One of the best grocery stores around! The store is always clean, the staff are always friendly, and there is always a wide variety of organic produce and plenty of other healthy choices throughout the store. I have used their catering service on multiple occasions and the food is always excellent!!

Honestly, this was the most expensive grocery store we have been to and we went specifically for dairy free substitutes, but they didn’t have many.

Easy in, easy out. Love the prepared and hot food section. Always good stuff for a snack.

Make sense for someone wedded to Amazon Prime because you get extra deals. Their fresh produce, nuts, cheese, wines, beer, NA beer, bread counter, cooked foods, and chocolate are wonderful

I spend all my money here every day since this location opened, I barely complain about the stuff I purchase, only when something is legitimately wrong with the item. Well today I bought food from the hot food section. The “cooked” sweet potato cubes were not cooked and still hard, so I asked for a rerun at the customer service counter. The employee says I should heat them up in the microwave, and denied my refund request. It’s so infuriating how little people care anymore.

This is one of my favorite groceries stores of all time. They have fantastic food and great options for organic, gluten free, etc. they might be a little pricey but great options for allergies and such. Make sure you stop at their salad and hot bar. Parking is difficult because of how tight the spaces are, but you can always try to park in the parking garage attached to the store. Nice option. Plenty of handicap parking too. My favorite part is how easy it is to pay with Amazon Prime and you get 10 percent off!

Love Whole Foods and have been to many. This one is excellent. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Always have quality foods. If I had to nitpick I would say pizza is a bit burnt at times but that goes for every Whole Foods I visited.

The grocery selection itself is great, and I buy a lot of products from this store quite often. Even though it’s expensive, I appreciate the healthy options. This review is mainly for the “Buffet” section of the store. The hot food options have been the exact same for years. I remember in the past they would switch things up every now and again, but for at least the last 2 years it has been the same things over and over again. A little variety would be nice…

I love the gazillion selection of item. I spend more time looking at what WF has than I shop. I can't wait to to get home and call my friends with up dates. MONK Fish.?

I just wanted to say thank you again to the lovely barista at Whole Foods in University Heights. Her customer service skills and personality is so pleasant. I can tell she loves her job. I don't usually go to Whole Foods for my coffee or tea but I will definitely be making it one of my stops when I'm in Cleveland.

I want to give a huge shoutout to the Whole Foods seafood department, especially Alicia, Andre, and Shawn, for making my son’s first birthday fish fry an unforgettable success! I ordered over 20 pounds of fish and they let me place my order early so I could plan ahead, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. Alicia was incredible, she helped me decide which types of fish would be best and how much I’d need. Her knowledge and guidance were spot-on. Andre did an amazing job cutting all the yellowtail snapper perfectly. My friends and family absolutely loved it, people were literally lining up at the fryer during the party waiting for fresh fish, and they couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. They loved it so much, we had to get more the next day! Andre and Shawn took care of me again with professionalism and kindness. Every interaction I had with this team was smooth, helpful, and just plain excellent. I truly appreciate the level of service and care I received. I’ve been a longtime Whole Foods customer because I truly love the quality of the food and the cleanliness of the store, it’s always top-tier. Thank you all for helping make my baby’s birthday celebration so special!

Decent location. Parking can be a challenge, but overall not a bad location. The food bar has went downhill at all locations and need fresh and better options. Some of the food looked like it was there all day…

Customer care is excellent! Great variety of fresh produce and quality food products. There are stairs and an elevator, with lots of parking above the ground floor, as parking can be challenging to find on the ground floor. Also, amazon returns are quick, simple, and smooth at this location. Thank you:)

This was my first time visiting Whole Foods Market and will definitely go again. Everyone I mean EVERYONE was friendly and acted as if they really liked working there. The greeter, the cashier and the young lady I asked for directions to the cashier were absolutely wonderful. You guys helped make my day!!!

The store itself is okay. It's clean and efficient, and they have a good selection of healthy foods. I will not give them five stars because of my experience ordering from them through their owner Amazon. After ordering through their online delivery, I received hamburger meat that had fresh meat on the outside and old gray stinky meat mixed in on the inside. In addition, the expensive steak I ordered appeared to have been dipped into some kind of red liquid or treatment, the outside it was almost a fluorescent red, and the package had red liquid that wasn't blood. The inside of the steak was brown and smelled funny. I did a review for Amazon, complete with video, but they refused to post it. There are, however, other posts online that document the same kind of experience with Whole Foods. My buddy and I now refer to the place as Old Foods.

Usually good foods. Grabbed Christmas iced cookies. Little shocked by 15.99, but didn't realize til checkout. So bought. Sorry I did. Not great cookies. Looked great. Expectations were high with being WholeFoods. From package definitely vendor made bakery. Never again.

Good wine and apps. Hand crafted soaps and fresh everything. Damn fine selection of meats, seafood and produce. Surprisingly good prices. VERY friendly and helping customer service.

This is my 3rd review about this very nice store, and most of the staff have great customer service I went in the late afternoon, and they now have self checkout. The store was well stocked and clean. It's always a pleasure to shop here

Whole Foods Market is my go-to for Vitamins and Supplements. The Team Members in the Whole Body Department are very helpful and knowledgeable. If they don't know, they will try to find out for you. At times, they have samples of certain products. The tea selection is quite vast.

I always go to Whole Foods on Fridays for 12 for $12 oyster special. My favorite right now is the Atlantic Olde Salt oysters ?. The fish mongers are always helpful and friendly. I was sad when they stopped shucking oysters during covid; I was forced to have my husband learn how to do it ...lol. Once I told the fish monger we were using a screw driver to open them a coupleof years ago, he kindly walked me to the display where they sold the shucking tool! If you like oysters and willing to try shucking them yourself, you've got to go to Whole Foods on Fridays!

I primarily shop their bulk section for grains, spices, and beans. Most of these are the best prices in town that I've found. They have really good produce & other items, but I've found better prices at other stores like Trader Joe's (like nuts & produce)... Some items they have here, I've only found here... such as the Vegan Collagen. This is the first place, I've seen this locally. I only gave 3 stars because of the prices sometimes not even being what I'd consider competitive to other places I shop.

Very clean! Organized...prices! prices! prices! Ugh..But, great healthy selections. Got some yummy Vegan chocolate chip cookies for $1.50 each...delish! Sorry, the cookies didn't make the photo shoot. Lol! Will definitely be back!

I absolutely love this store . So many fresh - organic selections .. its always clean & everything is freshly restocked daily !! The staff are experts to say the least! I absolutely love shopping here , this is my home store now!

They have good produce and you can get everything that you need. They also have a variety of organic products available in every department. I'm not sure why all their items are pricey. Their staff are always friendly and helpful.
