Mr. Price and his team were incredibly friendly and helpful. They removed dried concrete, cleaned, and ensured the surface of my Honda Civic looked like the incident never happened. The team at Price's Auto Body has worked on three of my vehicles. I should have written Tham a review much sooner! The paint work is always great. They can paint any car! Color match is outstanding. And the finish is factory like. And Jamie is always honest and fair with the cost.

It's never fun having your car towed, but that's what happens when you don't pay your parking tickets! Despite the (self-inflicted) inconvenience, Jamie and his team were a pleasure to work with and made a stressful situation manageable. They were friendly, fair, and went above and beyond to make picking up my vehicle a smooth experience.
Hands down, an amazing experience if you can say that about being in an accident. Jamie and his team are extremely knowledgeable and we’re such a pleasure to work with. I can see why everyone gives them 5 Stars. My car looked brand new after their work, which was a major challenge due to the unique factory color of my RR. I can’t say enough about the customer service that Jamie provides. He seems to make every job personal to insure that his customers are completely satisfied with the work done. Add to that the quality of the work done and you will never take your vehicles anywhere else. All of the good reviews you see about Price's are TRUE! Its hard to believe their rating isnt a perfect 5 out of 5. I have had a very hard time finding good and honest shops in the past and this place is by far the best I have ever done business with. Got into quite the little fender bender, fully expecting massive repercussions and to my shock Jamie and his team were able to completely restore my car to its former glory. Not only did they spend the time to perfect the exterior but he took the extra time to fully run my car for everything interior and exterior to reassure my safety. I have never been treated so kindly and so much like family from a garage before, Jamie and his team will always get my business and i highly recommend their work to ANYONE.
Took my car in for work, as I had a fender-bender accident. James did an excellent job and made sure I was taken care of. He made sure to communicate every step of the way, and restored my car to a better condition than it was even before the car accident.
Prior to taking it in, I went to three other shops to get quotes, and James' price was the most reasonable one out of all four shops. Also, some shops were saying it would take 4-6 weeks to fix my vehicle, meanwhile, it only took James' shop 2-3 weeks.
If you are looking for a reliable, top-service place to get your auto repair work done, I highly recommend checking in with this shop!
I got into my very first wreck. The front was a complete mess. They fixed my baby! Got him looking brand new again. I will forever recommend them to anyone I know in the area. I got regular updates through my email. Not only did they fix what was broken, but they made sure my baby was safe for me to drive again by checking out other things making sure all was good and safe. Even through it took longer than expected due to the shortage on parts and I ran out of time with my rental, Jamie went above and beyond to try and help me out. 10/10 service. Such a welcoming and wonderful good person! They truly treated me like family. They will forever have me as a loyal costumer!
I was involved in a minor hit-and-run accident, which was something I had never experienced before. After running a red light, a female driver struck the left front bumper of my car, and then she drove off, seemingly unconcerned about what damage she had caused. So, I went to see Jamie at Price's Paint & Body Shop with my bumper partially hanging off and minor scratches on the paint. Jaime reattached the left part of my bumper free of charge. He said, "If you were my sister, here's what I'd tell you: drive it." Jaime said it would cost at least $1,000 to repair the scratches and the paint (and I would have to bear the cost since the hit-and-run driver had disappeared). Jamie gave me his business card and said, "Come back and see me when you really need me." Wow! Jamie's integrity, honesty, and "treat you like family" approach deserves high praise. Thank you so much! You are a bright light in the auto industry. If you are looking for an auto body shop, please give this honest and trustworthy man your business.
