Awesome technicians and customer care. Best auto repair shop in the area. Most honest shop that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. I use them for all my vehicle care and repair, you will not find a better shop in a 100mi radius.
My experience was great. They did a great job replacing my windshield, Candi and made sure I knew I should leave the window cracked so I wouldn’t blow the seal on my new windshield. No one had ever told me that before. All of the staff are so friendly, and they her you in as soon as they can. I’ll be doing business there again.
I brought my truck in for an oil change and some new tires. Mandate discovered a few issues with my truck that needed to be addressed. They provided an upfront quote for each service and a recommendation of repairs. They were honest and fair priced. My truck has never run better. I highly recommend their service.
The staff were very accommodating. They even offer free coffee while you wait for your car. I just walked in for an oil change, and they assisted me right away. I’m a satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this place.

Everyone was very helpful. They were able to get my car in the following day and had it back to me in a very timely matter. I'm glad it wasn't as serious a problem as was first diagnosed. For the work that had to be done they were very reasonable with their prices

Came in for an oil change as greeted upon entering the shop by every employee and I felt absolutely cared for as a customer. They did an excellent job servicing my vehicle and informed me immediately after it was completed. Thank you everyone for your amazing service and I will continue to bring my vehicle for future services.
We live out of town and happened to be camping in a town near Hazen. We were on a time limit with our grandchildren for the day because they were going home that evening. We found a leak in our truck tire just as we were leaving to take the kids on a day of adventure. I googled the closest tire place and found Mandate Automotive. JJ was so friendly and without any pause told me, if you are able to head to town we will be sure to get you in. We arrived and within minutes they were getting our truck on the rack. They took such good care of us with friendly service and they were just all around nice people. We were still able to do most of the things with our grandkids that we had planned and also added a little walk to the nearest TSC store for some memories made for the kids and myself that will possibly be the most talked about in the future. :) Thank you Jeremiah and crew, you guys made a great day out of what we thought would be a bummer on our plans at first.
We took the business vehicle to this business. It was supposed to be done in 24 hours or same day as we had them order ahead of time due to using it for business and were assured that we'd get it back by end of day. We got it back 3 weeks later. We received a text quote on the repairs that did not require a signature, witnessed by numerous employees for about 1700$, then when we got the bill it was over $2500 and our text'd quote had changed by magic. My maintenance guy called to talk to the tech and JJ said that they were out on a test drive. By then he was standing outside their door witnessing the tech "ED" actually working on the vehicle. All this was brought to the attention of the owner with no resolution. I am suggesting if you have any work done, get the quote and time line on hard copy paper instead of electronically as it changes like "magic" $800 more on a job like this is huge. They have lost my personal business, my business business and some of my employee business. I am also aware that many of the employees would fail a drug test and nothing is being done about it. I suggest you find another auto shop. I heard the owner was a man of God, but apparently that is not how he runs his business.

The service provided for my car was efficient, and the staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They were not only courteous but also honest in their dealings. I will certainly return for any future maintenance or repairs needed on my vehicle.
The quality of their work and their customer service is top-notch. They addressed the problem that I was having with my vehicle, but communicated other things that they had found. A person feels like they really care about them after the vehicle leaves. They’re not add on sales like some places do. I would 100% would recommend them anyone! They take care of all engines, big and small!! They’re great

I highly recommend Mandate Automotive. Such friendly staff and very professional and courteous. I love that they have integrity and are honest and accommodating. I had tires placed on my car and brought it in for a tire rotation and replacement of a tire sensor. First they told me I didn't need to replace sensor because the light went off and he thought it would be fine without replacing it. What dealership actually tries to save you money?? They offered to pick my car up from my employment, do the work and bring it back to me. I work 25 minutes from the dealership!! Now thats outstanding service. Also, when I went to pay for my work done that day they said it was covered under my warranty from when I bought the tires.
I scheduled an oil change for my vehicle, since it was very cold and my husband did not want to do it in the cold weather! They were able to fit it in to my schedule. How nice. I left the vehicle, walked across to my eye appointment, came back after my appointment, and it was done!
How nice was that! The cost was also very reasonable! How reassuring is it, to have someone you can trust to work on your vehicle!

These folks are AMAZING! We were on a trip and noticed our RAM 2500 tow vehicle was leaking oil. I called Mandate and they made time to take care of us immediately. They quickly diagnosed the problem, made the repair, and got us on the road again in no time. They saved our vacation! They are the nicest people you will ever meet! They provide a great service at a reasonable price. I can't recommend them highly enough.
