Took one of our work trucks there it had a problem that nobody else could fix. Not only did they tow it for us but they worked on it found the problem replaced our starter because the starter motor that I'd already gotten replaced got burned up because a compressor unit the AC compressor was seized and they replaced the AC compressor the serpentine belt and checked our tensioner and replace the starter and check the battery charge and towed it for a very reasonable price so I'm very grateful to these guys and I'll definitely bring our company trucks there and our personal vehicles again. They treated me and my guys like family and I definitely trust them.

Yeeeah, so they cracked my radiator. And then wanted to charge me $1,250 to fix their doing. How do I know they cracked it? Well simple, there was only a small amount of fluid on the frame by the radiator because I knew my transmission line was a little loose before taking it in there. It had also previously been inspected by another mechanic and the radiator was fine, no cracks just a loose trans line. So, when they went to show me what was wrong with my truck in the shop, there was a whole heck of a lot of COOLANT and transmission fluid all over my frame! I was mortified. And they told me my radiator was cracked. Well it certainly was not! Until they got their hands on it. And the worker in there wouldn’t make direct eye contact with me and seemed avoidant when questions were asked about my now newly cracked radiator. I went in there because they changed my power steering pump and I was still having power steering issues. The power steering is no where near where they cracked my radiator! They had no business being near my radiator.

Keep my car for three weeks no estimate. Then when work was done rushed pick up and charged storage fees and attempted to tow vehicle after three days nick is rude and unprofessional

I took my Jeep Wrangler in for brakes and an oil change and some other major issues were discovered. Not only did Wayne’s explain what needed done immediately and what could possibly wait, they also worked with my extended warranty company. They communicated regularly and clearly throughout the process to keep me updated on status of of the work being done. I didn’t feel at all intimidated or like they were trying to take advantage of me which I’ve often felt as a female when it comes to car repairs. They’ve definitely gained a new customer!

Don't ever bring your car here, I only brought there because of my warranty and it was one of the worst decisions I've made not only did they keep my car for over a month, it was also vandalized while on property, owner never contacted me back nor the office the whole experience sucked and I still spent $1200 and the issues are still the same don't ever use Wayne's auto I mean never

This is an exceptionally terrible service. I explained to the service manager, Rick, my stalling problem with my Chrysler 300. Their diagnosis. was, I don’t know what’s wrong with your vehicle. And charge me $186 for the diagnostics. My car sat on the lot for one week. This service is a rip off. I repaired the car, stalling problem, by going to YouTube , And replace the ECM myself. I was completely ripped off and yelled at by the manager here. I brought my car in because it was jerking badly when stopped. I was told a tune up would resolve the misfire and was charged nearly $1k. Picked the car up (took a week longer than quoted) and it was still doing same thing but worse. I brought it back and the manager Nick not only shouted at me with my 7 yo daughter present but tried to say I now needed to spend another 800$ on coils to fix the problem that they told me they fixed ( coils which were supposed to have been included in the tune up). I had to go to another shop and pay separate for coils that should’ve been replaced with my tune up. The other shop said all 6 of my connectors had been snapped/broken off ironically. I wouldn’t suggest anyone especially any woman go into this shop. I reached out to their customer support but was offered zero remedy other than going back to “fix” the job a 3rd time. No thank you the shop down the street did it for less and without a screaming manager.

The work done was fine. The loss of stars is due to lack of communication. I was asked by an employee to bring my car in on a Tuesday night to be looked at "first thing" Wednesday morning. It wasn't looked at until Friday afternoon. My appointment was not honored, but they had my car, making it inconvenient to take my car to another shop. I called every afternoon and was told they were about to look at it and they'd call me right back, but never did. Once parts were ordered they said it would be done early the following week. After no communication when I expected it to be done, I had to contact them Wednesday for an update.

