I purchased a 2007 Honda accord with low mileage, at a wonderful price. I’ve had my car for a year and have had absolutely no mechanical issues. Tim is an awesome man. 10/10 would recommend.

The costumer service we had with management was god awful. We were asked to leave the premise due to simply asking why the truck was listed $5,000 over KellyBluebook prices... was not even trying to low ball them simply just asking about their choice of insanely high listing prices as the truck was something we were highly considering. You’d think it would appeal to them that we were willing to pay over KB prices.. cash in hand! MIND YOU, they had the KB price DIRECTLY under their sale post and denied this despite proof in hand.. error on their part! Was told we were arguing and asked to leave. Voices were not raised on our ends and we were completely respectful. TERRIBLE customer service. They praise themself for the “best vehicles and prices in the area.” Many would argue that they have the complete opposite and are not operated by individuals who have any customer service skills what so ever. Unfortunate we had to leave without our dream vehicle.. management not willing to even converse about things, or show any type of respect as we had not even had a chance to make an offer. Will not return to their premise or ever reccomend anyone else to shop with them in the future. Find your car elsewhere!! Should have listened to other reviews.
Also want to mention. As an individual who works for the business industry, I am completely understanding of COVIDS impact on business’s ability to get stock on many items. I get it. But don’t rip off people in this country who are looking for a reliable vehicle at well over the vehicles value. And then respond with absolute disrespect and hostility. Extremely sad to see this type of customer service in our community.
We worked with the owner Tim and got great customer service. We are happy with the deal we got on our trade in and are happy with our new vehicle! He was transparent about the vehicle we were interested in and worked to make sure both parties were happy in the end. Highly recommend!
I bought a vehicle from here a little over 2 years ago, it was only a few years old, had minimal miles although the car was riddled with problems. An All wheel drive pump was out in the car which was a $3000 fix, luckily it had just enough miles on factory warranty they replaced it. On the way taking the car to the dealership, one of the tailpipes on the car literally broke and ended up forking out $400 for an exhaust. 3k Miles later, the transmission began giving problems, let me mention the car only has 63k miles. One day when cleaning out the car I found information that led me to the original owner of the car and I was told that the car was on it's 2nd transmission and had been in a moderate accident with front passenger damage which was NOT reported on the carfax. I ended up trading this car in, this place sells junk cars.
Had a rather swell experience. Let us test drive, David was helpful. Ran in to a couple problems related to the car but they fixed those with no problem on us. Overall good experience. Thank y’all
Tried to negotiate and hopefully buy a truck from these guys and had personal contact with David and was basically led on and lied to for over a week only to find out after he promised to let me know first when the truck was available that after a week in the detail process and then magically some brake problems that the truck was being looked at by his “plummer” who was going to buy it. I called him out on his lie and still have Fb texts to prove it he was very rude and informed me the truck was sold! Don’t trust his word or his fake image. I can’t speak for Tim because I’ve never been in contact with him. But David Allen Perry...do not trust!!
My wife and I had just started looking for a dependable used vehicle as second car, and we found one at Zionville Used Cars. David and Tim were great. Upon walking into the office, I felt at home. (I'll admit, some of that had something to do with the Winston Cup posters on the walls.)
I hadn't planned on trading my car in (it wasn't really worth much) but Tim offered me a fair price and gave me a good out-the-door price and I purchased a 2004 Subaru Forester. A bit older than what I really wanted, but it had really low miles and was a one-owner vehicle. On top of that, Tim had already invested into some substantial scheduled maintenance on it, which really put my mind at ease.
Buying anything used can be scary. And I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a little nervous, but Tim and David treated me and my wife great, and weren't pushy at all. If you're looking for a good dependable vehicle, these guys are great to do business with. I took the Subaru off the mountain and it did great. Looking forward to putting lots of miles on it.
In July of 2017 my husband and I bought a 06 Ford Explorer from here and had a really great experience with Tim Cook the owner.
Now, twice in about a month and a half I have been in there in need of a car for myself and my mother. Tim has hired someone by the name of David Perry Sr. to be over his sales and I must say I will NEVER be going back, nor will I recommend anyone go there. On 4-6-18 I went there asking what vehicles might fit my family needs. I asked about a couple of cars and asked if I could drive them and was told “to come back with a signed check or the full amount in cash and then we would talk”. To me that was extremely disrespectful and not the way you treat furture customers. Since Mr. Perry scoffed at me wanting to check out cars, later the same day I purchased my new car at the Modern Toyota of Boone instead, Kuddos to them for knowing how to treat their customers!
LOVE LOVE MY 2001 SUBARU FORESTER! After a wreck in 2013, I came here with my heart set on a Forester and I got it! I got a one owner Forester with 82,000 miles for a great price! These guys are great! No pressure, hassle, or bull. My Forester is still running great! Drive it every single day. These guys are the most honest in the business. I came from Bristol, VA to buy my Forester and haven't regretted it. When I get asked "Where to buy" I always give out Zionville Used Cars. My family and I will be buying another Forester here!
