Pine Ridge Garage overcharges and upsells unnecessary parts and services. Maybe it is easy to squeeze an extra dollar or two out of your clients when your primary patrons are the local police force. This practice is very inconvenient during routine vehicle inspections. I can not recommend visiting this shop when there are other great garages in the area.

Only reason it's getting one star cause it makes u do it all my years of dealing with a service station this is far worse had a appointment at 1 to have 4 tires put on and over 4 hours later they got done I understand when stuff happens but when u have to stop working on ur vehicle to go do a tow or busy talking to all the elkin cops in Jonesville and putting everyone else in front of you that's wrong. From now on my money will go somewhere that really tries. This is the last time I will deal with them very unprofessional . Really don't recommend them for nothing
