Rude and disrespectful to people and tells you they are open 24/7 but only allows pick ups between day light hours.

I want to thank the gentleman who came to aid our family. Not only did he tow the motorcycle from the accident, he was ever so patient with us while we called him a million times for help. Our insurance was complicating the situation and he was there to assist. I listened to the conversations between him and my boyfriend and was simply amazed by the customer service we were receiving. He checked on our loved ones and made sure they were okay before we even proceeded with business. He made sure we felt taken care of and we were the priority not the insurance company. He was kind, considerate, timely and most of all he was consistently honest. He never told us anything that wasn't true and he was doing everything in his power to help us. My truck broke down in the pouring rain in Aberdeen, Ohio. I called my go-to towing service who informed me that it would be several hours until they were available. I called another local towing service who told me they would get back with me but never did and then another service that was busy. I called my friend back and told him my situation and was resigned to setting several hours waiting. He told me I should try Souder's. I called and told them my situation. Within a reasonable amount of time they showed up and too my truck to Maysville, Ky to be repaired. They saved me several hours of waiting. The driver who picked up my pickup and the man I talked to on the phone were friendly and the cost was reasonable (especially in the dark with all that rain!) Thank you for the assistance and if I have any issues or know of anyone who does in that area, you will be my recommendation!
