This place is absolutely awful. Their address is 4707 Rhyne Ct, Raleigh, NC 27610, United States but the actual entrance and office is on Freedom Drive. When you call the customer representative is rude and unsympathetic. I hate that my car was towed to this place after my accident because I had to be taken away via ambulance. I would never use this service.
They were amazing. I was wrecked emotionally after losing my vehicle and they were nothing but nice. They worked with us when our insurance was giving us issues and they were just overall amazing. They also put a plastic tape over the open portions of my car that were open to the elements. It was so sweet considering I still had stuff in there that needed to be cleaned out. The clean out process was painless and the guy in charge was an angel. I couldn't have asked for a better company.

Robert and the security agent were very accommodating and professional. They were patient and helpful during our visit to the lot retrieve our belongings from our wrecked car. I must say that upon arrival, after reading prior reviews I was a bit nervous, but I did not experience anything negative during this visit and these guys were very efficient in their roles.

they took my vehicle after a wreck and didn’t give me ANY INFORMATION AT ALL. said they sent letters but didn’t and now i’m being charged A LOT of money when i was NEVER INFORMED BY THIS COMPANY. DONT USE THIS BUSINESS EVER!!!!!!
The guy who answered the phone was courteous to me. I read many I'll reviews so i didn't know what to expect. But i called him on a Saturday about towing a vehicle away from the lot. A customer had their car there and was selling it to my company for junk. So when I spoke with the guy on phone, i just explained the purpose for my call. He told me everything was good to go and i could meet the customer there because the vehicle was already outside and the bill had been satisfied. I was straightforward and so was he. He was courteous to me and processional. I understand that others may be in frustration because their cars get towed so my situation is different. Everything was smooth and the customer that had the car there didn't have any complaints about Dunns either. So we both were pleased as far as I'm concerned. Im glad that i didn't just make assumptions based on reviews. I give everyone a fair shake and Dunns was very professional that day. So im giving 5 stars.
This guy is honestly one of the rudest individuals I have ever met, the night of the accident ( he wasn’t suppose to tow my car we had someone else ) and also trying to get bike released . This company shouldn’t ever be used if you can avoid them please do.
Guy who answered the phone was rude and said to call the emergency phone. Hung up on me. Website online says to call that number. Instead of checking to offer number, he disconnected.
My son was told he could not access the car until he had gathered documentation which took him 4 hours to gather at the DMV. Every time I call them I was spoken to very rudely.
I have worked with thus company for 20+ years. They have been professional, courteous, and prompt. They are very knowledgeable for several makes of cars.
The owner is not easy to deal with. I am a contractor for an insurance company sent to take pictures of an auto for an insurance inspection and he would not allow me on his property to take pictures of a car he towed.
If I could give 0 stars I would! This man is the most unprofessional, rudest, nastiest for no reason, person you could ever in your life meet! In all my 30 years I've never met anyone THIS BAD! He bypasses unprofessional! It's really ridiculous! I thought I was being pranked the first time I talked to him. It was just that bad! If your vehicle ends up here I feel so bad for you. The came and got my truck after I was involved in a wreck. They were polite, knowledgeable and protective of my property(they wouldn't let me take stuff when I went a few days later without identifying myself as the owner).
This is a sorry excuse for a business. The staff members are rude and Unprofessional. This place needs to be torn down and replaced with more professional staff . I was highly dissatisfied and if I could give this place zero stars I would .
Company was used by RPD to tow my car after an accident. Wish I would have just let my insurance company handle it. Multiple items were stolen out of my car and when I called them about it the guy angrily yelled that "Nobody stole anything out of your car" and hung up. Would avoid them at all costs.
I honestly don't know how this rude, disrespectful man can be part of the rotation for the Raleigh PD. My daughter was in an accident, he was the rotation tow, he took her can and it was parted on the street and wants to charge 35 dollar a day for it to be on the public street? It took a while before the insurance company came back and said my daughter was 1% at fault and they would not be covering anything. The owner told me that he would work with me to keep him in the loop that if I came gave him the pink slip and 100 dollars we could get the stuff out of the car. He didn't have to do that and I was thankful for that. When I called him to tell him I was coming to get the stuff, he started to rant and talk all this crazy stuff about how he needs to feed his family, he has to pay his insurance, how I get paid weekly, that he would just cut the car up and put it on the grill and feed it to his family. on and on rambling issues that are not my problem. I got there we started taking stuff out of the car, he came up to the car and wanted the key that my daughter threw in the car and we were trying to leave. As I was driving off he socked my back passenger side rear window, I left and will not recommend him to anyone, and he is so unprofessional that it is ridiculous. In all honesty I should have filed a police report, but I was so completely done with having anything to do with him.
RPD provided the towing service when I had my wreck. I had about $50 in coins in the console that was missing. I would not recommend them at all. I thought my things would be secure.
Not a pleasant experience AT ALL and the driver that handled my tow very much lacked professionalism. I initially thought well maybe it was just me but the police officers handling the accident quickly reassured me that this guy is a a smart-ass and is not well liked whatsoever. They definitely will not be on my list for future service because of him.
These people have zero responsibility, and their workers are thieves. Our car was towed by them to Raleigh Collision, who said Dunn retains all responsibility for the car and the possessions in it - all our contents were stripped and stolen - about $600 worth. I can recommend FAR more trustworthy tow and repair shops in much better locations around town! Save your possessions and money!
