My wife got stuck in I71 in a snow storm and after a call to AAA, Plaza Wrecker was there in under an hour to pull her car out of the snow, and kindly towed it all the way home with my wife as a passenger. The driver was incredibly friendly and professional throughout.
Had an unfortunate break down on a Sunday with my wife and kids in the car. Richard showed up on time, was very professional, and communicated well. Very nice gentleman. I'd recommend this service to anyone. Thanks, Richard!
Our car broke down overheating over an hour from home in pouring rain. We called AAA and Billy from Plaza came to the rescue. He was very courteous and promptly loaded our car onto his flatbed truck. When he was attaching one of the tie downs to the rear tire he paused and reached inside the wheel. He motioned for me to come closer and he showed me how our rear wheel was about to fall off as a bolt that attaches the control arm was missing a crucial nut. This was just the beginning. Billy told us to go on home and he had to get gas and he would meet us there with the car. We got home and went on with our day. Billy called and said when he was getting gas at the same station there was an 85 year old lady in tears with a flat tire. Being the man he is, he was unable to ignore her situation and proceeded to help her get back on the road. He proceeded onwards to Columbus fully aware he was coming home almost 100 miles empty with a concerned wife wondering why he wasn’t already home. The world needs more people like him. THANK YOU!
Billy towed my truck tonight. He may be one of the friendliest people I've ever dealt with. He was so polite and professional it actually made my vehicle problems seem not so unpleasant. I'd recommend them to anyone who needs their service. Thanks Billy, it was nice meeting you.

We had a flat tire today it was really bad couldn't get the tire off but the tow man Richard helped us tremendously he gave us a ride to the Firestone helped us to feel comfortable he was extremely kind and went out of his way to help us thos place i recommend whole heartedly we go to church out in Lebanon came.from Newport Kentucky this place helped us so more thank you so much
Plaza Wrecker Service was amazing! My car broke down amidst a trip: my wife, two young children, and I were stranded at a gas station off the freeway, 7 hours from home and 3-4 hours from our destination! Jim with the service was dispatched to assist us, and he was very helpful. Seeing we needed a ride to our unplanned hotel stay for the night, he called and got Billy, who transported us & our belongings to the hotel, while Jim towed the car to the repair shop! These are genuine, caring, hardworking guys who want to help and do good for people. I highly recommend them.
Best experience with a towing company by far. Broke down on 71 while out of town with my wife and two kids and Billy was there in literally 15 minutes. When I told him that was quicker than expected he explained that he knew I had kids with me and he didn’t want us sitting on 71 for a while. Hands down can’t recommend enough, very reasonably priced and everyone around the town had good things to say about him. I wanted to be sure to give him a great review. You won’t be disappointed!

The man who was going to tow my car called to let me know it would be about 3 hours. After realizing I couldn’t lock my keys in the car due to safety features, he drove by to get my keys so my vehicle was protected. He was extremely nice and professional. My car got to the dealership with no issues. Would def call them again.
Had to have a car towed for impound. They were very helpful in discussing the process, very efficient. We have used them in the past for personal towing as well and have always been pleased with their service.
“Lost” the hard top on my Jeep while in their possession on a tow. Avoided answering questions for almost a month, opened a claim with AAA and the company DENIED knowing anything about the top, driver denied knowing or “remembering” anything, and will now be having to go through litigation to resolve the issue. Better to avoid, and make sure AAA sends someone else!
Update from last post! My employee received a tow from this company, The Company accidentally charged for a tow that was free under AAA. The company made it write and refunded the overcharge. My employee and I are satisfied. The service was promp and and the tow got completed as expected.
We had a Suburban delivered to us today and the driver (Brandy I believe) handled the drop very professionally and with great precision. Our transmission shop parking lot is FULL and she was able to put a somewhat immobile vehicle in a tight parking spot in a very timely manner and without damage or even close call to any neighboring vehicle or the vehicle on her transport. Well done Plaza!

I was getting off the interstate just now and this guy was stopped in opposite lane on off ramp and decided to whip over in my lane without signaling. I had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting him. It looks based on other negative reviews he has a history of bad driving. No reason to put other lives in danger when you could have done a lane change after you turned.
This company is amazing. The driver that delivered my Jeep went above and beyond service and they will have mine and my families business from now on. HIGHLY recommend
Called on the morning of June 27th, my car had broken down on the way to Monro tires. Spoke to Billy on the phone who said he would be out within 20 minutes, he was there in 10. Took my husband and I to Monro, he was very efficient, and friendly. Price was very reasonable. Billy was definitely part of the team that made what could have been a truly horrible experience into a good one. Thanks so much!!
Call stated what I needed.Guy on phone said they would be here in 30 minutes. Within the time frame stated, an employee shows up, gets the job done and off to the next job. Great service and great price! Definitely would recommend and use again.
Just walked out of Wilmington Walmart...myself and another gentleman just about got ran over by a Speeding Tow Truck with "Plaza Wrecker" on the side.
I was entering crosswalk, other gentleman was in crosswalk when truck Sped Thru!!!
He then stopped briefly down one parking lane, got out for a moment, not sure why? And then proceeded thru WalMart parking lot at a high rate of speed and thru parking spots.
Tow Truck operator....please slow down!!
