My 16 year old daughter got a flat tire on the Ohio turnpike on an overpass! I called Interstate and they had someone there to help in less than 10 minutes! The driver was very friendly, helpful, and kind. He towed them to a nearby tire store at my direction and kept me up to date all along the way. I highly recommend their services if you need them!
Flat tire at 5 am on a Friday morning. These were the only ones willing to come out and help me out. Quick, professional and safe. Definitely recommended.

I called for a jump start, they arrived quickly, the driver was very nice and helpful he jumped the car and then he checked to make sure it was charging properly so we could finish our trip home! If I’m ever in the area again and have an issue I will most definitely give these guys a call again!
I had my tool boxes picked up from my uncles house and taken to my new job were do I begin with this one. 1 he was nit prepared at all the driver only brought 1 ratchet strap with him even tho I told them I have 1 coffin box and a tool cart that is a tool box also. 2 he only ratchet starp my coffin box down with the only one he had and then chained my tool box up right behind it which who knows if that would have stayed. 2 he ended up hitting my tool cart when he was putting the flat bed down to put the boxes up which bent one of the wheels on it. I would not recommend using them for toolbox moving at all cause it looks like they don't know what there doing at all. Know I have to replace the bent wheel on my tool cart that isn't even paid off yet at all.

We locked our keys in our running vehicle on Easter Sunday morning and we were not from the area. We called interstate towing and they were there within 30 minutes and were very nice and professional. Definitely would highly recommend them.
Ron was great and professional. He got there under 40 minutes when they told me it would be 90 minutes. He also help me drop my trailer at safe location because our driver was running behind schedule. Amazing experience overall. He came and hook up my truck fast and safely on the side of Interstate. Great people with amazing rates. I will Definitely call them again if I need towing any where around Ohio.
My motorhome broke down while traveling. Although I paid AAA for rv coverage they gave me the runaround for 5 hours. I gave up and called Johnny's Towing in Akron Ohio. They are connected with Interstate Towing. They came right to me 3 hours away and took it straight to my house. Safe and sound in my driveway. The driver was the best. Thanks for the help.

Our tow was for a blown driveshaft on a semi. We were in Massillon and the driver was coming from Akron and he was there within 40 minutes, accessed the situation, got straight to work and had us to the garage within an hour. The cost was average, but definitely not outrageous like some other companies. I would definitely recommend to any CMV drivers/companies that need a wrecker to give them a call. They were recommended by our Penske service Tech and they will be our go to for any future needs.
They always have had a truck available to tow the handful of times I have needed a tow. I have called other places first (not sure why and they always say they don't have a truck or out of area or any other excuse to not want to tow a car.) Have always showed up a little earlier then the time frames they have given me. The price has always been the same price they quoted me over the phone.
After ordering a tow from 3s towing and. Them never coming after leaving me in the cold for 5 hours. Josh came and saved the day. Thank you so much. 10/10 service they were there 30 mins after being dispatched. Customer care was amazing . Highly recommend.
Slid into a ditch in some awful back road outside of Geneva. In a blizzard. They got out decently quick for conditions. Driver went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get our ambulance back on the road. If more than 5 stars were possible, that's what I'd pick
Address of where car was going was given to them three times and they still wrote it down wrong. Credit card fee was charged when we paid in cash. In a business like this, you must pay attention.
