This place was very helpful and extremely nice. They take their time with you and look out for you. I recommend this place to ANYONE!! UPDATE: My husband and I went back a second time. This time we dealt with the son;VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. My husband had to wear an ankle monitor and this man was very judgmental. He even told my husband that he should punch my husband in his face!! My husband didn’t have a violent crime or a crime against children. It was a marijuana charge he was dealing with. The father, older man was very nice even offered my husband a job but the son had a different opinion. He was extremely lucky that my husband held his composure. If having to deal with the son, I wouldn’t recommend giving this man one red cent.
Must admit that have turned the place around as far as dealing with customers or anyone there for any reason. Quick, restored politeness, still a large selection and very knowledgeable staff. I commend the turn around in high regards and hope to see it continue. Customer restored

The worst I sat there for about 3 hours for 1 part just to be told at almost 5pm that they can't take it off then had a old white man talk junk to me and bluntly over look that I been there all that time
went today for the first time first huge thing i saw i liked was the fact they make sure hoods and doors are kept down thats huge because that means their trying to make sure the engine doesn't get wet or the interior so they can make sure their customer gets good parts to the best of their ability second big one they were very organized as far as how stuffs placed also the gentleman i spoke to with the plaque by the register that said i don't know what im doing thats sarcasm he definitely knows what hes doing and the service was better than you see at alot of places can't make it my first thought unfortunately cause im in greenville but definitely will be in mind anytime i need something hard to find i also noticed a big one is they also had alot of old stuff which are hard to find including stuff i have never seen in person before such as rare classic jeeps and jeep trucks
Place is awesome!!! Great price. Me and my wife went there today Just make sure you know what time they close. So much stuff there I lost track of time. Good staff!! They have some of everything. Will go back as soon as I can.
First and for most the costumer service is awful! We ordered a 2010 transmission for our ford fusion on Oct.29 they said okay we will call back with a tracking number later on that same day. They didn’t my husband called the next day Oct.30 to ask for tracking and get told oh sorry we are just now ordering the transmission for a 2010 ford fusion fine we let it slide my husband says well just give me a call with tracking when you receive it and we never get a call back. Once again my husband calls and they say they still have no word on it but Jamaine the guy we spoke too assured us it was going to get there Monday guess what Monday comes (Nov.4) and still no tracking or information on the part we paid for says he will call back but never does until my husband calls once again and gets upset because they are not communicating with us. Now it’s Nov. 7 they call him saying they got messed up and we’re looking for a 2007? What did we pay for because we clearly said 2010 and when the we paid Jamaine even said yes we just have to order it to get here and now they wanna say oh we have been looking for a 2007 and now they wanna refund our money after making us waste our time thinking we were going to receive a 2010 ford fusion transmission. Why did they simply not say that making us wait a week! Definitely not professional and never doing business with them again. They need to learn on communicating with PAYING customers. Thank you for the refund.
Jermaine is awesome!! He was so helpful and sweet. Very knowledgeable in parts & very patient with me when I couldn't figure out the "man/car" questions he asked. Lol. Ask for him if you go.
Horrible experience with this salvage yard. Call several days spoke with the guys there about a few parts and I was told the price and gave me the option of getting the part pull for me. Since the prices were really reasonable I drove 2 hours there without tools thinking i could get the part pull and they was unable to do so. I had a few sockets so I said what the heck and gave it a shot and the guy said get started on it I'll send one of my guys shortly to help you get the part off I came close but didn't have proper tools to get the part fully off and his guy never showed up of course 😂. While leaving one of the guys Tim walked out and was like sorry we couldn't help you call me in the mourning we will figure something out. I called first thing and was told I got a guy about to pull it now I got your number I'll call you shortly. That call never came I call the following day was told the same thing I never received a single call only. Being busy is understandable but just be honest and straightforward don't lead a customer on with constant lies.
After arriving at the office, I asked price of part I needed and rep. said the more you find, the cheaper it will be. I also asked location of model I was looking for and rep. said "go to the big tree and take a left" I go there and turn left and couldn't find the section. I had to call office a few times to find the section. Rows aren't marked with numbers making it very difficult to find cars. I found car and the part I needed was laying loose inside the car and took it to the office and asked how much and rep. said $25, and I said I didn't want it (because it was too much) and rep. asked "how much did you expect to pay?" I said I purchased the other side panel at another yard for $8, and then rep. rudely told me "go put it back in the car"!!!! During the many years I've pulled parts from salvage yards, I've never been told to put a part back. I wasn't about to walk back the long distance to put it back so I set it outside and left. Prices 2 to 3 times higher than other salvage yards!!!!
By far the best junkyard I've ever been to. There is always something interesting to find and the guys always know where a specific car is. Very organized as well. You won't regret the trip!

The bearded gentlemen I met there are business minded. They attend to you with utmost courtesy and straight to the point.
They go the extra mile to help you order for what you want even when they don't have it available.
I'll venture to add that they're godly.
They have a very large selection of cars and they’re organized by Maker, which made things really easy when trying to find a specific part. The guys who are in the office were knowledgable and friendly. They close the “yard” 30 minutes before close, so its a good idea to come early or at least an hour before closing time.
I went in to get a part for my car about 3 weeks ago and I'm just now getting around to writing a review because I've been busy but I wanted to give praise where it is due. I dealt with Daniel and he was very helpful and friendly. He actually brightened my awful day because he seemed to be in such a good mood. The other guy there with him seemed to have a awful attitude however and just seemed pure lazy like he didn't want to work. The prices are reasonable and the lot is huge. If you can't find what your looking for there Id be surprised.
Very honest and easy to deal with.. I drove from Raleigh to pick up a transmission and not only did they load it in my truck for me, but they charged me less than quoted! Very good men at Cox, cannot thank them enough! BTW the transmission turned out great, in fact better than expected.
