Our company LSP Transport have been using Freedom Truck Center for 2 years now on multiple types of repairs on our Class 8 trucks and tanker trailers. They were doing such a great job that we now have them performing all of the preventative maintenance and repairs on our tank trailers in the North Dakota area. They also do several truck repairs for us on site as well as at our location. Highly recommend Freedom Truck Center in Hazen, ND.
On July 3rd while driving from Spokane Washington to Richmond Virginia my motor home broke down. It was over 100 out side and I had my animals with us. We had to buy them in my truck and continue on our move. I called Freedom truck center and explained what happened. It broke down at a truck stop, Freedom made all the arrangements to get my MH picked up and get repaired. They called me the entire step process including picking up, troubleshooting, and repair cost. They even paid the tow company said was told I can pay when I pickup my MH, they even did a safety check which was a bonus as my tires had some dry rot from sitting at my home. They again made all the arrangements. After the parts came in and completed I was called, they even drove to pick me up at the airport over an hour away. My wife and I owned a company and customer serves was our number one priority. The owner and staff have that same customer service. I would highly recommend them for any truck/rv repairs. The repair cost was cheaper than we thought it would be. Great team there
They did a great job with my pickup! They are very thorough and map everything out for you to see! They were also able to give me a little bit of a forecast on potential upcoming repairs which was extremely helpful to see if it would be the right vehicle for my needs moving forward. They were very easy to work with and they had great communication. I highly recommend them!
Very unprofessional. Lack leadership and actual mechanics. Took them 6 weeks todo a head gasket job that ended up being twice the quoted price. Truck still leaks, wrongful diagnostics as they fixed the wrong thing. Took them 4+ hours to get my truck started, they forgot to hook up the ecm. They double dip in the jobs and hours. Worst truck shop experience I’ve ever had. Won’t even go back for warranty work at this point
We have taken three separate vehicles to Freedom Truck Center since they've opened. Vehicle #1 was in need of major repair from a faulty repair done previously. Josh was able to bring the vehicle back to how it was SUPPOSED to be operating. His efficiency got us our work vehicle back and on the road within a week. Vehicle #2 is the vehicle we use to haul our kids around. It needed a new front end along with a few other minor repairs. Vehicle #3 is our most recent fix. We bought a pickup for our oldest son. A month after purchasing it, the turbo went out. Josh was able to fix it!
Several reasons we love Freedom Truck Center: he breaks down the expenses of the repair so you can see exactly where your money is going, he communicates with you if something comes up that they weren't expecting with the repair (i.e. the coolant line disintegrated), they're knowledgeable and trustworthy. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else and we recommend Freedom Truck Center to everyone.
