I got stuck in the snow, and he happened to be driving by to help someone else, and he gave me a quick push. Didn't even charge me. Good guy!

You can't pay for gas at the pump; you have to pay inside. The gas came out of the pump extremely slowly. Gas cost $1 more than at the Shell across the street. I'd like to root for these guys, since they're so nice, but they don't make it easy.

It is a sunday. And my battery light came on. I went to auto zone and they said I need a new alternator. I started calling places and they either weren't open or couldnt help me till tomorrow. Yet when I called mooneys they were so nice and helpful. I talked to the father and he made .e feel like his daughter. Said come to the shop and we'll figure it out. When I got there (9mins away) his son was there. He looked and tested it and said the alternator is acting fine. (later we determined its a loose connection) but he looked checked and sent us on our way free. Wouldn't even take a tip. He was so nice. I am sad I dont live in the area. I hope everyone comes here.

I have used Mooney’s twice now and both times they were very responsive and took care of me right away. They made the entire process easy. They even went out of their way to go to a different location to get the keys before going to get the vehicle. I would highly recommend Mooney‘s!

I have taken my car a few times and they are by far the best service in town! I took my car in the day before July 4th and they still took the time to work on and fix my car by the 4th! I always recommend Mooneys!

My brother was in an accident last weekend and Mooneys tow truck towed his vehicle from the scene. I was at the scene when they picked up the car. Prior to their arrival I made a video of the damage and contents within the car. When I went to Mooneys the following day to retrieve things my brother requested from his hospital bed several things were stolen and/or missing for exp: his Prada glasses were stolen which can be clearly scene in my video, my brothers watch was stolen and his wedding band that was in center console is missing. After reviewing the reviews it appears that this happens frequently. Do not let them tow your car!!!!!!!!! If your vehicle is there remove it they are thieves!!!!!!!!’

Having your car breakdown in the middle of the road is not only scary, but incredibly anxiety inducing. Lucky for me, I broke down right across from Mooney's. The employees noticed and quickly got my car over to their parking lot. Almost immediately after popping the hood they could tell what was wrong. I was back on the road in about 2 days. SO thankful for these guys.

I broke down on 271 and called for a tow. They were quick to respond, towed my vehicle and fixed it. Very fast and honest and reasonable. Great people.

Great service, they showed up just a couple minutes after the phone call when I hit a deer on I-271 at 2 am during a Memorial Day weekend. The vehicle was totaled. They released it promptly to another towing service working with my insurance agency, while allowing me to complete some paperwork later, which was the most convenient to speed up the claim process. Very helpful and friendly people, definitely recommended.

Was dealing with a hit and run and had the car towed there for the night. Called in the next day to get it towed to caliber collision, the guy tried to recommend his buddys service and i said no. Coincidentally, it took them 4 days to get the car to where i requested it towed because they wanted to milk insurance while my damaged car sat in a lot. Never leaving my vehicle with them again, dont trust them

My son got a nail through the tire a few miles away from Mooney’s. They got his tire plugged and had him on his way very quickly!! Great service and very nice people.

My wife and children were in her car when the tire blew on the Express Lanes on 271. They were pulled over on the off ramp in the middle of the freeway at night and in the rain. Mooney & Sons came out quickly and removed her car from the dangerous spot it was parked. Towed her car to their location as I picked up her and my kids and followed them. He put the temporary tire on for us and was very professional and courteous. I highly recommend them if you find yourself in a tight spot.

Amazing experience. Went to start my car to find out at 6:30p it was DEAD. Of course this happened the evening before I had a crazy day planned that I needed a car for. Called Mooney and they were able to jump my car and get the battery replaced. In addition to fixing my car that day the price was honestly reasonable. I’m very thankful I called Mooney’s.

Howdy, for the past 8 years or so I started directly calling for some project vehicles to be moved around and without fail, with fair prices, safe procedures, these guys deliver. Will continue to call and would rather wait a day or two then use another company.

I run a small business. My time is scarce and my vehicles are extremely important. The guys at Mooney were quick, friendly, and got my truck to the mechanic without a problem. I couldn't be with the vehicle, but they made sure it go to the right place. Towed an E350 from Beachwood area to Lost Nation for under $200. I absolutely would trust Mooney to get the job done again.