I’ve been a customer at Wayne’s for a few years now, and I’ve only ever had positive experiences. I always call in to make an appointment and am scheduled within a few days. I’ve had my share of poor experiences at other auto shops, and I am incredibly thankful and appreciative for how honest and helpful the staff at Wayne’s has been. They are upfront and honest about my car’s needs, will talk me through repairs and costs, and are always willing to explain or teach me so I can better understand my vehicle. I’ve never had a bad interaction with any of the staff (special shout out to James & Nick, who have always been more than patient, kind, and informative). It would be hard to find better service or pricing in the Columbus area, and I won’t try to find it. As long as I live in the area, Wayne’s Auto will be my go-to for my car, whether it’s a simple oil change or an extensive repair.

My friend took her car to this place a month or two ago and she ended up with a total vehicle I mean it can happen right? But THEN my brother and law has brought his car up here at least 8 times in the past month which is insane? How do you send someone home saying the car is okay and then they have to bring it back the same day? I don’t know what’s going on here but something isn’t right and beware if you take your vehicle here! Make sure you know your stuff before blindly taking your vehicle here.

BEWARE!!! I am gravely disappointed in this business. They have held a work vehicle for a huge unreasonable amount of time. They overcharged me for the services. Ultimately, the shop took my monies and failed to replace my car. Then, Will rudely refused to convey the message to Nick to find out my status of the vehicle.

I've been bringing all of my non-dealership owned vehicles here for maintenance for the past 5-6 years. They've never tried to upsell or overcharge me, always let me know which repairs are immediately necessary or not, and have a great staff. They have in store and private financing for repairs, which makes it easy if you don't have the cash in hand for important stuff. If you're looking for a new mechanic in Westerville give them a shot, you won't be disappointed .

I've taken my cars to Wayne's in Westerville for years. When I got a new car and wanted the aftermarket exhaust installed, I called Wayne's. They said to drop it off the next day and they'd get it done. I arrived at 1pm on a Friday afternoon and they were SLAMMED. Called me at 4pm to say I was all done. They even boxed up my factory exhaust for me. These guys are great, recommended.

If I could give a zero star I would. First they told my wife to bring the vehicle in and they would give a diagnostics test for free. So the next day I dropped it off handed them the keys. They said they will get back with me with what they find problems Great. I get a call later the day . I look at the sheet they gave me and saw that they're trying to charge me for something I already had replaced. It came up to about 3,500 worth of repairs, parts and service which was not true. I said okay. Thank you. I'll let you know what the next step will be. The guy said well, if you're not going to get your car fixed we're going to charge you diagnostics. I said that wasn't the agreement. He did not want to give me my keys back. I had to call my attorney show them where they said that diagnostics would be free because we recorded it to get my keys back the next day. I took it to another reputable company. They charge me $1,000 for everything that was on the list that they said was wrong in four things on that list. It was not anything wrong at all. The car is running great. When I went back to get my key he said he does not want me ever to be his customer. Again, this place is a ripoff. I would stay clear. They overcharge you. It is what it is.

Brought cars in twice. First time they diagnosed a known problem with that make and model others had never mentioned. Second time it was a quick tighten rather than a full replace. They have been a quality place, I'll return to.

I can't say enough good things about the people who works here. James, I can't say enough good things about the welcoming service you provided me. From getting me in at a seconds notice, providing me with options, making me feel like family. Guys he even offered to give me a ride home, to me this speaks for itself. Hodge the mechanic had me in and out despite he had to correct another auto shop bad work. He also made sure my car was 100% before I left that lot. Most importantly I have never spent time at a auto shop that I wasn't impatient about. James made my stay feel more like a visit to family than an auto shop. I have visit them in the past and had always been pleased. Years later their quality and service has only gotten better. 10 stars. Winter is coming get your car done here you won't be disappointed.

According to the service manager, Wayne's recently got a new owner. But as long as the service techs stay, I have no problem taking my vehicles back for future repairs. For the most recent repairs, I had the entire brake system (from the master cylinder, thru the lines, all the way to the wheel calipers) replaced on my car. They did great work! The courtesy inspection noted a couple of other potential issues that I was already aware of. After the brakes were done, a couple of "strange" sounds precipitated a second, more thorough inspection. The source of the sounds was found - nothing troublesome - and we were done. Overall, nice folks that care about you, your vehicle, and your safety. Give them a try!

