Got to me in a timely manner and staff were respectful. The rollback driver Mike went above and beyond to help get me taken care of. The price seemed a little higher than others I feel like since it was going like 28 miles but this is a solid company and very reliable. You can count on them.

Very thankful for the gentlemen that came to my aide on this rainy night. I made the call and he was very professional!! What I liked the most was the care he put into loading my vehicle that was already badly damaged and of course I really liked how fast he showed up in the rain and cold!!! Barbour’s saved the day when a class A motor home suffered an electrical failure and needed to be towed to a repair facility. Tony, the driver who responded, was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous as he transported the RV across town during rush hour traffic. The driver Jordan was very careful with my 1934 Ford. Safely loaded it onto the rollback without a scratch. Tied it down and unloaded it just the same. Very professional and polite.
Brock was not only a knowledgable technician, but also a fine man. My 1st semi-style tire on Class A RV was off the bead & uninflatable. (Stories of lighting WD40 or lighter fluid to seat the bead were unimaginable for me to try). Driver very friendly . Came within 30 mins , got had to change the address last minute to the mechanic shop and he was very friendly and pleasant especially coming out after midnight
I had Barbour's towing move two 40ft, loaded containers for me. The driver was really friendly and very professional. He placed the containers exactly where I wanted them to go. I will use Barbour's again in the future when I need something towed.
Excellent service, and I like that they have a text system to keep you updated on their progress getting to you. Driver was experienced and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend.
Driver took time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly as well as document any prior damage to the vehicle. He made certain not to damage the front lip of my vehicle, which sits low to the ground. He made me feel very comfortable and I had zero concerns leaving the vehicle is his care. Awesome job!
Amazing service was provided today, when I was unable to find anyone to assist to change a flat tire. Thank you so much, arrived immediately, customer service rep was attentive and kind on the phone. And then the gentleman that arrived also provided amazing service calling beforehand to reassure me he was on his way, immediately felt safe. Barbour's towing was amazing!! All the way from the start of the process, to the delivery of our van was easy and quick. Everyone is so friendly. It was affordable and they made us feel confident our van was in good hands.
Very responsive, and dispatch had a wrecker to the site in no time. Mr. Oscar, the heavy duty tow truck operator was very careful, meticulous, safe, and detailed, as to not damage the truck and safely recovering my truck. I was extremely impressed nonetheless. ("20-22 tons loaded with crushed concrete in the bed") They did a great job, couldn't have been better.
My radiator cracked on my 2020 Coronado. Called these guys at 9am, tow came at 1pm and arrived to shop at 2:45pm on a Friday. I was told that my engine would be flushed, radiator would be swapped by noon on Saturday and it was. Cool tow truck driver from PA, Summer has great customer service and Dusty is a great shop foreman. Major shoutout to this business and their mechanics. Bryan came in the T-81 and took very good care of my Freightliner Box Truck. Hooked up and on the move in less than 30 minutes after arrival. It was fast and efficient. I will never use anyone else for my commercial towing. 5 stars all day.
Super quick and efficient for a good price. Sweet and polite lady when I called for the tow. Ray Robinson was my driver and he was nothing short of amazing. I have a 1987 f-150 that has been damaged by previous companies so I was nervous to get it towed again. He was very careful and considerate. Great job and not a scratch. I also loved his little yellow excavator that was loaded up prior to mine.
Hopefully this message makes its way to the man/woman in charge! I’ve had a few towing experiences in my life, but this one, this one takes the cake. I don’t remember the sweet lady’s name I talked to but she was super helpful and very thorough. She sent a driver “Bobby” out right away. I waited no longer than 30 minutes in rush hour traffic heading to Raleigh for work in the morning. Bobby showed up and began to do what he does best. His personality and professionalism is what drives me to leave this review. He was awesome! His knowledge of the work and more importantly his personality turned my day from terrible to actually fun. Great job Bobby! I hope this message finds you as well! You have a great work ethic and know how to treat customers. He even helped me push the car to where I could work on it after he delivered it. Great experience with this company and the associates that work there! Keep up the good work. Will not call anyone but these guys in the future.
Great service great guys. Only reason I am not doing five stars is because I was told I could bring a guest with me to help get stuff out of the vehicle after my accident and that was changed at the lot and I have two fractures in my pelvic bone from the accident. Not a huge issue just want there to be succinct communication to help with the process. Overall great company
