AAA uses Advantage Towing, and they should! Earlier today I requested a tow. I told them what I needed. Initially they sent me request to Advantage. AAA changed it to another company. The other company arrived and the driver said he didn’t feel comfortable towing my vehicle. He said he would send a different type of tow truck. After a few hours I haven’t heard anything. I call AAA again. They had canceled the previous request and I had to start over. They called Advantage. When he arrived, he hooked the car up in about 10 minutes and was gone. Every single time I need a tow or something else and AAA sends them I never have a problem. They get 5 starts in my book for sure!
Not sure who my towing person was I think his name was Dixon but I honestly appreciate how he got there under an hour and did more than just tow the car I need towed. Sweetest person ever !! Totally recommend
Terrible service. Called AAA for a tow. This is the company that was assigned for the tow. Put in a request at 5:00 p.m. I then received a text that the tow truck would be there at 6:25. I then receive a text the time had been moved to 7:23, then 8:20, then 9:01. I canceled the tow at this point. This is the second time this company was dispatched for a tow and the time was consistently changed. I sent a complaint to AAA to never dispatch this company for a tow for me.
If I waited for Progressive's Roadside Assistance I would still be stuck in a random parking lot. After waiting over 90minutes with Progressive and got nowhere, I put in a request through Nissan Roadside Assistance. Chris got to me in under 30mins. He jumped my car and had me on my way. Extremely grateful you!! And he was very pleasant although I needed help at 4 in the morning. Would definitely use again. Thanks Chris!!!
Called to get a tow and the guy in the phone said the price is $85 for the tow and $3 per mile, my husband and I were only going 0.8 miles away from our destination and he stated $100, I asked “Why $100 if were only going 0.8 miles away from the destination that doesn’t make any sense” , he then stated “I said $100, yay or nay take it or leave it” I looked at the phone and almost reached thru it. I will not ever call to do business here again EVER!!!! And was VERY RUDE as if he had something better to do… Thanks but no thanks….
Cashmere was the driver that came and towed my vehicle back to Sandusky. He was extremely professional and polite. I am so thankful that he was the one to come and get me.

When I broke down making a critical delivery, John was dispatched to me with his flatbed and had me off the street and enroute ti repair shop all in less than 10 minutes. I mentioned that I had to still find time to get my delivery done before the day. He asked for that address, turned around and took me there without hesitation. Also, waited a few minutes while I went in, found the recipient who signed for the package, and then took me to back our office. Thank you Advanced Auto towing and especially operator Johnnie

Johnny my guy a cool fellow. I called gave; make model, pick up and drop off locations he gave good price and a 30 minute pick up time he showed up 10 minutes early with flatbed before I was even ready for him. A1 service square business Very Much Appreciated.

Kind of laughing at the bad reviews. Seems odd anyone would want to positively rate a company that towed their car. Such is life. At any rate, these guys helped get me out of a Cleveland Clinic parking garage (on level 4!) at a reasonable rate. The other tow companies being dispatched by my roadside assistance were charging me extortionate rates trying to capitalize on my misfortune. The employee Scott was upbeat and even helped push (not easy) my car to a point it could be connected. The Director of Parking Services is the one I believe offered the referral to your company, so thanks to him as well. I don't want to have to use these folks again obviously, but I absolutely would. Thanks again.
Very reliable and FAST!Had to get my car towed on short notice. Called John at 9 am, he was across town, hooking my car up at 9:20. Done at a very reasonable price and John is very sweet. Saved my life.
HATE!!!!!!! this place I had them tow two cars after Thanksgiving back to back the tow truck driver lost the keyless entry remote so when I ask him about he dummy up and said I did not give it to him they are not responsible beware I will never go back HATE THIS TOW CO.