I borrowed a friend's car which broke down. He called Moonies, Michael immediately set out to my location and was there in 30 minutes!!! Fantastic service with a smile and a thank you for the business!!!!

Cannot recommend these guys enough, straightforward, good communication, and good staff. Recently had my car lose a bearing on me on a Saturday and they came and picked it up, then had it back on the road by the following Monday. Definitely give them a call if you need a spot in this area.

I cannot thank them enough. In a car accident today and I was panicked as to how I was going to get my son from daycare (closing in 30 minutes) and get home after my car was totaled and my husband was working 2 hours away. Denny not only was so nice and helpful with the tow, he went above and beyond and took me to get my son and drove us home. My son was so excited to ride in a real tow truck, and an awful experience was made a little better. I had another car repaired there a few years ago and they did a great job, but this just solidified that they go above and beyond for their clients. 5 stars is too low for how much they helped me today.

I'm an Insurance agent and I called Mooney's for an elderly customer with a dead key fob who was stuck. She called and said she was so happy with the service of Mooney's and he took such good care of her. He got to her so quickly and I'm very appreciative!! Will definitely recommend, thank you!

Fixed up my car great. Guys there were nice and helped explain me the issue and so far, it runs smooth. However, they could work on their communication. When I first called the number listed after my engine had problems in a lot, guy who answered said he was busy and offered to text an alternate number (Both greeted me saying they were Mooney's). Was weird but whatever. Found my own way back after they agreed to pick it up later and tow, but proceeded to never get any updates unless I called them first. Was paranoid if they even picked up my car. Thankfully they did, but I was told a few times I'd get a status update later that day or tomorrow, but never did. Not once they ever called me despite saying they would a few times. I think one time, somebody was frustrated wondering why I was calling. I'm a patient person but they gotta understand it's my only car and I don't really wanna be left constantly wondering what's going on, at least call and let me know they actually picked up the car lol. Normally I get calls back from my previous mechanic quickly what's going on and what they would do to fix it and an ETA, but I recently moved so that's why I went with them. Anyway, waited a few days when I again called, told me it was ready and to call back tomorrow after final testing. Did so, arrived later that evening, and the car worked smooth and they explained the problem. I'm hoping it was just bad luck with the communication, I recommend them otherwise. Price wasn't bad as I expected too. It did feel rather long for the repairs then what I'm used to but I'm not a mechanic so I'm not sure.

Skilled and careful tow truck service I'd rely on for any make or model. I had a 2002 Celica with a complete body kit towed from a seller to my home, as the driver followed, I was surprised at how careful and patient his manner of loading, driving, and unloading was. He was able to carefully maneuver through tight spaces, and when getting the car on and off the deck/ramp, he was careful to not have the car scrape against anything. And even though I bought a used car for $800 that couldn't drive, he treated it with more care than many $80+k cars I've seen towed by other companies. I strongly recommend recommend this towing service for anyone in the Chagrin area. I might have to have my car towed to a mechanic for something I may not be able to fix, while unfortunate, I will be happy to give Mooney a call again.

Came out right away on a Sunday, picked up car, and fixed it the following day. Price much better than would have gotten at the dealership. Very good experience. Will use again.

Abruptly ended up with a flat tire and just barely made it to a parking lot. Called a couple of towing companies who weren’t readily available. I called Mooney & Sons and a tow truck arrived in less than an hour! They were also able to plug the tire for a temporary resolution (but I do recommend have a full service appointment at your location of choice after their quick fix). One of the employees was a little unprofessional, informing me that he had to go so he wasn’t going to fix the tire, and Mr. Mooney had to continuously motivate him to work. Other than that, when I was in a bind, they were there.

Dennis was so kind and helpful. Not only did he tow my vehicle, he fixed it as well. Everything was priced fairly and reasonably. This is an upstanding family owned business. I truly appreciate the service provided here at this establishment. They were busy when I called, but within 24 hours my car was fixed and safe in my driveway.
