This Mavis Tire, NTB, has always been helpful for emergency repairs. More than once they have taken care of flat tires for our family. They are always pleasant and knowledgeable. Their tire prices are also reasonable.
James and the crew at NTB Beachwood are always so helpful and provide tremendous service. I recently got a new set of tires and one ended up getting punctured. They patched it free of charge. Can’t recommend them enough!

Put my spare tire on in the front which you should never do because of steering components. When my car was returned the technician used his weed cart in it. Sub woofer was disconnected and spare tire was not placed properly. And one of my tires was over filled by 15 psi. Do not go here for any services you can do yourself. I had to fix every mistake they made.
I came into NTB with no appointment or anything and I needed a new tire because mine kept going flat no matter how many times I put air in the tire. NTB I want to thank Kenny for the fantastic customer service he gave me. This is what great employees look like. Thank you Kenny
I came in and got my car serviced at NTB and James waited on me and was very helpful and nice! They worked on my car super quick and called me as soon as it was ready! I would recommend NTB to anyone who needs tire work, they are very reliable!
I got excellent service from this business on an emergency drop in basis, and really appreciated it! They were very busy with scheduled customers, and I would recommend making an appointment because they are pretty busy, but they were very courteous, very professional, and addressed my emergency issues issues as quickly as they could. Everybody was great!
After going to 6 gas stations for air and all the machines were down, I went to NTB on a whim to see if they would be kind enough to put air in my tires. To my surprise I had a huge nail in my tire and needed more than air. Kenny and James got me right in and discovered the problem. They patched my tired, checked all my air pressure and sent me on my way. What started out as a bad day, was restored by their kindness. Thank you.
James was very friendly and helpful when I walked in without an appointment with a flat tire. They got me in and my problem fixed in about 90 minutes. Highly recommend!
This is my first time going here. The tires I wanted had to be ordered. When I arrived for my appointment the tires were there , I spoke with Kenny about the other services I wanted done to my vehicle, he was full of information and very polite. After a shitty day of a random flat tire on a brand new car, I took my tire to get patched, they had it done within an hour and I wasn’t even sitting and waiting for it. Kenny did me a huge solid on the price. It reminded me there are still good people out there. I could not recommend them enough.

Got a flat in the middle of a long road trip while traveling with young kids. They patched our tire immediately and we didn’t even need to take the kids out of their car seats. Kenny at Beechwood NTB was excellent. I needed a tire repair and he was able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was friendly, professional, and prompt. The prices were much less than several other shops I got quotes for.
I needed to get my snow tires on & I made a last minute call to Kenny. He was so helpful and friendly! He was very helpful and got my tires changed the same day I called! Awesome service! Awesome guy!
I had a screw in my tire and Kenny did an amazing job plugging the hole in my tire. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I would highly recommend going to this location and having kenny work on your car!
I am so thankful for James! He is the best. After a busy morning of errands my last stop was the nail salon. As I left the nail salon my emergency light read low tire pressure. I checked and my front passenger tire read 7 😡! I went to the dealership and the service department was closed. I googled the nearest tire shop and NTB was 3 minutes away! James had someone take care of my tire and I was on my home within 30 minutes! Thanks again James, you were a Godsend 😊!
Staff (especially James) was extremely friendly, helpful and most of all HONEST! Another shop told me I needed stuff done that I afrually didn’t need done- and NTB could have easily charged me but they were honest. Saved me money and now I’m only going there for tire and battery needs
Amazing customer service. I walked in with an issue with my tire pressure. They serviced my car immediately and the process was quick and easy! I’ve already had to come back a few times and each time I’ve been very impressed with the service.
Kenny and Sam was great. I was able to get my tire fixed same day within minutes of a nail getting stuck in my tire. The customer service was great and they communicated well. Definitely recommend if you need new tires or a tire repair
Kenny and James are the absolute dream team! After being told by a competitor that they couldn’t repair my tire and as a result needed 4 new ones, I brought the car to them and they repaired the tire in under an hour! Extremely honest and fair service providers that made my day! I’ll definitely be back here when it is time to get new tires. Thank you a million times over!
Notice my tire light in in the rental and stopped to get air, Trey discovered a nail and Bob and his team were so helpful to repair it thats u was able to make it to my sister’s wedding. I so much appreciate it and recommend anyone visiting like me from Florida and the surround area to come visit them. They will not disappoint with their exceptional customer service and care.

We stopped in at this location for a valve replacement on a tire and the service was phenomenal! We were kept informed during our wait, greeted immediately, and the overall process was super easy. James and Trey took care of me this morning! I was so worried that replacing my tire would cost me money I didn't really have. They pulled a long drill bit out of my tire and was able to repair it instead of me having to buy a new one! I appreciate how kind and considerate they were. I was on a walker and they held the doors open for me and pulled the car around for me so I didn't have to walk far. I appreciate their professionalism, efficiency, and their friendliness.
James at NTB was more than helpful. After going to a few different places to get my tire fixed, he is the only person that took a look at it to see what the issue was. Thank you for taking great care of me and making sure I got back on the road safe.
