This company was amazing we broke down on highway 96 and had been waiting for over an hour waiting on AAA (who never showed up) we found B&Bs phone number and they came in less than 30 minutes - great driver so pleasant and helpful and great price - definitely recommend them if you ever need towed
Had a pleasant experience during a stressful time. My grandma and I broke down on the side of the road about 15 minutes from home, and we were waiting on a family member to come and help us. Charles saw us in distress, and waited with us for about an hour until help arrived. I offered him money for his trouble, but he would not accept! Thank you so much! Unbelievable service from these guys. Transmission went out while passing through and they were quick, courteous and genuinely caring. While waiting for my nephew to come retrieve us to continue or journey, these guys basically gave us the key to the city. If In need of towing in this area, do not hesitate to call them.
Called multiple times with NO answer. Went up there to grab my stuff out of a towed car and they want me to give them MY key so they can keep it. NO WAY. They see a BMW and think they can just sell it. Cops are getting called to help us get our stuff out! How they treat people is ridiculous. They came all the way from knightdale to tow my car.
