If you have any car problems at all I would definitely come here. Great place. Everybody was super nice and told me everything about my car not like any other places. Had weird noises with my car and the mechanic figured it out and then gave me a call with a quote and fixed it. They really show trust. They showed me the part that was broken in my car.

Bad service. Owner seems off. I gave the owner my spare key to retrieve my car. I had a extra in my glove compartment. It wasn't there when I picked my car up and the owner is refusing to give it back. Why keep someone's fob? Well I'll get the law involved

THIS BUSINESS IS FRAUD!!! please do not go here especially if you are a woman. They sold my sister a brand new transmission and then put a USED ONE in her vehicle. We have had to get the police involved and are starting an investigation. Many many bad reviews for a reason this business needs to be shut down.

My husband and I have been bringing our cars and vans to Expert Auto for 30 + years. I trust the owner, Mike, completely. He is a genius at car repair -- many times he has been able to solve problems that other repair shops couldn't. Mike has gone out of his way to search for parts for our vehicles when they were difficult to get. Also, Mike never says something needs to be fixed if it doesn't -- he is honest about what does and does not need to be done. Expert Auto is not a place to go for a rush-job that is likely shoddy and incomplete; it's where you should go when you want a job done right.

We have been going to Expert Auto for many, many years. Mike has always gone the extra mile to make sure our vehicles run safely and that we are treated fairly. I highly recommend him.

This guy is a fraud, that is the best part. He abused me and threatened me when I went back to him to ask about the leak in the head gasket. I never give negative feedback to anyone, but this place needs to be investigated

I went to this place and had a great experience with the person I was speaking to, he was really kind and he showed me the part for my car showing me proof. They did an excellent job on my car, gave me a fair price, and it didn't take to long either. Anyways it was an amazing experience being there and I will surely come back.

Judging by the bad reviews, this company is very good at doing a terrible job! Be very careful! They will tell you one price and charge more than double. When provided with proof of price given by worker they wouldn’t honor it and started ignoring calls like a 6 year old child does. If i could give 0 stars i would. I wouldn’t call this a business more like a SCAM. BEWARE!!!

I do as much of my own work on my truck as I can , but when jobs come too big I can always count on Expert Auto. He has serviced my cars over 10 yrs. I am very happy with his work . I couldn’t ask for better costumer service.

I was so disappointed with my service due to unfilled jobs (AC jobs). He will bleed you from one job to another job, if you allow him. Not drawing a long narrative, but you take your chance with him. There are better shops down the road and honesty.

If you have any issues with your car, I advise you to go to this auto shop. The owner is very kind and genuine. Unlike other mechanics that hide other issues about your vehicle under the rug, he addresses them to you because he cares for you. He goes the extra mile to help you get back on the road, and whenever I have any issues or need to replace a part on my car, I always turn to him. Last weekend I had some issues with my car, so I gave him a call to see if he can squeeze me in his schedule for that weekend. He is a very family-oriented man, so he makes time to spend with his kids on the weekend, which is rare in this generation nowadays, yet he is very attentive to his customers' needs no matter what day it may be. If you are looking for a new mechanic or need a quality mechanic, he is your guy!

The absolute worst shop I have ever been to in my life. The owner clearly messed up on a SIMPLE task, wouldn’t take responsibility, REQUIRED I pay in cash, proceeded to cuss me out and hang up on me when I called 30 minutes later to tell him it was wrong, like I had told him when I was in the shop. If your car is broken DO NOT take it to expert auto service. They will break it even more.

Potential customers beware of the Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices. My company contacted Expert Auto Services in Rolesville to help remove 2 vehicles that were stuck on a construction site within a mile of their business. Once he arrived the tow truck driver told the our representative on site he estimated it would be about $200 to $300 to remove both vehicles. He removed both vehicles with help from my staff. basically doing everything except pulling the levers on the tow truck. Both vehicles were removed in less than 1 hour total. Then demanded $800 and would not allow them to leave without signing the paperwork. I have talked with several local people who have had similar experiences. BEWARE

Have been going to this shop for over a year now. The prices are always fair, & the staff is very friendly, and professional. They do excellent work on my vechile everytime. I'd recommend them to everybody!!

I personally never have been disappointed with the work they have done to my vehicle and the previous vehicle I use to own. Their prices are very reasonable and they always tend to go the extra mile to see if there is anything else that needs attention even though they have a lot of work on their plate already. P.S. the towing service is very well priced(keep in mind that they are not just a towing service. They also are a auto repair shop ( which is more emphasized/ their line of work))& don't pay attention to all the backlash comments on here. Their service deserves 5 stars. God bless you.

