While unloading a bmw the tow truck driver scratched a 96 mustang and didn’t want to take accountability, I was able to fix it but really showed as a company how trashy they can be. How they managed to scratch a car parked on the other side of the garage is crazy to me.

I scheduled a tow for 9am Monday morning when I called on a Sunday evening and got a quick response, they called me Monday morning at 840 to let me know they were in route I was so happy,they were very professional on time and I loved how my car was towed it was towed by a wrecking tower it completely lifted my car up both front and back and didnt use my wheels in the towing process at all . The gentleman was fast professional and very educated in his craft and didn't mind talking me through the steps he was doing to ease my mind about the tow. 10/10 service black owned business i will support again and again thank you guys
They came in a timely manner and got the job done and right! They literally came and got me when other towing companies turned me down. They were definitely life savers! Definitely the people to call last minute when you're down and out!
My tow truck operator Loon with tb towing was very organized and professional . Response time was awesome and accurate loaded my car with care in unbelievable speed . If i had more stars to add it would definitely be 10 star service highly recommend will definitely keep you guys saved for next time
We paid a deposit for a car and drove 4 hours to see it and they sold it! NEVER BUY FROM THEM. They text us the whole road telling us to when will we come and when we came they told us they sold it 30 mins before. We called to booked and see the car and they sold it. TERRIBLE SERVICE NEVER BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE SCAMMERS.

AWFUL service. Called for a tow at 3:15 was told the tow truck would be 30 min. After 30 min we get a text 40 more min., again the 40 more minutes go by after an hour we message them again to be told they are on the way. I short we waited 3.5 hours for a tow 4 miles home. Ill Never use them again.

Very unprofessional. Ordered a tow for my car only to wait 2 hrs just for the driver to tell me he wouldn’t be able to do the job when he told me he was in route and 45 mins away.

Used them 2 or 3 times, can’t really remember because I’m always stuck on the side of road lol. Came very quick each time and got the job done. Very safe clean and professional. I would recommend them and use them again.
I want to thank TB Towing for their remarkable assistance. During a recent trip to visit family with my infant. My car broke down leaving me lost and stranded with a 2 month old. Thankfully, I discovered TB Towing, whose customer service far exceeded my expectations. Their representatives were friendly and reassuring. A driver arrived within 20 minutes. Furthermore, their technicians demonstrated an understanding of my Mercedes Benz, completing the necessary repairs without requiring me to leave the vehicle.
