Bobby and his team have been absolutely amazing! They’ve fixed my Traverse multiple times, including coming out to tow my SUV when my fuel pump failed. Their service is always fast, trustworthy, and professional. What really stood out is that they even followed up a few weeks after the repairs were completed just to make sure everything was still running smoothly. Great pricing for the repair. That level of care is rare!

I can’t say enough good things about Bobby’s Towing and Auto Repair! After my Honda Civic started having starting issues, Bobby and his team discovered it was a faulty starter motor. They replaced it quickly and got me back on the road in no time. Bobby always explains what’s going on with my vehicle and never tries to upsell unnecessary services. He’s honest, transparent, and truly cares about his customers. The customer service here is phenomenal—it feels like a family environment. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my car repairs. I had my brakes done at Bobby’s Towing & Auto Repair on Train Ave in Cleveland. My brakes were squeaking and grinding and just being annoying. Josh inspected everything, explained what was needed, and replaced my brake pads and rotors. They showed me the old parts and they were bad The job was done fast and the price was cool! they didnt try to sell me anything extra If you need brake repair in Cleveland, Go to Bobby’s. Sooo, I have nothing BUT good things to say about Bobby’s. I literally went to 2 different people about what was wrong with my car, one shop just cleared the codes, my check engine light was on & they said I needed a tune up. Went on tik tok because the other shop was charging like 600 to do the tune up “ so they said” after clearing my codes & when I was on tik tok I seen Bobby’s. Called them, first thing they said was “don’t buy anything bring it up and we’ll see what you need” and I did just that especially when I found out they were 8 mins from me on the west side. Bobby got me in & Josh who was beyond amazing, he took his time with my car trying to figure out exactly what was wrong with my car, test drove it and all spent a good 45 mins to an hour just checking it out, of course nothing came about because the codes were erased from the previous shop, but I can say they are very professional, they don’t overcharge & me being a woman most shops would try to take advantage of that. Im just very grateful I came across their shop. They now & forever will have a loyal customer with more word to spread about their shop. Thank yall soooo much & if my check engine light come back on I WILL BE BACK lol. Thanks Josh for being patient with me as well. I’m not crazy I promise. Yall go here if yall need anything & I do mean ANYTHING!
Highly recommend doing business here!! I called a few other tow places and wasn’t happy with the price or customer service then I found Bobby’s. Everyone is super nice and welcoming! The tow price is very reasonable/fair and they come really fast unlike AAA.
Our car wouldn't start and I had to get roadside assistance to get it home. I didn't know who I could get to tow it to an auto shop. Then I saw Bobby's online and they had good reviews, so I gave them a call. They were able to tow my car to their shop on the same day (within the hour) and were able to fix the starter system for a good price. Also, during the week, I was called with updates on the status of my car. I am very pleased with my experience there.

This is my 3rd or 4th time using Bobby’s Towing & Auto Repair for different reasons. And they are always great. This visit was for brakes, and once again everything was handled professionally. Communication was clear, turnaround was fast, and the work was solid. If you need a reliable auto repair shop in Cleveland, this is the place to go.
The service I received from these guys was top-notch! Not only did they respond quickly to my call for a tow, but they also managed to fix the problem, saving me the cost of a tow. The prices were very reasonable, and I was extremely satisfied with the overall experience. I'll be taking my business to them from now on.
10/10 will be coming back for my future car needs. My car check engine light came on, a friend recommended I take it to bobby. Turns out I needed my O2 sensors replaced, Bobby was able to replace them, super professional, and quick. I was able to wait in the waiting room with my kids while they replaced the part.
My car broke down…these guys towed me to their shop and I thought it was the alternator but their honest mechanics found a loose connection somewhere and had me on the road in about 40 minutes and saved me around 400 dollars A1 Thanks fellas
I have been a customer of Bobby‘s towing for five years. I first met him when I needed a tow. He was so prompt and helpful that while he had my car, I asked him to do an overall check. He did an oil change, replaced my wiper blades and two tires which I had been postponing for too long, checked and filled all fluids. The second time my car wouldn’t start. I called Bobby, and he was there in a flash and had me up and running. I’ve been going to him for all my vehicle needs since then and would not think of going anywhere else. besides the Great service, he’s an honest and dependable person.
They couldn't figure out the issue. Told me to come back if it gets worse. A few days later , I was having a stability issue with my front end and called them and I what was told to take it elsewhere that there was nothing they could do. I do not recommend this place.They are a waste of time.
My girlfriends car needed a valve stem replaced, Bobby towed the car and fixed the stem within an hour of us calling. Service was quick, easy, and professional.
Do not do business with this guy. He was barely understandable over the phone, but clearly made an offer of $500 for my car, only to drop it by $200 upon pickup, telling his guy to leave it if I didn't take the offer for the car. Prior to that, he hung up on me when we were trying to schedule a pick up day & time. He said that they salvage parts from the cars, which is good, because I put a lot of new parts whenever possible, instead of salvage. I even threw in some extra parts from over the years to sweeten the deal. Apparently, Bobby just takes the cars, rips off the catalytic converter & the rims, then crushes the rest for slag. Apparently, the fact it had a newer catalytic converter was the reason for breaking our oral contract, because they couldn't get more palladium, platinum, and rhodium from a newer one. He didn't say "up to $500" he said "$500" and breaking a deal by issuing an ultimatum is no way to do business. He even complained about having to pick up from across town. He just seems like a mean old drunk that doesn't care about anyone but himself. While his workers are decent, he is unworthy of them. The owner responded that I said a bunch of things I didn't, especially since I could barely understand him and he was rushing and hanging up. Sad to note he doesn't deny being a drunken stinge or that he doesn't care about customers, or that he lied about reusing my car's parts in salvage and resale. And it's good to note he does this to people even with the original catalytic converters, as another person attested.
Bobby and his team are very reliable, they're open 7 days a week, affordable services you can rely on them to fix any car issues you have. I have used their services for towing, plugging a flat tire and installing a new battery.
I usually don’t leave reviews but I definitely had to come here and shout this towing company out. He definitely was a big help coming to jump start my car. He was very generous & very helpful. 100% recommended.