BEWARE!!! This guy needs to be put out of business! If I could give him no stars I would. Do not use this tow company. If you get in a wreck try to get another tow company to tow your vehicle. Ask High Way Patrol who is towing your vehicle, if they say Expert Towing tell them you need and want someone else to tow your vehicle. The owner is a CROOK! The owner told my husband on the phone that the tow bill would be between $2k-$3k. We said ok and we were going to get everything that day. We even brought $3k just in case. When we got there I could tell immediately he did not want to speak to us and had an attitude from the get go. When he did speak to us he told us that our tow bill was $8,400. How in the world does a tow bill all of a sudden go from between $2k-$3k to $8,400??? It made no sense, and on top of that he would not even give us a bill. All he did was write the price on a sticky note. He said he could not give us a bill until we paid. That makes no sense either. You give a person a itemized bill and once they pay then you give them an invoice/receipt saying they paid. So we left that day without anything. We called other tow companies trying to get the bill that high and we could not get another company to go over $2k. One company said that for it to be any higher than that, that the truck would have had to be flipped over in an embankment. In additon to all that, apparently the owner of Expert Towing is well known to be a crook because other tow companies know that from all the complaints they heard about him from other people. We contacted Highway Patrol about this issue. A couple days went by and we went back up there to get our personal belongings out of the truck. We noticed that someone had rampaged the truck and we have a lot of things missing. And with that being said, apparently some of our belongings were at a different location. Why would they be at a different location? And why were they not inside the truck? There was no reason at all for anything in the truck to be moved to another location. Me and my husband both think that the owner was probably hoping that my husband had died or got seriously injured in the accident because you could tell the owner wanted to keep everything. My husband should have died in that accident but God was watching over him and protected him. And thank God he did not have to stay in the hospital long because this situation probably would of been a lot worse. Anyway, in addition to all that our bill was now $10k all of a sudden. So we spoke to Highway Patrol again and told them the jist and they said that it did not make any sense either and that they would talk to him. Thank God they did. Highway Patrol got the bill down to around $2k. We still do not have all of our missing belongings and we will probably never get them back. My husband believes they probably kept some and then sold the rest to someone. While he was there getting his truck he saw two guys that work for Expert Towing going back fourth with bags of personal items like car seats and such and taking them somewhere. Anyway, this whole situation was a nightmare and I am writing this review because I hope that someone will see this and not have to go through a situation like this with this company or any company for that matter.

I would give more than 5 stars if possible. I had engine issues while visiting a friend in Rolesville Took my car to Expert Auto and spoke to the person in charge (Mike) who was very helpful. I explained to him that I needed to go back to Washington DC by the end of the day. They were able to change the broken motor mount and get me back on the road within a few hours. The price was decent and the service was very courteous. I even took my car to my mechanic in DC to double check the work and he said it was perfectly done. Thank you Expert Auto for fixing my car and getting me back on the road ASAP.

This is the best place you can use for all your car needs. They helped me several times, once with towing my card from the highway (2.5 hours away), a second time they fixed my car and multiple times with oil changes and regular service visits. I was never over charged for any of the work. Thanks Expert Auto Services for all your help.

My experience was well performed had brought a motor for my Chev Malibu n they had it back to me in 2 days. Just never been to a shop who move so fast with great experience. My pleasure to god they have been a try blessing helping me get my car back on the road

I wish I could give zero stars. Please read it all! Bringing our car here was the biggest waste of money, time and energy. We were initially told that our car would be ready in a few days, and after a lot of chasing Mike around, a few days turned into a few weeks, which turned into almost 60 DAYS!!! We tried to even help find a part to speed things up, and when we didn't get the right part (due to him telling us the wrong part), he was rude and very unprofessional. He got our parts from a junkyard, which we were fine with because he ensured us that everything was under a year warranty. Well, at the end of 60 days, we were relieved to FINALLY have my car back. Now a week ago, we took our car to a different shop and what do you know? One of the parts was flinging grease and completely ruined. We called to see if he would do anything about it, and he went back on his word and said the warranty was for only 30 days! We luckily had recorded him and when we told him that we recorded it all, he started yelling at us and hung up. Save your time and money!!!! Do NOT go here! You will regret it, and I can promise you that!

DO NOT GO HERE! The work they did on our Kia Sorento should have taken 3 days. 50 Days later we had our car back. 50 days after that we had to take our car into an actual shop to undo the work they did. What should have cost a few hundred will end up being over $3,000. They said they warrantied all of their work but when things broke there was no warranty that they stood by. Ask them basic questions and they get stumped. The mechanics hardly know their way around an engine. These guys seriously took a shop class their freshman year of high school and 20 years later started a business. The owner had a sick kid who we made cookies for and they still treated us like complete garbage. I hope to see them go out of business and after looking at the defeated looks of the folks coming out of their waiting area I'm sure they will. This is the place joy goes to die. I was told the front right axel shaft was a "rare part" and it took them over a month to get which they ended up getting from a junk yard. 15 second Google search shows dozens of options brand new for less than what they quoted me and they could be here tomorrow. That axel has decorated our engine with grease and now we can look forward to other issues this has caused. Don't do it. Just walk away from these guys. P.S. I didn't want to give a single star but I'm required to in order to make a comment.

I would give this place zero stars, DO NOT trust the five star reviews, I guarantee you the owner Mike put them up. He is a liar and a cheat. He is such a terrible person I don't understand how he is still in business, everyone that has dealt with him will tell you the same. He is only concerned with taking your money and that's it. don't trust him with your car.

The tow truck driver was nice. However, when I came by the shop to check on my truck they were very rude and sneaky. They gave me the run around about why I couldn't go to the back and look at my truck. I got in my car and left. My truck finally made it to the repair shop and I look inside and my truck has been plundered through and items are missing. I do not recommend this company...

Cost me $THOUSANDS$, Damaged my vehicle, They had an inexperience non-certified trainee work on my A/C system. Ended up damaging my AC system by clogging it and adding too much freon. Took back for repair, but didn't fix the problem. Took my vehicle elsewhere. Would not refund my money - says my problems weren't documented - does not stand by their work.
