Terrible my son went here they tired to charge his card twice scammers n didn't want to give him the money back they used bad parts and when you walk in you can barely stand in there it smell like gas very strong they all had bad attitude 😡 unprofessional
My son-n-law had me take my car to this place I got charged $895 for a radiator and oil pan leaking. I got my car back I had only driven the car twice the second time I drove the car a light came across the dashboard saying oil pressure to low stop the engine. Too my car back to the shop which he charged me for the tow. Got my car back he said it was all fixed. Took my car across the street to get sone transmission fluid which they said I need tried to start the car back up no luck now I'm just across the street at auto part store to transmission fluid I put the fluid in my car pulled off a little bit but the car stopped and the dashboard says low oil pressure stop the car which I did car will start up again. I'm across the street from his shop he refused to do anything so now what do I'm on a fixed income please don't take you car here I'll see him in court!!!!
The technician phil did a great job of taking care of me and my car prices aren't bad would recommend great service got off work late and he agreed to stay a few minutes late till I got there thought that was awesome
I should’ve read the reviews first but since I was only getting an oil change I thought it would be a smooth transaction. I walked in the day prior to get a quote and the man quoted $20.95. The following day another man quoted me $29.95 for the same oil change. When I told the man that I was quoted a different privé but I was still willing to pay him, he had the audacity to tell me that the man DID NOT quote me the lower price. HOWEVER in the same breath he told me that the price I told him that I said I was told was the price that they used to charge! HOW WOULD I GET THAT NUMBER IF THE MAN DIDN’T TELL ME THAT?!! It’s not as if they have a price list posted anywhere. How could I make up the exact number they used to charge? I didn’t like the implication that I was being called a liar for a $9 difference that I already said it wasn’t an issue to pay. I couldn’t sent a lot of business here but I won’t be returning. Professional attitude is huge for me in customer service. They failed here. He told me upon arrival that 3 mechanics called off that day & maybe he needed to mark up charges where ever he could for the loss he was going to get. Because he also added an extra 3% for not paying in cash. Another surprise not stated in the beginning.

I bring my car here every time they do an excellent job and if I can't cause I'm working I leave my car so my spouse to bring my car here they recognize me and still help a sister out
Horrible experience they put the wrong control arm on my vehicle and refused to even test drive the vehicle to see the symptoms Nick who was from another store had attitude problems I think its time for him retire because he had little patience and did not even care for the company. I would not recommend this shop VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I will be going to small claims court
My service was Horrible .. My car rides like they did nothing to it .. Transmission work is not what they do best.. Plus received my car back with items stolen out my car and it is full of dirt.
The most incompetent mechanics in the state when u have to ask the question are you takin advantage of me & the answer is no the only other option is incompetence. I took my truck here to get the air conditioning fixed only to be back the next summer for the same thing a month in to the summer no ac take my truck back & they tell me "oh u have a leak do u want to fill it again?" I also got a tune up only to find out i needed a new motor they put 1 motor in it didn't work then the owner asks me for more money for their mistake after I refused he found some random motor & put it in without any of the parts from the recent tune up only to try to charge me for another tune up Bob the owner/boss is a thief and a crookparts store is cool check around sometimes their a little higher
I Arrived at this place at 9am on Saturday after the gentleman named Donte said to come and get a oil change. I get there and he ensured me that it wont be long bc someone just got there before me and she was waiting in the waiting room. He also said he dont do appointments. I sat in my car until 11am and as I called him to ask how much longer it will be while getting upset at me when I asked why have I been waiting so long he then said that he had some appointments that had to be taken care of first. I was confused because he just told me not even 45 minutes before that he don't do appointments. So the guy lied and when it comes down to thing this place is isn't very professional. By the look of things and they way the economy is this place will be closed for good in the near future. Don't waste you time going here nor energy. Corporate will get getting my call asap.
Went to this place for a Calipers and break holes and I feel i shouldn’t have had to see them anymore but now it a repeating cycle of calling and going there I dnt no what they did but my car was a1 before going there first a real bad burning smell, heat was stuck on no power to my radio and screen in the car and smoke coming from the passenger side they worked on to my car not starting having to jump it every morning. They have been giving me the run around since so now I’m taking it to my dealer and also contacting the attorney general. So if any one was considering going there dnt unless you dnt value you car....... ps they dnt deserve not 1 star but I had to just to post
I bought a starter 6 316 starter went out December 2018 I took the car up to Auto Parts plus to get the starter replaced I didn't have the receipt they couldn't find it in the computer so they told me I had to pay for a new starter and then if I found a receipt to bring the receipt back and I will be refundI took I took the receipt up there they told me it was nothing that they could do because the starter have been sent out 5 weeks ago rip off
Got struts done...front and back. Was done the very same day just don't know if the parts are old or new. I later found out that I have all new parts. Good customer service always make you feel good so...my advice...when your car needs work take it to auto parts plus and tell them I recommended them. Thanks
I paid for new parts...and got used,greasy ,dishonest service! I ask him his name..he ask ..why you need my name for? Then he finally saids..Perry! Thats all you need to know! So i ask for refund.i was told 24hrs! Its been over 24 hrs and nithing been refunded!. He claimed it came from warehouse! Not true! People comes get their cars fixed by them.they pay for new parts but realky get used parts! Cant trust them at all!
