My car was stuck in the snow on the side street and these guys did everything they could to get my car out. They were very careful and caused no damage!
Trying to get to Michigan for Christmas and our radiator blew up. Miraculously two very nice gentlemen pulled up in a Westpark Towing car while we were at the auto parts store. I was flabbergasted. They were super nice and had a truck there to tow us within 20 minutes. Tow driver "Eddie" was so nice and took the car back to my house so we could continue our journey to Michigan (in a working car ). I highly recommend them if you are in need. Thank you guys!!!!!

Thank you for your service to help with my daughter’s car late at night. She got a flat tire driving back to her apartment and Angel was there quickly, couldn’t get the lug nut off but towed her car to the tire shop close by and helped her leave instructions for them for the morning and waited until her ride got to her with her. That’s service! She is from Michigan, and staying in Ohio right now and has no one to help her and so as her mom in Michigan feeling helpless, this man was her Angel! I was traveling from NY to Wisconsin on a motorcycle. My front tire went flat on the highway and I used my insurance provided roadside assistance. I've seen too many videos on motorcycles being towed improperly and was nervous. Regretfully I can remember the drives name that showed up. He came with a motorcycle dolly to safety move my bike. He's also bike rider and was very pleasant to talk with. He ended up taking me to two different places so I could get it fixed that day, last minute. It was the best experience I could have under the circumstance.
The nice man who helped me today was so kind and even offered to bring me home but I had already called for a ride. He got to me quickly and was able to get my car up and home fast. I didn't get his name, but whoever came to get my car in Westlake today, I thank you so much !

Angel came to tow my harley and was easily the most professional and efficient driver i’ve ever encountered/seen. great at keeping a convo to people down on their luck and is the best at what he does. Was more concerned about my bike falling then i was. (he let me make sure i thought it was good and stable before taking off) i had complete faith after i did my own tests but the entire drive i saw that he was still very aware of the bumps and if the bike shifted at all to ensure no mistakes were made.

Eddie came and towed me to a local place a few days ago. I had shared with him that I thought it was the alternator that wasn't working. After he got my car there he shared that he thought it was actually something with the starter motor. Im glad he did because I asked for the place to do a diagnostic first and he was right. There was a bad fuse for the starter. It's a much cheaper repair. Thanks Eddie!
Eddie was FANTASTIC! He was so friendly, competent, and professional! Even while being very fast, he wanted to check to see if he could get my vehicle to start and really took his time on that. i’ve never left a review on Google before, but he went above and beyond, and it can be so rare to find people that are excited about their work, and therefore competent to perform it beyond what is even necessary for the job. I highly recommend Westpark Towing! They were very quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Eddie was very knowledgeable and friendly, and took great care with the car. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I were comfortable riding in the tow truck with him. This company obviously takes pride in the services they offer, as well as their towing equipment. Great to see these days! I just wanted to say thank you for getting my 17 year daughter car towed in a timely manor safely. Especially before them we dealt with another towing service that tried to extort us for money, even know we were using our insurance roadside assistance. My car was dead in my garage so we couldn’t do a jump. It was late and other towing companies kept canceling coming out. Carlos at West park called right away to set up service. He was very professional. Eddie was friendly and on right on time, he even helped with battery tips for the future. Great company! Definitely recommend 10 out of 10! Thanks guys!
Never used this place. Never would in a million years. If you've got people driving your trucks that use vehicles loaded on the back as battering rams at 70+ miles per hour on the freeway in traffic almost causing a serious accident with my kid in the car, and when I lay on my horn while swerving into other traffic they lock eyes with me while LAUGHING about it n the mirror you're asking for for major incident and or law suit. As someone who learned how to drive in a tow truck, I don't know any company who would be okay with employee behaving that way with the company name plastered all over the side of the truck. Shame on you.
Ramon at Westpark towing is the best. I thought I needed it towed to the dealer for a new starter, but really just needed a new battery. He got it started right away and didn’t charge me.
State farm uses them for emergency tows and honestly I would have rather dragged my car to the shop myself. They couldn't find my car and when I attempted to help them find it, they just hung up on me. Two jours wasted.They have a serious attitude problem . Very unprofessional.
State farm sent them to pick up my car to tow it from Parma to Amherst. They dropped the car down in front of the only bay at the dealership and took of with the keys. When I called them to tell them I needed them to take my keys back they never apologized. Only told me over and over people make mistakes. After 2 more phone calls to them. Me having to leave work to take the spare key to the dealer to get the car moved and 3 hours passing they finally got the key there.
