Not sure how these people expect people that hold steady jobs and provide transportation for their children to school and sports activities to get their car out of their lot when you’re only provided a time gap of 10am-3pm absolutely an inconvenience and annoyance for parking somewhere for 10 minutes.
I sat in a parking lot today and watched 2 of these drivers grabbing cars from somewhere down the street, loading up the parking lot before taking the vehicles back to base. They were straight up backing up cars until the slammed into the car behind them before dropping them off. Just because people are too stupid to follow parking laws, doesn't mean you should damage their property.
They told my car where was not well lit the signs were mango have the letters missing I gave him a demand letter she said she threw my my demand letter in the trash and she was going to throw me in their next. If you want a great towing company go to Smith & sons
This towing company is unethical. My car was towed on Saturday morning without instructions from my apartment complex office. They are closed on The weekends. Their office hours are Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. It's now Mondsy morning and I still can't get any information to retrieve my car I keep getting an answering machine. I will be filing a legal complaint with the courts.
Stop speeding down the road. You almost just rear ended me!
They responded saying it wasn’t them. I obviously didn’t come up with this company name in head. I read it on the truck and then when I googled it, found the exact same truck/logo that was just driving recklessly speeding and almost crashed into me.
Try to gaslight someone else.

This tow company is illegal towing most of these cars they have to give proper notice before they tow a car now I called aske where is my car 10 times they refused to tell where my car also hung up in my face I went outside because they were still towing to figure where my car is he wouldn’t tell me either they violated multiple laws now I don’t have time to sue but if any of u do I have all the rules there violating the exact codes

Any attempt to collect a debt (like a towing/storage bill) must be fair and legal. If the tow was illegal or improperly handled, any bill they issue may violate this law.
I am a home health hospice nurse, and had to come into this area to a patient’s residence to do a hospice visit with them.
I had my home healthcare service pass, hanging in my mirror for parking while I was in their residence doing the visit, and this company came and towed my car in less than a half hour. And then tried to charge me more money than what was listed on the sign for the fine to get it back.
I had to have a friend come pick me up to drive me there who came inside their grungy trailer office with me and they were telling her to get out and go back to her car. She told them there were no signs post anywhere that said you could not wait with someone inside. They were really rude and were just about the lowest class of business people I’ve ever encountered in my life.
They then tried to charge me an additional $60 higher fine above the $127 that was listed on the private parking sign and told me I had to pay it in cash. When I told the guy that I was not gonna pay any additional amount other than what was listed on the sign they told me I need to learn to read.
I had a picture of the sign and I showed it to him.
They also charged me a daily storage rate in addition to the fine listed on the sign. Even though they had only had my car for about an hour.
Then they said I had to walk by myself with a guy to the actual impound lot to get my car and they would not let my friend walk with me. So she waited by a gate and they sent a Rottweiler dog out by where she was.
This place is shameless and honestly it’s really low to tow anyone’s car from a spot after 10 minutes, but especially someone who is doing home health hospice care for a patient and has their pass hanging in their car. There was plenty of parking left in that lot when my car was there. And nowhere to park on the street.
It was already a very unfortunate situation, but they made it worse by trying to rip me off and then being threatening and rude towards my friend.
The guy that walked me to my car was actually nice and said he felt bad for the situation. He said the guy who was in there speaking so rudely to me was his boss.
No need to bully and rip people off to make a living. Shameful.
I called Private Property Impounds this afternoon to ask some questions about parking signs at an apartment complex; visitor parking rules, payment options etc... The woman I spoke with was the most rude and condescending person I’ve ever spoken to, she wasn’t open to hearing any explanation, whatsoever; he was WRONGLY accused of parking there to go to a bar!!! He has texts to show what apartment building he was asked to come to and the apartment number, proving he was inside picking someone up!!!!! I’m assuming there are cameras in the lot to prove it, too? I will be calling the complex office Monday morning to ask - She told me it wasn’t any of my business because she sent my son what he needed to know.
She ultimately hung up on me, like a child; a real gem
Unladylike, unprofessional, rude, making false accusations… the list goes on.
After reading the reviews, almost all negative, I can see that they have pretty lengthy issues dealing with the public.

