George is probably the most honest mechanic I've heard of. My wife has taken her jeep there many times and he's always fare. He replaced the thermostat months ago for a fair price. Then just recently, the thermostat failed (faulty thermostat), and he replaced it again for free. He's done things like this several times that proves his honesty. He easily could have came up with another story to tell my wife and charged her $300. Thanks again George!
On our trip we experienced a problem with an oil sending unit. When we got to Ohio my wife’s cousin introduced us to George at SASS .He made our problem a priority so that we could continue to South Carolina,his professionalism and compassion for our problem was commendable.My wife and I will recommend him to everyone we come in contact with,family and friends. We cannot say enough good about what they did for us and the more than reasonable price we were charged for the work thank you again.

These guys are the best. I ended up coming to see them in a panic because of an AWFUL sound my car started making. I called them and they got me in right away. Not only did they get me in right away but it took them no time to get me a very reasonable quote for the brake work I needed. They completed the work in just two hours and got me right back to work.
The customer service while I was there was wonderful and the owner really went the extra mile to make sure I didn't miss any work appointments.
I have never met a person at a motive shop as kind as the owner of Sass automotive. I tried going to a couple well known places down the street in Parma and they both wanted around $200 to just look under the hood when my car was severely overheating with my young daughter in the car. Him and his employee took us in even while busy.

Great service. Great prices. I have taken my car here for a while on a friend's (from the eastside) recommendation. They offer options to the degree of repairs: new parts vs. used replacement parts; whether something must be repaired vs. just riding it out; they have even fixed things and NOT charged me because it was very minor. I never feel taken advantage of or scalped here. I would and do recommend this place to everyone.
Great group of people. Knowledgeable mechanics, honest, fair pricing, reliable, quality work and superb customer service. Trust and car service are rarely synonymous but Sass has made that a truth for me and mine for years.
This is our go to shop. We've been going here for over 12 years. Team is AMAZING. Only charges you for necessary work and if anything happens after they fix your car they'll do everything to make it right.
My mechanic could not service me today, so i decided to take my car to sass where my daughter gets her car done And im very pleased did what i asked and the customer service was great from the time i dropped off and picked up. Very nice thorough business. I think my mechanic lost my business.
I really liked the service I received. I could tell that these guys were honest mechanics. If you live in Ohio city or Tremont I would definitely recommend them for car repairs.
I went here to inquire about parts for my van. The owner didn't seem to want to be bothered by my needs. I have gone there in the past and he was friendly and helpful. I don't know why the change in attitude. As of right now I wouldn't recommend going to him.
I took my car up to meineke to be served, by being early in the morning I wanted me some coffee,so I walked and got some coffee not really knowing my way around got lost coming back and wind up at SAS automotive,I had walked at least an hour and it was very hot like a desert out there,the manager that own the shop was so nice to me he gave me a ride back to meineke,, his wife even gave me some water,I don't know what would have happened if he or her didn't,I probably would have passed out, I owe them my car to give it service one day.Thanks again Sir & ma'am.
Car had a leak, called them up they looked at it for free called and gave pricing options and identified problem. Fixed car within hours. Very fast service for a problem that I thought would take days to fix. Will be back for certain.

Thanks for telling me I had a major gas leak in my 02 Impala when you guys put my new engine in, or that I had needed new spark plugs and spark plug wires (A freak'n tune-up) smh never again such honesty...