James was very polite and very helpful. Took my car in for front end noise was repaired and returned the same day. The prices were what I was expecting for the repairs needed. All around a great shop which I will bring my vehicles back to. Definitely recommend Wayne's Auto Repair! Also re ueved a free month of Moo Moo car wash! Thank you James and crew!

Oil was leaking from my car and burned on top of the engine. James was able to help walk me through the problems. He took photos and sent them to me so I could see what was wrong and called me before doing any work. Overall, a good experience and I would recommend Wayne's Auto Repair. I did not feel as though they were trying to rip me off, as most shops do.

I have been to Wayne’s auto in Westerville a number of times, and I’ve always received amazing service during each visit. The staff is incredibly helpful when providing assistance, and they make a point to be thorough and precise as they work. James in particular always goes above and beyond to make sure I have the best experience possible, and he takes care to remember details about my vehicle each time I come in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an auto shop in the area!

I am new to Columbus and was unsure of who to trust to fix my vehicle. I worked mainly with James, he was very helpful and knowledgeable. Fair prices and quick service. They provided an itemized receipt and even gave me a heads up on a few things to look out for in the future, without trying to upsell me on the spot. I will use them against in the future.

They were great!! It took months to get the loan I needed to get a new transmission put into my car and all of the guys that work at Waynes were very nice and understanding.. once I got the loan approved they had my car done in a week or less. Im very happy with the work they did and very grateful for their patience.

Came to this place about a month ago based on great reviews and it didn’t disappoint, so I had to repay the favor! I took my car in and they were able to tell me what was wrong within 24 hours, talk me through the repairs necessary, and fix it quickly. I was only out of a car for two days and it’s been running great since - none of the issues I previously had! Everyone was super nice and helpful, definitely worth the money.

I stopped by unannounced this past week to have my car checked on due to a concerning noise. The men working were able to help me immediately and ensure that everything was fine with my vehicle post drive and inspection and never charged me for their time. Their service was great and they were very friendly. I highly recommend their service!

I first came to Wayne's in May of 2018 when my vehicle was acting very strange. I had just purchased it so I was quite irriatated. Nick jumped right on researching pricing and dealing with my very difficult warranty company. My car has since been in their shop 7 more times since then. Some were warranty covered repairs which took Nick a lot of time and effort to deal with and some out of pocket repairs. They also went out of their way to accommodate my financial situation. Nick is very understanding and makes sure we are always taken care of. I will never use any other mechanic again. They are reliable, very trustworthy, honest people.

GREAT FRIENDLY STAFF! Worked fast and had me in and out in one hour! My brakes went out and I was panicking as a new car owner. They made it so easy and took care of everything I needed! Also they were the most affordable around the area!!!

Love the place. Even when it was Wayne's Marathon on Bethel and Godown. I've taken every single one of my vehicles there and have had no issues. Prices are relatively cheap, and labor cost is fair for a shop that's expanding constantly. New manager Nick is friendly and nice, and the two master techs there know what they're doing. Most of the time I bring my car in, it's a last minute notice. Even if the shop is loaded, they still make at least 30-45 minutes to look over my car and explain what is needed. I'd rather pay someone to do it THE RIGHT WAY, THE FIRST TIME and not have that same issue over and over again. Also, being in the service, they have great opportunity for some discounts and work with payments. I recommend this place over a Midas or Meineke any day!

I had all intentions of leaving early this past Friday to drive home & see my family who lives 2 1/2 hours away. While at Kroger, my car decided it didn't want to start - I called around to some service centers and was told they couldn't look at my car until Monday because they were "so busy due to car's reacting to the heat". So I called Wayne - and they told me to come in right away and they would take a look at it. My car arrived in their shop at 2pm and by 6pm, I was back on the road and on my way to NW Ohio. The guys gave me outstanding service, very courteous, and my car is running great once again. Thank you Wayne & Crew for the work you've done and I recommend anyone to check them out when they are experiencing car issues!
