They were great. Truck came within 30 mins. The dispatcher was really helpful and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable while getting my car to it’s destination safely.
The driver was awesome. He accommodated Geico’s request for expedited service, getting me to the tire shop just before closing. He was quick and thorough. He was polite and friendly. It was a very positive experience, despite the circumstances.
Unfortunately I've had to be towed 3 times in the last year and a half. The dispatch people are great. Just really considerate and easy to deal with when I'm stressed out. Two times I had to be picked up and go with the drivers, who are so nice and helpful. One guy gave me a recommendation on who to get my brakes fixed by. His recommendation was WONDERFUL. I paid half what everywhere else was charging. I also asked him - he didn't promote it. The last tow, I was in the middle of NOWHERE and the guy who got me was super nice, great conversation and all 3 times they were quick. Under an hour, efficient and professional. If you have to break down - these guys are the best to call inside or outside of Columbus. FAST, PROFESSIONAL AND GREAT TEAM OF DRIVERS! 10 stars. Whoever runs this business and does the hiring has trained and hired a great staff all the way around!
