I wanted to say thank you for Tommy tow driver he did great job coming to my rescue @ 6 am this morning I was stuck on freeway it was very scary and dark that early in the morning when they said they would be there in 20 minutes they were there ..Thank you and God bless great job...

My daughter thought she needed a tow. They had the only truck that would fit in the parking garage. It turned out she just need a jump and they only charged for the jump. Great service.

After waiting an hour and half for a different company that never showed up, wish I had went with kufner first. I had a lockout in the middle of the night. Was quoted a 15 min ETA but I think he was here in less than 10 and done just as fast. Price was reasonable too
They came out to winch one of our semi trucks out and they came fast, provided great service and pricing. They were extremely cautious with our equipment to prevent causing more damage. We would definitely use them again!
The flatbed tow truck driver was being difficult with me about how I needed him to put my SUV on the rollback. Until I reminded him that I had paid for the tow. And I needed him to put my vehicle in my backyard to face a certain direction, for easy access and repair purposes.
My Mustang Mach-E broke down in my one car garage. I was worried about getting it towed out of the garage, especially since it’s an AWD electric. Kufner sent out Jimmy and he was great to work with. The guy who towed my mom’s motorcycle was so nice and amazing ! 9 o’clock at night and it only took him 30 minutes to get to me. He was super fast and nice. He even put her motorcycle back in her garage for me bc I 100% would have dropped it if I tried. I wish I had gotten his name so I could thank him !
