The customer service is EXCELLENT and we all know how rare that is this day, especially for a tow company. I had 3 box trucks towed. From the moment I called for a quote, I was impressed. The guy I talked to was friendly, helpful and gave a fair price. I even had a work issue come up on the day that it was scheduled and had to reschedule... I dreaded calling to reschedule, but he completely understood and rescheduled. They sent 2 trucks and both drivers were very professional and courteous. The rate I paid was exactly what was quoted. I highly recommend this company!
They were great. Truck came within 30 mins. The dispatcher was really helpful and the driver was very friendly and knowledgeable while getting my car to it’s destination safely.
The driver was awesome. He accommodated Geico’s request for expedited service, getting me to the tire shop just before closing. He was quick and thorough. He was polite and friendly. It was a very positive experience, despite the circumstances.
