I called to have my awd Honda element towed 30 miles back to Akron from Cleveland. I informed them ahead of time. It was all wheel drive. they just drugged the rear end the whole way and ripped out my four-wheel-drive. I called them within a week, letting them know of the damages that have occurred from there improper towing methods. The proof is in the picture. as I've tried to call them and remedy this, they have taken it upon themselves to block my phone number. I will be filing a court case

Have used them for years, I own two local business and also personally. and they have taken good care of my associates, extended family and friends. They have over time towed my business fleets, Trailers, recreational vehicles, Motorcycles and boats. They are knowledgeable, fair and best of all they show up when they say they will. not hours later. When my Insurance and auto club people both failed to provide what they had promised. They also have their own certified mechanics. And they have fixed my vehicles immediately when my regular mechanics were too busy. Family owned and operated. They deliver the actual real deal.

In my experience they were extremely professional, they did great work, it was reasonably priced, and astonishingly fast. They treated me very well, and earned my return business, I can’t recommend them higher.
Somebody broke into my Kia by shattering my window and attempted to steal it, but ended up snapping my steering column too hard. I originally found it funny since I've heard of the "Kia Boy" trend for several months now.
It stopped being funny when my insurance, the dealership, and the police were being incredibly difficult and unhelpful.
I ended up calling Metro Wrecker Service just to get a tow, but he informed me that he had the resources to fix my car at a faster rate than the dealership.
Mike was incredibly communicative and thorough in a time when no one else in this situation was being helpful. He really helped ease a lot of the stress of the situation, and even saved me a massive buck.
I would definitely recommend and use again!
Today was the first major blizzard (with a -25 wind chill!) of the season. Paul came through when scheduled, took me to the nearest tire place where we learned I apparently have weird rare tires, and he took me to try a couple other shops before we found a winner. He was awesome and Metro Wrecker really took care of me. 10/10 service, the best!
I have to say these people are awesome! They do everything they can to make sure that you are safe and back on the road as soon as possible. I got my Jeep worked on and I couldn’t believe how fast they did it, and they are so accommodating! I absolutely would recommend to anybody.

From the time that I called until Paul from Metro Wrecking arrived, it was surprisingly fast and prompt. I would say it was about less then 1/2 hour. Paul didn't waste anytime getting my vehicle to its location safe and sound. I want to thank Paul at metro Wrecker Service for being so prompt, he took great care of my truck. I have never used Metro Wrecking before and let me just say from now on they have my future business and I will always ask for Paul and maybe you should to but i should not overload him with to much work .He is one of the few from what i have seen in a long time who will treat you right. I had the unpleasant experience of my van breaking down off the highway . Metro took my call right away and was extremely good with communicating how long my wait would be. He drove me outside of the county which was extremely nice and very helpful to me. I felt at ease while riding in the truck and chatting. Thank you for making a bad day a little better.
What else can I say about the service that I received this morning…on a Sunday of all days. Out of 40 phone numbers and auto club service through American Family, Mike Dawson was the only person that answered my call and assured me that my needs would be taken care of. All of his service was done without my attendance. He provided me text messages with each phase of the towing process until my car was delivered with CARE. I can’t thank you enough Mike! They pride themselves on helping people and that is exactly what they did.
Mike went out of his way to make sure we were safe After a bad battery left us stranded on I 90 West. He made sure we were left in a safe, well lit place to wait for rescue, even gave his personal number in case we felt in danger or needed additional help. He was our savior and I would recommend him to anyone in need of roadside assistance!
Called early this morning needing a tow from Lakewood to Willowick and they were there within the hour. Mike who answered the phone was so incredibly nice and helpful. Very knowledgeable of the area and made me feel at ease. From the time the motorcycle broke down until the bike was home was less than 3 hours. 10/10 recommend!

My daughter got her car stuck in the mud right off our driveway. Called Metro Wrecker just from a google search and couldn’t be happier with their services! Joe was here in 45 minutes, called to share his ETA and had daughter out in 2 minutes! Price was extremely reasonable….especially for a Saturday evening! Will be saving their number and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow!
Very fast and convenient. We were on the side of the freeway and we called after finding their website and they had someone to us within 10 minutes, they were super nice and the tire was changed fast. Thank you very much, would recommend in emergencies.
Nov 2021 update: I filed a complaint with the BBB and he still hasn't sent me a receipt with the info I need. He replied to the complaint, "If you ask nice I will send it". He still has not sent it or emailed it. Quite ridiculous he won't help me out with a simple email so I can get my money back.
I got a receipt for the cost but I need my car model and VIN on it to get reimbursed from my insurance company. I have been trying to get it for a month and he won't do it. He won't send me a simple email. He says he will mail it. He is a liar. Never mailed it. His name is Michael Dawson.
Called AAA and got no assistance after 2 hs. Got immediate help from Metro. The technician arrived promptly, was friendly and professional, and had us on out way in 20 minutes. We'll be cancelling our AAA memberships.
I would highly recommend this company to anyone!

While traveling home tonight a driver from this company pulled out right infront my family and i on the road towing someone's vechile nearly missing us seeing as we were also towing a tralier behind us, horrific. As we met at the red light he followed by saying something out the window and it most certainly was no apology. I than looked up the company and called the number provided upon doing so i explained what happened which then whomever answered the phone with "you know what, I don't wanna hear it!" With an abrupt hang up. Still in shock from the near potentially deadly car accident we just escaped to be follwed up by a disgusting display of disregard, not only for the lives of 5 people but the property trusted to them that they are responsible for. This has to be the most unprofessional business I have ever have come in contact with in multiple fashions....A simple apology would of safised, I would of followed with a thank you and have a grear night, too much to ask for it seems. I would never call this company for anything, knowing how unethical and unprincipled their ways of conducting their business practices are.

Was traveling with my family towing a trailer And one of their drivers pulled out in front of us towing another vehicle.... Which was quite scary in itself. When I tried to call in my concerns about their drivers lack of attention... I was scolded as if I had done something wrong...I would have to say this has to be the most reckless and unprofessional business I have ever had such an unwanted incontoure with, followed than by a rather unpleasant experience with the dispatcher...disgusting. A simple I'm sorry that happened to you and I will talk to the driver would have been a much better response... Thank you again for your sarcastic, unprofessional and snarky demenor speaks wonders of how the rest of your business must be run... I would never have a vehicle towed by this company

Mike came to the rescue! Before finding Metro Wrecker Service, I had called over 8 towing companies. Mike and his son provided amazing customer service. After providing an ETA, they also called when they were on their way and when they were getting close. Once they charged my battery and made sure my car was up and running, they also followed me home to make sure I got there safely.
