I am not a person that leaves reviews, but I felt like I had to in this case. I hit a deer on my way through at about 9 pm on Friday night. Needless to say, I was not in the best of spirits. The gentleman that came to tow my van away, made a very stressful experience as pleasant as can be. Was very nice and considerate, even when my tone was not, and drove me around to find a room for the night. Paying the bill Monday morning was even easier, and they took care of my wrecked van. Absolutely recommend them to anyone, and give the highest of review possible. Again, a major thank you to East End Towing of Dickinson, ND.

Very nice people but the owners don't have a heart. Our car fell off of our trailer hitch that was connected to our van by mcdonalds off the interstate there at 3 am in the morning. We came back by 10 and it was gone wasn't in anyone's way or blocking traffic . Called and the bill was already 450 dollars at 50 dollars a day . I don't think it's fair that East end towing decided to see a car in the ditch and tow it out to make a buck I will be praying for your guys God bless

Clayton is the man. A head gasket blew on my Subaru, so I called for a tow, and he was there almost as soon as I hung up the phone. Gave me great advice for shops that could help! Nobody ever wants to call a tow, but if you need one, East End are the pros!

Luke was a LIFESAVER. My wife and I are moving across the country and ended up with a flat in extremely rural North Dakota. The response time was great, the service was great. Made everything easier and allowed me to breathe a sigh of relief. Thank you!

My dad recently bought a four wheeler from them, and they were extremely kind and helpful! They even came in from hunting to meet with my dad, and answered any questions he had. Wonderful people. ???

Riding my motorcycle through cross winds took a toll on my motorcycle and I ran out of gas 5 miles from a gas station and 30 minutes south of Dickinson. Called east end for a gas service and Clayton showed up within an hour. He was very professional and a good dude, but I was charged $388 for them to come out to give me 2 gallons of gas. I've driven my fair share of crappy cars and have broken down and towed 20 miles out to a shop but have never been charged such a steep amount. Charging almost 400 just for a little gas is pretty outrageous. Being from out of state I definitely got taken advantage of. If this is your absolute last option then I would recommend their services but if you have options I would look elsewhere.

Called to have my car towed. Showed up less than 30 minutes. Clayton was awesome. Very professional and friendly. They treated my car like a king. Would highly recommend them for towing needs.

Bought my car from them few months ago and it's been an amazing car. I wrecked it yesterday and called them to tow it to their location til the insurance adjusters can come out and do their thing. I was very shaken up and the guy that came out was patient with me (I misplaced the key fob somewhere in car) and very kind. Didn't make my already horrible day worse.

These guys came in clutch, we had a driver having fuel filter issues, not only did they get him off of the road they followed him back to their shop and made sure everything was fixed properly and the truck was up and going, I forgot to mention it was also way below zero outside and no one else would even take a chance to help us, greatly appreciate the help. We always appreciate people who are willing to go above and beyond with a fair price.

I would 100% recommend east end auto! We were stranded driving across country and had tried everywhere for a tow 25 minutes up the road. The owner dropped everything and personally came and got our jeep. We are extremely grateful! Thank you guys so so much!

The studs broke off my trailer 5 miles past Dickinson ND called this company and the owner shows up in his personal truck. Didn’t have any equipment used my bottle jacks my chain and binder to get axle up off the ground. I followed him to town he showed me where I could drop my trailer for repairs. Was thinking t would be around $200-250…. No he charged me $411 we used my stuff and it only took 30 min of his time. I guess being from another state HWY robbery is at its finest! I understand I called he had to take time out of his day to come out there but $411 was way over kill! I limped the trailer back to town no towing or anything got hit with tow fee storage fee when it wasn’t even at his location! Would avoid at all cost!

I called East Side while stranded on I-94. Not mechanical or tire related - in crazy high winds, the awning on my Sprinter Van took flight. I did not need a tow - I needed someone with tools and a “can do it” attitude to detach the damaged awning - with no instructions in hand - in gale force winds. I cannot say enough about the help that came our way and bailed us out of a difficult situation. We were roadside and an hour away - we could not be towed as we needed our awning removed - and the winds made for truly dangerous conditions. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you…

We called our roadside assistance service because we had trouble with our wheel bearing on our travel trailer. We were stuck on I94 between Medora & Dickinson on a Sunday morning. Luckily they sent East End Towing to get us to a repair shop. They loaded both our car & trailer onto the flatbed and towed us to Badlands Trailers knowing they would be the best chance for repairs on Monday. Not only was the driver friendly & professional, he recommended places to eat and was helpful with information on the town. Certainly made a difficult situation much easier for us.

