My 1st call the owner was very respectful, friendly, yet direct and to the point, asked me a few important questions, verified the title was clear, quoted me a price asked if he could pick the truck up in a couple of hours between 5:30-6:00pm. He pulled in at 5:25 my husband went out to meet him and do the transfer of title, said the owner did a quick check under the truck did the title and no joke was back inside within 3 minutes, cash in hand. And, it was the EXACT amount he had quoted me which I might add was $170 higher than 2 other quotes and $100 higher than 3 other quotes i was given earlier today. I had been putting off calling around to JUNK my vehicle due to personal negative past experiences as well as hearing horror stories from family and friends when dealing with other companies that buy JUNK cars. Yet again today i was ready to give up after getting the run around from several other companies until I found this company, A-1-B's towing and JUNK cars. My tire fell off on the highway due to wheel bearing failure. I had my kids with me and then he came right away. Just like he said in 15 minutes he was there. Got us off the highway safely. Thanks again very great service.

Absolutely stellar service and price! The entire experience was on point. Prompt. Dependable through and through. I called for a tow Christmas morning after calling around the night before and that morning. He was at my house in 20 minutes - mid snow storm. Everywhere else required I already be with the vehicle but he picked me up and took me to the car. His energy was so positive. Pleasure to be around. Great convo. He made an originally stressful situation fun. Not only is it a relief to have the car safe but also to know great people like him exist. Benny is a SOLID human being. Tip him!!!

My experience involved moving the car into the driveway after getting a flat tire. The car was moved about 100 feet.
He arrived less than 5 minutes from his estimated time. Price was incredibly reasonable too. I was reluctant to call a tow at first because I didn't want to shell out $200 for this. We were able to get my car in the driveway and in a position where I could get the tire replaced the next day without much hassle. Grateful for that.
I would definitely call again if I need a tow.
Called Benny around 6:30pm (closes at 9p) He promptly picked up the car when he said he would and brought it to the location we specified. He was able to easily work around the fact that there was only a rim left on one of front tires. Friendly, efficient and very reasonably priced. Would use again!