I have just moved into the Raleigh area, and need some body work/panel adjustments done. I have had this done before to some my previous vehicles with wonky/misaligned panels direct from the U.S. manufacturers. It was a pleasure to deal with Jamie at Price's Paint & Body Shop. He knew exactly what was wrong with my truck bed after performing an inspection underneath and from the outside. Amazing expertise and experience! He fitted me into his busy schedule, and even let me inspect before the final adjustment. If you need any body work performed, I would highly recommend that you talk with Jamie. Wow - fantastic service that treated me like I was a VIP! I was looking for a body shop where I could email pictures of the work needing to be done to receive an estimate. Within 20 minutes of my initial email, Jamie – the owner, had responded with a detailed list and the best pricing compared to his peers. I would have recommended Price’s Paint and Body Shop on that fact alone, yet the bonus came with Jamie and the staff’s professional and personal service. At every step of the process they had me smiling, which is not easy when you are in need of the services of a body shop! Without hesitation, I would recommend Jamie and his team. Jamie is a friendly, knowledgeable and really nice person to work with. I got to know this place on my UBer back home after the accident. Thanks the gentleman who recommended this place to me. I showed the picture to Jamie in the late afternoon and he drove to another body shop and looked at my car in person the next day. With the detailed and reasonable quote, I knew this was the right place to work with. They towed my car for free from the other place and kept me informed with each step. Jamie also helped me to lower the cost since I need to pay out of my own pocket. Most importantly, this team did a great job fixing my doors and finished it quickly. When I went to Price's I was in such a pickle. My car wouldn't pass inspection, and I was running out of time to transfer my tags. I spoke with Jamie Price and he was able to fix my car in the short window of time that I had, it passed inspection, and everything was great! This is a family business and not a corporation, and you really get the experience of feeling like they care--because they really, really do. Jamie has a big smile and an even bigger heart. Jamie Price was AWESOME. We had the unfortunate experience of having hail damage to 2 of our cars twice within 2 months. But our experience at Price's paint and body shop was excellent both times. My cars came back looking like they had never been damaged at all both times. They are very friendly and caring about getting your vehicle back to normal. Jamie got our car and truck in very quickly both times and got them back to us according to schedule and as good as new. If I every have need for a body shop again this is the only place I will go. I'm extremely satisfied with the work done by Price's Paint and Body Shop to repair my car after someone ran a red light and hit me. Jamie and his staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the workmanship seems superb. Jamie was very responsive, and he answered my emails and calls quickly. The experience of filing an insurance claim was not ideal (the at-fault driver was driving a rental car), but working with Price's was easy and stress-free. I will highly recommend Price's to friends and family.
I had scratched my tailgate up, tried a touch up kit and just made it worse. I stopped by and was immediately greeted by Jamie Price. He got rid of my touch up disaster and went to work removing the scratch. Within 20 minutes or so of showing up the tailgate was looking good and I was getting on my way.
If you are looking for any sort of work for your car go here! Jamie was honest, upbeat and great to work with, you can tell customer service is something they excel in. I hope I don't have to go back, but if I do I know I can trust them to take care of it.
6/30/12: I asked around about a body shop and Price's was always mentioned, so I went to get an estimate. Jaime is great, he quickly gave me an estimate and had my 4runner back to me quickly. The car looks great. All the people are friendly, honest, and easy to work with. Price's is the only place I'll go for paint and body work in Raleigh.
Update 12/12/14: After a sideswipe, I returned to Price's. Jamie worked me in and had my car rebuffed and back to me in less than 30 minutes, looking fantastic. Matt did an excellent job. I can't say enough about this business and the staff. Price's has my business for life and all my referrals!
Many thanks to Jamie and his team at Price's for making my car look like new! I am so happy that I decided not to go with my insurance company's recommendations (who had terrible reviews might I add!). I'm new here to Raleigh and I am a young, female graduate student so it was important for me to find a place that was reputable and trustworthy. I did my research and came across Price's. I was very pleased with the reviews and was sold that they would be the ideal place to take my car to be fixed and it surely was! The customer service was superb. Jamie and his receptionist made me feel very comfortable from the moment I stepped out of my car. The insurance company unfortunately low balled the estimate a bit but Jamie was kind enough to absorb the difference. When I picked up my car today, it was completely fixed and washed! I am very delighted with their professionalism, expertise and customer service! If you are looking for a great paint and body shop, do yourself a favor and choose Price's!