While working in ND our Xterra broke down. These guys are awesome, they got it in at 8 am and it was done at 4 pm the same day. Reasonable priced. Thank you so much.

Excellent customer service and efficient towing service. The tow truck driver was polite, quick and extremely caring. I'm very thankful they were available to tow my vehicle when it broke down outside of town. After calling around they were also the most reasonably priced. Great company with Great customer service!

Got a instrument cluster for my Audi 90 off of Car-Part.com and everything on it worked. They were nice and honest enough to take some money off for some damage on the cluster. Its nice now knowing how fast I'm going and how much gas I have.

We were 40+ miles south in Theodore Roosevelt State Park and 5 miles into a scenic drive. Needed assistance. They were there very quickly. Took us and the car back to their location and fixed the tire. Alex was great! We appreciate the speed and professionalism.

2 of 5 stud of my rear driver side wheel were broken on the highway. I had to stop right away in the middle of nowhere. I called 911 and a sheriff came very soon. She helped me tightened all other studs and gave me several references. Only East End Auto called back since it's Sunday. Rick met with us in front of his shop even he was not working on Sunday. We took his suggestion and stay until Monday. They got the car fixed Monday morning very soon and their price is very reasonable. Thank you Rick for your great service!

Great service driver went above and beyond in double digit negative temps to get me back on the road and avoid getting a tow. Was able to finish up all my deliveries despite having frozen air lines in the morning. Will definitely be calling them again in the future if I break down again in their area!

Traveling through the area on a Sun in our RV when transmission went out. The call was answered promptly and we were towed within 30 min. Luke was very professional and knowledgeable, even giving us a quick run down on restaurants and activities in the area. Ultimately East End did the transmission replacement , we waited a week for parts but were able to stay in their RV lot with hookups at a reasonable cost. Tom did an amazing job getting the work completed with in a day . I will definitely post on the RV sites about the quality of work, the professional of the staff and the friendliness of the town. We are full time RVers. We had engine problems which required that we get our truck towed to a repair shop. The driver/operator that showed up to help us was Luke. He was friendly, professional, and very competent. Later the next day we found out we could not extend our stay at the RV park we were in while our truck was being repaired. Luke returned and towed our rig to a RV park that could accommodate us. Luke again was very friendly, professional, competent and also compassionate concerning our situation. My impression was that they were fast, on time, clean and profesional.

East End Auto was a great experience from beginning to end. I had the unfortunate experience of breaking down far from home. The tow truck driver, Travis, arrived within 20 minutes, was super helpful and recommended a place for breakfast while my car was looked at. Other places said I couldn't be soon for a couple days but East End was able to fit my car in for repairs that day even though they were pretty full and I was back on the road. I was back on the road by 915 the next morning and to work with ten minutes to spare. Everyone at East End Auto was very nice and helpful. I can't recommend them enough.

They will take advantage of those who haven't delt with a tow before. Prices are ridiculous (cost $200 to move a small pickup 3ft in a parking lot). No discussion of price or the fact it must be paid in full right there beforehand. When I tried asking to do a payment plan I was screamed at and insulted. I wanted to work with them and all they wanted was money even if taking it could have made me lose my home. All in all made a bad situation extremely stressful unnecessarily and had it not been for a family member being able to help I would have been forced to give up my rent money to keep them from taking my pickup. Terrible customer service will never use them again.

Fantastic company and associates! Needed a tow from New Salem to Dickinson in -9° temperatures and -35° wind chills. Luke arrived within the hour from their shop to get me towed into Nelson International. He made it look easy and was fast, given the ridiculous conditions. The price was very reasonable. My only regret after reading other reviews, was not giving them more business and having it towed to their shop for repair. Thanks and keep up the great work!

Excellent shop! They towed my truck into the shop on a Sunday night so they could start working on it first thing Monday morning. Had me back on the road within a few hours on Monday. Very reasonable rates.

Unlike Capital RV Bismarck, ND, and giving that business a 1 star (read my review on their FB page) I am giving this business a 5 star. We had a blow out on our 5th wheel camper that we had purchased the week before from Capital RV after only driving about 170 miles with it on I-94. Jordan came to our assistance and was so kind and considerate. He quickly replaced the shredded tire with the spare and got us on our way. He had a smile on his face and helped to de-stress the situation for us. THANK YOU Jordan and thank you East End N Truck Tow for your assistance. It was GREATLY appreciated!!!
