Avoid this towing company at all costs.
I had a situation where a steer tire blew out on a truck and the vehicle slid off the road into a ditch on the right side. We sent them pictures and were told the service would cost $1,000, which we paid upfront. When they arrived on the scene, they tried to charge us $5,000 or more, claiming that the recovery was very complicated.
Another towing company later pulled the vehicle out for $1,500 without any issues at all.
After that, they refused to refund half of the money we had already paid. We agreed to let them keep $500 just for showing up on site without doing any work. They kept playing games with us and in the end barely refunded $200, while also wasting several hours of our time.
These guys are simply a scam, nothing more.May 28, 2026 -
We went to several part stores looking for what we needed, gave Jack a call and he found it for us within 20 minutes. Nicole was very friendly, and we will be using their services again in the future!

Avoid this towing company at all costs.
My vehicle was towed at the request of state police. Bill was nearly 10× higher than standard towing and storage rates. It took days to calculate the charges while storage fees kept increasing.
Given the excessive pricing and how this was handled, it raises serious concerns about the relationship between this company and law enforcement. The situation felt coordinated and deeply unfair.
The excessive fees and lack of transparency have put my business at serious financial risk. This experience was damaging and felt deeply unfair.Feb 26, 2026 -
The worst experience with my vehicle ever. Truck went off the road during a winter storm after the truck malfunctioned and would not restart. Ohio State Patrol called them for the tow. Asked them to have it dropped off at local shop for repairs. Said they had to take it back to their place. Next day, try to arrange next step. Asked how much for the tow and says, he hasn't figured it out yet. I asked since his business card said they do auto repair to just take a look at it and tell me if something is wrong. Said they might get to it by the end of week. Send text to check in. No response. Call following Monday. Nope maybe end of this week. Send two more texts about when and how much I owe for tow. No response. Call back after 2 weeks and said I will just pick it up, how much for the tow. Still doesn't know and said he would get back to me in couple hours. He calls and I can't answer. Doesn't leave a voicemail. I have to call back and then hear the tow is $500. Asked twice if someone would be there for me to pay. Get there and don't see me truck. Go inside and guy working asks who I was and what truck I was there for. Which I was asked about every time I called. He then had to call the boss about where it was. Boss shows up and it is down the street on another lot. Then he has to hand write a bill and tells me cash only. Which I may have missed during the whole what do I owe conversion. Anyways, argument over how to pay and how he doesn't take credit cards from people he doesn't know and he has been burned too many times. Convince him to take a check. Then the bill includes 2 weeks of storage fees. So, I get charged storage for a truck they were supposed to being going to work on. He repeatedly said, "Well, you can see we are busy." Well, you could have said that 2 weeks ago and it was apparent that it wasn't going to get looked at any time soon. Truck was also sitting on the "lot" not locked with keys in it and not a security camera within in site. This was an absolute joke.

Jack is AMAZING!!! He really took the time to discuss my situation with me and helped me to get my belongings out of my vehicle with no hassle and even worked a deal for me to get it off his lot. I’m forever appreciative as a single mom with limited income. There are kind businessmen left in the world and Jack is one of them!

This guy is not a people person just felt rude and un welcome even over a phone i really just wanted to hang up and he say 'well it will be done right' any shop that cares about their reputation will do it, right the first time. he just pretty much seemed like he didn't want to do it.

Had to use this towing company. 9 hours from home. Had an accident. State Trioper called a tow truck. 10 minutes to tow yard. The office staff was nice. The guy that collected the $300 plus tow bill not so much. Threatening and verbally abusive. I was afraid for my family’s safety as well as equipment in the back of my work truck. After we headed out said it’s a good thing we paid the $$ he could have charged $1500 and locked the truck for non payment. We had the $$ he was not about customer service!! I do not Reccommend anyone use their tow service.

Funny, not funny, they charged 1200 and the truck had to be towed PLUS he said to come with the police & attorney to get the truck, so I did.

Not sure how they are with pick ups. Would not recommend for big rig jobs. Clutch job took 9 days and cost 50$ more than rush. On top of the owner being very unprofessional because he didn't like that I wasn't happy. Yes I did schedule drop off a week in advance also

I was referred to this company by Ricker's 24 Hour Truck Repair and when I spoke to the gentleman on the phone I explained to him that my turbo went out and was told with parts and labor it would be 1,800-2000 dollars for the total job which I agreed upon so they got my truck to there shop finished it and ripped me off with a total bill of 3500+. I was also told by the Freightliner dealer that I would be at 2000-2200 dollar if I had a complete job done which included turbo swap and cleaning of the charged air cooler and exhaust system but did not want to wait which i had already for a whole day so I left it to Millers. The worst part about it even after ripping me off for that much they didn't even clean the charged air cooler properly or any of that so i was charged 3500 for a simple 2-3 hour turbo swap but don't get me wrong he did take his time on making it look good on the receipt!!!!

While installing a new lift on my truck, I ran into an issue with some snapped off bolts. I wasn't able to remedy it myself with Vise-grips or Ez-outs. I needed my old struts separated from my lower control arms, so I could reuse them.
This is when I contacted Jack at MillerPerformance. After some tinkering and further inspection, I was advised it would be cheaper and better off to purchase new A-arms. The reason is, even if he would have taken the time to drill the bolts out and re-tap them, I would still have needed to purchase new bushings and ball joints.
Jack was able to get me new A-arms(complete) that are heavier duty than OEM, at a price less then rebuilding the older ones. With a quick turnaround time.
It's this level of integrity that will keep me coming back for future business.Dec 18, 2018 -
