Really enjoyed doing business with them. After visiting and/or calling over a dozen different places, I was able to find the part I was looking for. I was very happy with the girl at the counter. I spoke with her on the phone before I came out. She was very helpful and came through for me. Much appreciated. I highly recommend this business.
A really good place to find your new and use parts. Jim and John will go out of their way in assisting you with your needs. This is the first place I call when i'm needing parts.
I really don’t like leaving bad reviews for small business but if you really like wasting your time this is the place for you. I called them to verify if a car was there that I saw online. The lady on the phone said it was. I drive 3 hours 1 way to get there and look for it in their lot but it’s not there. They then tell me it’s on its way from the auction and would be there the next day. Call back the next day to see if the car came in then they tell me they want to sell the car as whole. Glad I didn’t take off work again and drive there for nothing. Won’t come back unfortunately. Wish we could’ve done business but I’ll just take my money elsewhere. I should’ve looked at previous reviews before going because others had the similar problems.
The team was very friendly and helpful. They were honest about the part I needed and offered me a good price on it. Will go back for all of my used parts needs.
Just tried to go look for some truck parts not knowing they were closed and pretty much got accused of being a thief . Not a good way to treat a customer I understand small business gets frustrated because of that stuff but not cool
Was in and out in 10 minutes. Got exactly what I needed and asked for. Guy at the desk was freaking awesome. Even remembered when we called in and what we were asking for. Definitely 110% recommend.

I've been calling since 9 am it's now 11 and I can't get anyone to answer the phone the website doesn't tell me if they have what I'm looking for says press the back arrow on the top left part of my screen but nothing is there but my home button for my browser
They made it so easy! You can view parts online, call in for a quote, or get friendly help from the capable staff in the office and yard. I felt very welcomed when I arrived. They walked me to the exact parts needed for a color verification, pulled them, and safely packed them into my vehicle. They knew that my time was valuable, gave me great advice when I asked for it, and on top of that - gave me a great price. Very good experience for me. -Chet L.
Excellent Service provided by all employees. I was in search of a part and walked in on a very busy rainy day. I had been turned down by others due to the rain. Not Columbus Auto they acted as if it was a sunny day, explained to me what I truly needed and saved me money, pulled my part out and came in all soaked with a smile. Bought a motor that was assured was drop in ready. Got it dropped in and fired up and it had a blown head gasket. Was more expensive than Facebook with the same results.

Horrible service, the front desk people don’t know what their return policies. Was told that we were able to get CASH back and they refused to give us our cash back even tho they sold us a bad part. The staff was rude, especially John, he would not let customers talk and was just very hostile toward people. They are unable to run their establishment in a timely manor. I called and was told that they the part I needed pulled and sitting on a shelf (was told that there were “multiple”) and when I got there they didn’t have any pulled and I had to wait two days for them to pull the part. I will never go back nor will my family.
Excellent service & prices! My Brother & I were on the hunt for a very specific truck door. We tried several other parts yards with limited success.
We searched Google and found Columbus Auto Parts so we decided to give them a chance. I'm extremely glad we did because they had exactly what we were looking for at a great price. Their sincere customer service was much appreciated. They even stayed a few minutes past close so my Brother & I could get the door we needed!

Each of the workers was great. They were helpful and went above and beyond. I searched five big salvage yards all of which didn't have my part. I came here and found it almost immediately. I will be returning.
My husband called in advance to reserve an engine we needed for one of our vehicles. After they reassured us that they would hold it until we would be able to get it (just a few days out), we received a call THE NEXT DAY saying that the engine is no longer available. Really poor customer service and obviously not trustworthy.
Nice guys, very helpful on the phone and in person. They pick the parts and have them ready for you if you call ahead, or you can come here and do it yourself. Reasonable price as well. Recommended.

Typical salvage yard, not well organized, lot of confusion as to what interchanges and what's in stock. Good thing going is that the counter personnel is bi-lingual. I personally would go elsewhere when I need used parts. The counter people were friendly but the owner was rude and short with everyone.
These guys are great! Jim the owner gave me a sweet deal on some parts for my Volkswagen. Better pricing and way better customer service compared to the other salvage yards in town. They will from now on be my first choice to find parts.
Great experience just on the phone. sent pictures to my phone of the parts I'm interested in. even if the parts don't pan out to be right , the help was polite, and eager to please.
