I would’ve given zero stars if I could. The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They don’t even acknowledge your questions. Worst treatment I’ve ever received!
The guys that work here are always helpful if I need a hand getting my recycling materials out of my car because they are to heavy. They are always willing to lend a hand. When you are taking in materials that require you to go across the scale to the back lot the guys are pretty good about helping you discern what metals should go back to the front so that I will get the most money. Also giving tips like cutting off power cords and taking them back to the front so as to maximize my profits is always helpful. Thanks guys keep up the good work.

This place is really really horrible. They absolutely try an give you the lowest for your scrap an there’s some guy there who claims to be the owner who’s very rude an accused me of stealing my scrap I was really embarrassed he even followed me out the scrap yard tryin to take pictures of me an my friend.
Someone stole my Harley Davidson rim n tire sometime this past week. I saw it Saturday there. But they were closed by the time I got back there. So I went there today. And they wouldn't even talk to me. And by the time I got a police report. They would have already shipped it to out. I think they were wrong n I will never go there again. They buy stolen stuff. So watch your stuff.
I have been doing business with these folks for 15 years. They are the ONLY scrap yard in Cleveland that will consistently treat you fairly, give you a fair price, and takes into account that you are a repeat customer.
I've been to several other scrapyards on the East/West sides of Cleveland and been ripped off, taken advantage of, argued with, put up with little shenanigans some yards like to play like setting up a pallet and box and "forgetting" to weigh it, or over weighting it.
NOT AT AETNA, they don't play games, the owners are great guys, they constantly have a smile even considering some of the scams people try on them, and they are very honest with you. Do yourself a favor and use this scrap yard exclusively!
