After seeing the 1.9 google review rating, I still tried to give them a chance. Instant regret. Called up to have a vehicle pulled to be scrapped. Jeremy gave me a price he would pay, which I accepted. Stated he would be there in an hour- hour and a half. Never showed. Never called. Next day I tried calling the phone would go straight to voicemail...2 days later same thing... For a company that offers 24-7 towing but shuts their personal cell off? I would avoid them and just choose someone else in town especially for personal towing..... Maybe something came up, it happens... But for the love of god, communication is a must to have a successful relationship with your clients. Lets us know!
Would not recommend, pleasure to talk to and he seemed nice. Just wouldn't make the same mistake again, not when your word holds no value and seems to be a repeat pattern for you.
My experience with this company has been very disappointing. Communication is consistently poor, as calls and messages often go unanswered. The lack of responsiveness and professionalism does not reflect well on their services. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company
I drove all the way out from Stanley after talking to this guy on Sunday keep in mind the website says that they’re open on Sunday that’s all right. I will be down tomorrow. Got here 12:52 PM and would not make the attempt to find the two rims that I needed for my Honda known as yesterday he could’ve found them, pulled him into whatever storage he got Instead he just told me I don’t mean to sound rude, but there’s 30 mile winds and it’s -31 out thank you should be more prepared with your business buddy no matter how much snow drift or how cold it is you’re open for business today. It’s on your website. You told me yourself here. I waste 2 1/2 hours three hours out of my day to buy two rims from you and you could’ve found them yesterday and before all the snow drifts and storage room so I pulled up I gave you paid. You could’ve got the Rams, but it doesn’t seem about your Business
I needed help with a vehicle that was notoperating properly, and slid down a hill. After 2 calls to companies that had no one available, and another that went unanswered, Jeremy came to my rescue. He arrived quickly and made sure I was safe and warm while he rescued my rental vehicle. Then, he made sure I got where I needed to be. Definitely recommend this business!
I was on the side on the road for 4 hours waiting on them to bring me a tire, it was an hour drive it shouldn't have taken him that long. Yall won't believe this but when he finally did get there it was a flat tire. Wouldn't hold air and when I asked for my money back he refused. $180 for a flat tire
It’s pretty unprofessional and rude to tell a customer you’re going to meet with them on Easter, and then get mad at them for calling on said day, don’t you think? If you didn’t want to do business on Easter(understandably) then maybe don’t make plans to.