These people are thieves took our car out of our apartment complex WITH THE PARKING PASS ON OUR CAR!!! Then overcharged us, we did take pictures of the towing sign, and reading the rest of these reviews it's not the first time you all have done this we will be talking to a lawyer. You all need to be shut down
I just had to pick my car up from their place for 185 dollars for parking at Burger King parking lot for 5 minutes! What is that? This place is a scam! It is now 3:45 am this all happened around 12 something am and I’ve been running around trying to find a ride to go to their location which was a chore in itself. Thank god I found a friend still up and was able to give me a ride but really? 5 mins? This company is shady and needs to be looked at by the better business bureau. I get it, I was parked there after hours but 5 mins!? Someone please investigate this company, shady business is going on here.
Update: I fully understand that. But when I catch you guys in the middle of the act and I could’ve got a warning. Plus, I was there for 5 mins without knowing. You could’ve been gracious enough to unhook my car. But the attitude I got back was. Oh well, this is where you can pick your car up.
A tall white male illegally towed my vehicle off a public street dressed in all black with a ski mask. The guy also had a gun on in waist. During the release of my truck and I received the invoice the address was changed from where they picked up the vehicle and also the time. These people are very unprofessional and I will filing a complaint with the city.
04/2024:
Pretty crappy people here, their rude and shady. They towed my car minutes before they closed so I wouldn't be able to get my car that day which caused me to miss work. They also damaged an aftermarket underglow kit and they refused to give me the picture of where my car was towed from (which would of had proof) as well as refused to acknowledge they damaged my vehicle yet when me and the guy walked up you could clearly see the wire laying on the ground in front of my vehicle and I immediately took a picture. My landlord who was cool and understanding reimbursed me the ridiculous cost (which was well over what the sign in our parking lot says) for their mistake. If you plan on using these goofballs for your property I'd reconsider heavily.
03/2024 Update:
I must have insanely bad luck, because I had another run-in with them when my car broke down, and I had to borrow my mom’s car just to get home and get some sleep before work. I parked at around 12-1 AM and woke up at 6 AM only to find the car already gone.
Now, I’ll admit, this one was technically on me the car didn’t have a parking pass but towing a vehicle after just 6-7 hours in the middle of the night is ridiculous. At least this time, they didn’t damage the car, and they gave me the “resident fee” of $157 instead of $180 (gee, thanks, I guess). My mom said the guy she spoke to was rude as hell (not surprising), but the lady she dealt with was at least somewhat polite.
If you ever have to deal with this company, expect rudeness, overcharging, and zero accountability. If you’re a property owner thinking of contracting them, find someone else—your tenants will hate you for using these guys.
Absolute garbage of a company. Towed me from my own apartments then tried to over charge me until I had a family member who also works the tow industry and called them on their bullshit. Towed my friend late then ignored her calls all while being parked directly under visitor parking sign. Every driver has a god complex they need therapy.
11/03/23 They towed my registered & legally park car, and damaged my (RF)inner and outer tie rods and refused to pay the repairs.

Absolutely terrible experience - literally 1 person who tows the cars and runs the front desk. Had to wait 3+ hours after they told us it would talk 30 min for the driver to get back. Idk how this company had not been flagged for scamming people
SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. If I could rate 0 stars it's the only thing this place deserves. There's no parking for the cars you have to take to get YOUR car back. It blocks the busy intersection with new cars quickly.
Their systems kept going down and they often just shut the window in our faces. There's better places stealing money from the public. Shut this one down.
The owner making responses to their bad reviews using "u" instead of "you" really shows how much they care to run anything even remotely professional. I did not even need to yell at anyone to get bad service, they gave that to me for free
I called this company 4 times to have them tow a car in my apartment parking lot. The person was parked in a handicap spot and had no identification that they were handicap. They told me they were going to come 3 hours later still no one showed up. Called again he said he would come out personally an hour goes by still no one shows up. Called again twice and they place was closed the car is still in the handicap spot with no consequence. How sad people can not do their job.
