I had one of my steer tires losing air. They were able to get me in and check for air leaks in the usual places. He found no leak, so we left. Turns out we had a cracked rim, which unless we unmounted the tire, we would have never found. Our fault for not Check that, but they were nice enough to check for us for free, so for that I am extremely grateful for, being an o/o and all. I blame Indian and their terrible roads...
No idea if the price was fair as I've never had to tow an EV before, but the company immediately understood that I needed specialized towing and despite them being busy a tow truck was at my car in less than twenty minutes, and the guy was absolutely fantastic. No idea what his name was but a great smile and great energy. Super duper reccomend

Rasheed gave us a time estimate of 45 minutes and he was here in 44 minutes. He was very efficient and kind. He had great customer service skills. He made us feel like our car was in great hands!
ETA was given as 90 min but the pickup truck arrived in 20 min. He happily picked me and my kid from freeway and dropped us near by safest place. Very friendly service.

Outstanding customer service! When my Tesla had to be flat-bedded for an issue (still an amazing car btw) they contacted World Truck towing. The driver was a polite and courteous guy who had to follow some detailed and nuanced instructions to be able to enter the secure facility where my Tesla was located and he did this perfectly. He was quick and competent but still treated my ride with kid gloves when needed. He even gave me some advice on where to put a jack under the Tesla if I ever needed to raise it for some reason. He got me to the service station and even knew enough to give me a quick synopsis of what was probably going to happen when we got there and timelines. He ended up being almost dead on with his predictions. Again, I would like to thank him for his professionalism and helping me to get through a crappy situation just a little easier.
Was blessed by an employee named Sean today. He saw my van on the side of the road. He put on the spare and even blew up my spare cuz it to was flat. I was very grateful, as my fiancée didn't have to risk the tight shoulder during rush hour to put on the spare.

I was blackmail by you guys. And gave the worsest Night ever. Drove off 20 miles after your service here is the massage that I got and the truck stopped again. I called you guys back and I was told just drive to the nearest shop after yall took my $947.35 for not ever put a Single part.

I blew a tire on the interstate and thankfully we pulled into their parking lot. They were gracious enough to give us a hand. I don’t know what we would of done.
Worst service and owner/staff attitude I have seen in the industry.Had trucks towed many times across the US along the years but never had I ever been mistreated and overcharged like Wold Truck did.
Had one of our units towed fro 9 miles from a truck stop to their yard(after a police impound)Arrangements were made with Wold Truck and they were notified that I will be flying next morning to pick up our unit.Arrived in Columbus next morning to go pick up my truck.After at least 10 phone calls and 2 hrs in-front of their closed gates they finally told me that for safety reasons they need to send 2 employees to open the gate and they don't have 2 employees available to send on Sunday.Bill at this point was ~2600$(that is to toll a running truck for 9 miles and keep it at their yard for a night,mind you truck wasn't even in a ditch or in need of any kind of special service,an employee of ours just decided to steal company equipment and was captured by police and tractor unit with empty trailer was towed)However they did not allow me to take my truck that day so next day I had to get Columbus police department involved so I can go to their premises as they felt that I was too aggressive and sent me an email that I am not allowed at their property.Very convenient for them to play their little games and drag on releasing the equipment them as the bill went from 2600$ to 3983$ overnight.I was also denied any other payment options than cash so for my safety one of the police officers had to give me a ride to the bank where I could do the 4000$ cash withdraw(what century are we in?).If I were you I would twice before using their services.In my opinion they are over priced,rude,unprofessional that goes both for staff and the owner Mike that doesn't even show up in person to try and resolve issues but hides behind a telephone line and acts like he doesn't want to hear what you have to say.All he kept repeating was cash only.Beware of their rates,do your research first.Their 24/7 service also doesn't mean they are open 24/7,you may end up paying additional storage if your towing falls on the weekend.Worst experience ever,would not recommend.

Got into a pretty messy situation after my Qualcomm steered me wrong. Ended up on the grass shoulder and my trailer, 48,000lbs loaded, decided to keep going. I had a 1 1/2 inch gap between my fifth wheel and skid plate, I thought for sure my entire rig was going to flip. But nope! Brook hooked me up and pulled my heavy butt out of that shoulder no problem. I am SO impressed with his work I’ll recommend them to anyone
