We have used the Oxford Carstar multiple times and have never been disappointed.

I guess my 02 Chevy S10 is to much of a high class truck for them to work on. First red light was asking if I was using insurance or paying out of pocket. Second right light was when the estimator was acting like it was the first time she seen door hinges needing replaced acting like this is the first time she have ever seen door hinges. Third red light was when she said she will have to call me after she speaks with the shop manger. I waited for 3 weeks for the appointment to even get it looked at and as of a week after my appointment still no call to say they don't want to do the work. Was will to pay out of pocket and really didn't care about the cost. I guess people don't like doing business the old way with cash. I wounder if it would been different out come if it was insurance claim instead of cash. Kinda make you think if they are really trustworthy company. I will take my door hinges and cash somewhere else. Just really upsetting the could not even call and say we don't have to ability to do it. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND GO SOMEWHERE DIFFERENT. May be a little SHOP. UPDATED AFTER THEY LEFT COMMENT. How i treated you? I waited 3 weeks for a appointment for an estimate. Showed up 15 minutes early. Waited another 25 minutes after my appointment time. Opened the truck door and explained the issue. And was told I would get a call shortly. How was that bad treatment?

This place estimated 2 weeks to fix our car.... ended up being OVER a MONTH with absolutely zero updates until we called in. When we called in to inquire about it we were greeted by some girl giving us an attitude when we were never rude and we just wanted to know the status of our everyday driver. Things are STILL wrong with the vehicle that they said were fixed. This shop is very unprofessional and I would recommend you find a better body shop somewhere else that actually fixes issues and doesn't create more.

They were recommended to me after I got into an accident and needed my car door repaired - all of the staff that I dealt with were SO nice, the process with my insurance was super smooth, and having the Enterprise car rental right inside the shop itself made the whole process even better. As someone who hadn't ever actually been in an accident and gone through this process before, they were so helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Carstar Oxford OH does top notch work very quickly. We’ve had several repairs done there and it’s always done right. Recommend highly!

They didn't have any rentals. Everything else was GREAT! I'd much. Prefer going here than down in Hamilton. They handled everything with my poor, red, wrecked Honda Accord. Now I need to find a decent, used replacement. Boy are cars expensive nowadays!

Car repairs look great, great communication, and they even washed the car inside and out!

Super nice people at Carstar, worked with insurance and myself to get my truck fixed. They did an excellent job and went above and beyond. I will get my vehicles fixed here in the future. (Jeep gladiator, passenger bottom door frame.

I was excited to take my wrecked vehicle to carstar until I received it back from them to find the gaps in the hood didnt match the gaps in the door didnt match and they said they repaired the headlamp but could only get 3 bolts to fasten it and that it was missing one. Said the previous Collision guy did sub par work and that was it. After I had a Toyota employee look my carry over he said all these issues were wrong so I called them and they said they told me that there was sub par work done preand that prohibited them from doing a good job. Also there was a collision message where they said it was calibrated but had to bring it back. Now the funny part i took it to carstar in Connersville and asked him to look at work done by someone else and he said yeah this is unacceptable. Stay away from carstar oxfor and Kendra mcdaniel

We have used Carstar several times and always have been very professional and excellent work. My truck is a special edition and they made sure all the special extras were taken care of.

Incredibly friendly and professional service, along with reasonable pricing. On top of that, I got my car back washed and detailed. A great team that I highly recommend!

I had damage to the damage to the front if my 2019 Kia. The damage was repaired and the car returned to me two days earlier than the estimate. The front office is easy to work with and the mechanics are excellent. I did have a problem getting my car scheduled for the repair. After getting my car in the shop everything was great.

I drive an '03 Camry. CARSTAR of Oxford made it look almost brand new with a new bumper and light assembly. They definitely went the extra mile and made sure I could stay on the road to take care of my kids. They changed a brake light bulb for me as well so I didn't have to pay someone to do it.

I had an estimate to repair my Kia on March 14, 2025. I was given a copy of the estimate for another customers Mazda. The manager turned it to page 4 when he handed to me so that I could see the total cost. The next day, a Saturday, I realized the problem. I called and left a message. Monday afternoon I called and told them I wanted a copy of my estimate. I was told that it was being sent to my email right away. It is 7 pm and still no email.

Everyone was so efficient! The work was amazing. Paint matched perfectly. Was done before promised and I cannot even tell where work was done. Kendra and Kristy were super nice to deal with and very organized. 10/10 would recommend again! Aubrie Benge

When our car experienced engine failure, Carstar went above and beyond helping us get it towed and dealing with local service centers. They were friendly and helpful. Carstar even worked after hours to fix our situation without additional charges. I highly recommend them!

My broken mirrors were replaced quickly and I am very happy with them Carstar has been my repair place of choice for many years. They are honest and thorough. They are also super nice.

Cannot say enough good things about this company and its people! I have had everything from work done on my company truck to most recently a scratch handled on my Defender. Mike and his team are always polite and professional and can turn the worst of circumstances (vehicle damage) into a pleasant and enjoyable experience! The folks at Carstar have been putting our cars back together for twenty years. Starting with our oldest daughter’s first driving accident until the most recent accident my son was involved in. Kendra calmly takes our information, competently works with our insurance agency and then the body and mechanical work is done “behind” the scene. We just have to come pick up our vehicle restored to good as new. Thank you for making my life so much easier.

I just had Carstar work on my car. The front office people knowledgeable and helpful in explain the process. When I picked up my vehicle, it was cleaner then when I drove it off the car lot! Definitely recommend them for all your body work needs.

Had to take my car in for a few scratches from bumping up against something in my garage. Carstar was awesome! They took my car back and were able to buff them out. They washed the outside and even washed my floor mats and vacuumed the car. Talk about going above and beyond! We are lucky to have such a great place in our town. As a long-time Oxford, OH resident, I can acknowledge that the CarStar Team treats each individual fairly and with genuine care. I've used them for multiple repairs on my Lexus throughout the years. Their professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend them.

Folks at CarStar were wonderful to me. But aside from great communication and customer service, they fixed my car like it had never happened, AND, surprise, they detailed my 7 year old highlander making it look showroom new.