After just moving to the area I had the unfortunate luck of getting my car towed while working. The ladies I dealt with at Private Property Impounds were amazing! They made an awful experience bearable. I was able to get my car the next morning without any trouble.
This is the most unprofessional place I ever seen. They towed my Godmother's car who is over age and elderly because she didn't have her sticker on her car she forgot to put it on. She was right there with the tow man and put the sticker on and had the papers to prove it. The man did not have no empathy and still told her call although she had proof yes we got the car back the next day and paid 185.00 in cash in every last one of them people are miserable LOL God is still good
Very shady company! They towed my car from my girlfriends parking lot, which i have parked there numerous times with no problem. Then are very rude when you call them and demand you have cash only nothing else. As well as damaged my rear stabilizer bar and right rear axle boot when they hooked their hooks onto my vehicle. I have called trying to rectify the situation with no help whatsoever
They are literally ignoring my calls . I have called over 10 times , and a person has even picked up, than quicky hung up the phone . Business hours say 10-6pm. My car can be towed in the middle of the night , but they ignore your calls during business hours ti retrieve your vehicle ?. Something really needs to be done about this place .
They send in a fleet of stealth tow trucks and clear entire parking lots of cars who didn't know they weren't supposed to park somewhere (such as a parking lot that isn't being used.) They purposely hit high-traffic areas, quickly and quietly to fuel their money hungry extortionate operation. They dumped my car in an actual junkyard with scrap metal, glass, deconstructed cars and the occasional tweaker riding around the place on a bicycle. Super shady impound lot, like out of a movie or bad dream. They take cash only and talk to you from behind a panel. I would watch your back and consider carrying protection.
Definitely the rudest if come across in a long time. The woman that I spoke with yesterday is evidently the nasty rude woman everyone else that wrote reviews spoke about. These company should be held to a higher standard. My car was parked at the Euclid Hills villa apartments. They towed my car stating that the plates were expired, when in fact they were very much current. The sticker for the plate was not on it. These people don’t really have to be held to any standard. The have to call the police to inform them what they are doing and why. At that point the police should verify if what they are claiming is accurate (Euclid police didn’t verify nor do they ever) changes need to be made and checks and balances to insure they are right. They have found this hustle on driveling through their contracted apartment specially to snatch cars on what they think is an expired plate. $185 later… they should not be out here play judge and jury… just plain old abuse of power… I’d advise to NEVER support this business in life… pass it on
Towed my daughters truck from an apartment building complex. She was visiting a friend and got there at 9pm and stayed the night. Lady on the phone said she needed a parking pass or she must park in the visitors parking lot. The person that leases the apartment showed me his lease and nowhere in his lease does it state visitors must park in a certain lot and there are no signs. This towing company it scamming people. I have made a complaint with the police department. And the police are very aware of how this place is doing business,
After my car got towed from my moms apartment, I spoke with a lady who told me I could come get my car immediately (even though it was 7:30pm on a Sunday), I got there around 8pm and was rudely told by the manager that I had to wait 30 minutes before I could get my car - not even 5 minutes later, ED came out to assist me and got me out of there within 10 minutes. Thank you Ed for making an annoying experience, ten times better!!! You sound like a really good guy :)
Terrible towing company. Towed my car within 5 minutes of me running in my moms apartment. Charged me 150 to drop the car. Did not give me a receipt for the transaction. According to Ohio law they are only supposed to charge 50% of the towing fees when they are caught before pulling off the lot. They are also supposed to provide a receipt for the transaction.
Crooks !!!!!!!!!!!! Biggest scam in Cleveland !!!!!! Towing cars in a lot with absolutely no signs of no parking private property. Its how they make money.. Who can afford to take your spouse to dinner when these guys are watching and waiting to make a buck. Entrapment to the fullest !!!! Made five hundred and fifty dollars on our group. We didn't even get to finish our food. We drove an hour just to get towed. So as my car is being attached ( not fully on ) we asked if we can give them cash not to take our car. They said yes and as my wife went back into restaurant they pulled off with my 2021 Cadillac screeching down the road bumper dragging!! Oh yeah ..... tried to charge us double for not signing damage waiver without seeing vehicle. Won't be back in Cleveland no time soon.
