I needed a package picked up before store hours and they were able to place the package outside for me! Would recommend to everyone to ship your packages here as I have never had an issue and they are most helpful!
Excellent service! Not only did they hold my parcels when I was away, but they also helped me sort out a shipping error on one of my packages. I highly recommend them.
This place has a such amazing environment! And with all the changes to the decor this place can easily host a wedding reception. The stuff is super friendly and goes out of their way to help you.
I wanted to order something from the states and shipping was unbelievable. So I calls the parcel barn for information on shipping there. The lady I spoke with on the phone was unbelievably kind and answered all my questions. Then I picked up my package today and again kind, helpful, had supplies to open the package ready to go because she informed me that when crossing boarder with a package they sometimes ask for it to be opened. I didn't even think of that. So they get all my thanks and appreciation. Definitely will continue using the parcel barn for anything I'm ordering from the states!!!
The staff here and the owner are amazing! She was so willing to help me out in a pinch when I had an issue with the border guard not allowing my shipment across the border. I will definitely be using the parcel barn as my normal delivery location in Walhalla! She has also made the inside so cute with the decor.
Good service, Friendly workers reasonable rates. They won't leave you in the dark on your parcels.but due to everything going on there hours have changed not open on Saturdays and only open till 5pm during the week.
Extremely helpful! Couldn't get to the states to get my packages in time for Christmas- they helped me out immensely and were able to get them delivered to a location that they could be picked up at.
Now called "The Parcel Barn". What a difference new ownership makes! Clean, organized, reliable hours, and smells good when you walk in. Best of all, the service is great. Unfortunately, unless you are an essential service, you cannot experience the new and improved business. Hopefully soon others will be able to!
Having not been here in a little over a month, it was a pleasant surprise to see that the new owner has done quite an overhaul of the facility. It looks much more organized and no longer smells like an ashtray.
Drove 3 hours to pick up my parcel to find out THEY SOLD IT!! My parcel was there for a year due to personal issues but they didn't have the courtesy to call, follow-up or advise me that they would sell it. Her response was...*shoulder shrug* not my problem" -- highly recommend to go elsewhere
Use Northdale instead.

My second trip out, I called and asked if they would be open for the next hour. They said yes. Made the drive out and they were closed! ??♀️
Not dependable! Inconsistant hours. Even if the web and sign says "open" the door can be locked. No explanation. Not accommodating at all. I drove 4hrs for nothing!
Used to have great service, my parcels would be ready when I walked in. Since hiring staff, I haven't had the same experience. It stinks of cigarettes, and the employees seem bothered.
Today, (Dec 28) I drove down to pick up some parcels. I checked their hours before leaving. They were going to be closed Dec 25, 26, Jan 1 and 2. Nobody was there. Figured they may have gone for a late lunch (1:20), so myself and several others waited nearly an hour and eventually left.
Waisted nearly two hours. I'll be using Northdale from now on
Really good service when Connie is there. But usually good service otherwise too. Pickup charge is reasonable, plus they keep the package a long time if needed without extra charge. I do wish the hours were a bit better. Would definitely recommend this place.
