will cost. They never push me to get certain things done. If they find something that I did not plan on repairing they will call and show me what they found and how much it will cost. They also apply coupons without me even asking them to. We have been bringing our vehicles in for service for the last several years and have always been very satisfied with the services provided and pricing. Joanie is always welcoming and informative when describing the work and results. All staff that I have engaged with are very professional and knowledgeable. Facilities insides and out are spotless; great waiting area. New addition to their facility on Maxtown going up so obviously their great work and service shows by growing to service others. Blessed to have such a professional and honest service shop so convenient in Westerville.

We're lucky enough to live close by Harris, but for some reason had never thought beyond taking our cars to the dealership even though they were long out of warranty. When a spark plug issue (thanks, Honda) cropped up on my van last year, I knew I couldn't drive it to the dealership and decided to call Harris. It was super easy to get right through on the phone, and they had me bring it by ASAP. They fixed the issue quickly and at a great price. We've since started taking both our older Hondas there for all services and maintenance, and they're just really great people and so easy to work with. We always get to talk to the same person (Joni, you rock!), so there's no dealership headache of talking to a million different service advisors whom you have to repeat the same info to over and over again. Highly recommend Harris Automotive!

I just left getting my car inspection as well as an oil change. The customer service there is outstanding everybody that I encountered was absolutely wonderful to deal with. Everybody there is extremely Pleasant and the atmosphere is lovely. I believe I have found my permanent automotive shop.

I dropped my Pathfinder off on a Friday afternoon. They told me it would be until Monday before they could look at it and fully diagnose the problem. (Excellent straight forward communication). Monday around 11 am they called with the diagnosis and cost estimate. It ended up being cheaper than I expected. They called and left text message that car was ready to pick up around 5pm on the same day. I picked the vehicle Tuesday morning. Very satisfied customer

We took my mother in laws vehicle over to get headlight bulb replaced. They were happy to do even small job for my 86 year old mother. The prices are very good. The workers and office staff are honest and friendly. We highly recommend Harris Automotive.

They are fair and honest about what needs done to the vehicles and never pressure sell. We have been taking all of our family cars to Harris for many years. Brian has always been great to us. He hires great people like Joni and Aaron that care about the customers and make sure things get done right. Great mechanics and great people!
