The driver Jordan was very careful with my 1934 Ford. Safely loaded it onto the rollback without a scratch. Tied it down and unloaded it just the same. Very professional and polite.
Brock was not only a knowledgable technician, but also a fine man. My 1st semi-style tire on Class A RV was off the bead & uninflatable. (Stories of lighting WD40 or lighter fluid to seat the bead were unimaginable for me to try). The right tools; confident knowledge, and kindness prevailed and got me on the road to my next destination. Thank you, Brock, from the Crosswinds Campground gal & her dog Genny!!
Driver very friendly . Came within 30 mins , got had to change the address last minute to the mechanic shop and he was very friendly and pleasant especially coming out after midnight

I had Barbour's towing move two 40ft, loaded containers for me. The driver was really friendly and very professional. He placed the containers exactly where I wanted them to go. I will use Barbour's again in the future when I need something towed.
They have never let me down. They keep me posted on when the truck is in route to pick me up and the Drivers are always friendly and professional. I highly recommend them for not only for towing but for servicing as well.
Excellent service, and I like that they have a text system to keep you updated on their progress getting to you. Driver was experienced and knew what he was doing. Would definitely recommend.
My company and I's experience with Barbour's was phenomenal! From the customer service to schedule someone out to the amazing work Tony the driver did. He had to tackle a 8-9k lbs conex box and a very awkward parking lot and he did so without a complaint. I was very impressed with how handy he could be despite the challenges. I Definitely recommend this service!
Driver was great easy to get along with and talk to. Company dispatch was also great speaking with and explaining what I needed… arrival times and updates where on point… would highly recommend
Absolute crooks. Ran out of gas and within an hour was unlawfully towed. Charged 385$ and said after day 1 they raise the price 55$ per day to keep your shit. Also, they stole things out of the bookbag in the car!!! And sucked enough to break the plastic undercarriage. So pissed I have to give them the 1 star to just warn others
Driver took time to inspect the vehicle thoroughly as well as document any prior damage to the vehicle. He made certain not to damage the front lip of my vehicle, which sits low to the ground. He made me feel very comfortable and I had zero concerns leaving the vehicle is his care. Awesome job!
Today while on our way to a food truck shift our truck broke down. After calling 3 other companies, the lovely lady here at Barbour answered promptly, took the pertinent information and was there as soon as possible. TYLEF WAS FRIENDLY, PROMPT, AND PROFESSIONAL. Not to mention they had the best rates around. I highly recommend!
5 stars thank you to Oscar who had me off the side of the road, in less than 30 minutes. Took me to a hotel for the evening. The next morning shop foreman Dusty and shop manger Nick , got right into diagnostics. Quickly found the issue and had me , back up and rolling in , just a few hours. Amazing staff. Experts all of them.
Barbour's was very prompt about getting a flatbed truck out to my area and towing my VW to the shop for service. They were very polite and professional when speaking to them over the phone. The driver was very polite and professional as well. He got to my location in under an hour, called me 10 minutes prior to arriving, and sent me a text when the car had been dropped off at the shop. I will be recommending them to everyone. Thank you again for the excellent communication and service!
The Raleigh location deserves zero stars. My transmission went out on 5/25 and within 4 hours Raleigh police towed my car while I was at work. My boyfriend had to call 911 to find the location. I was told I would have to go to the police station to verify that I was the owner of the vehicle. Get to the towing company after the holiday and the lady at the window tells me I would have to pay $505 just to retrieve my personal belongings. I told my boyfriend and he called the office and told him it was $270. I came back 05/30 and they said $670. I said that’s not happening just to get personal belongings. One of the male employees verbally threatened my boyfriend. The 3 female employees kept throwing in about their policy but according to the State of NC whether the towing bill is paid or not a towing company cannot hold people personal belongings. It had to take a police in a higher position to allow me to get my personal belongings and leave. This company shouldn’t be operating if they continue to scam people. If they want a $670 bill paid ask Raleigh Police to pay it since they towed it. I’m in the financial capacity to afford that.
Amazing service was provided today, when I was unable to find anyone to assist to change a flat tire. Thank you so much, arrived immediately, customer service rep was attentive and kind on the phone. And then the gentleman that arrived also provided amazing service calling beforehand to reassure me he was on his way, immediately felt safe. He immediately greeted us with a reassuring smile, ready to provide the service in ce to get us on our way home. Thank you for your awesome service!!
Great service. Great driver. Great to talk to. Got to me in a very reasonable time. I was just getting off base, not even 30 miles down the road, the inner sidewall of my tire blew out. Never had that happen before. But, if I ever need a tow again and I'm in the area, this will be my go to place!
Got a flat tire today and was told by my insurance company that it would take an hour for them to arrive. I received a call from dispatch less than 5 minutes after I requested roadside assistance and she told me someone would be to me shortly. The young man arrived in less than 30mins and was very respectful and super quick and efficient! I was back home within 45mins when I was given a 60min eta for their arrival time. Awesome service from this company and also from the young man who towed my car from Old Baucom Rd this evening (I didn't get his name)!
Great to deal with! Had a problem with a dryvan trailer and needed a wrecker, had wrecker and experienced operator on-site within 25-30 minutes. The rates were reasonable and I appreciate the prompt service and the dispatcher was professional and courteous. Thank you!
Barbour's towing was amazing!! All the way from the start of the process, to the delivery of our van was easy and quick. Everyone is so friendly. It was affordable and they made us feel confident our van was in good hands.

Mr. Oscar, the heavy duty tow truck operator was very careful, meticulous, safe, and detailed, as to not damage the truck and safely recovering my truck. I was extremely impressed nonetheless. ("20-22 tons loaded with crushed concrete in the bed")

My radiator cracked on my 2020 Coronado. Called these guys at 9am, tow came at 1pm and arrived to shop at 2:45pm on a Friday. I was told that my engine would be flushed, radiator would be swapped by noon on Saturday and it was. Cool tow truck driver from PA, Summer has great customer service and Dusty is a great shop foreman. Major shoutout to this business and their mechanics. Will be including them in my video on YouTube (Life with Frank Nitty)
Bryan came in the T-81 and took very good care of my Freightliner Box Truck. Hooked up and on the move in less than 30 minutes after arrival. It was fast and efficient. I will never use anyone else for my commercial towing. 5 stars all day.
Super quick and efficient for a good price. Sweet and polite lady when I called for the tow. Ray Robinson was my driver and he was nothing short of amazing. I have a 1987 f-150 that has been damaged by previous companies so I was nervous to get it towed again. He was very careful and considerate. Great job and not a scratch. I also loved his little yellow excavator that was loaded up prior to mine.
Hopefully this message makes its way to the man/woman in charge! I’ve had a few towing experiences in my life, but this one, this one takes the cake. I don’t remember the sweet lady’s name I talked to but she was super helpful and very thorough. She sent a driver “Bobby” out right away. I waited no longer than 30 minutes in rush hour traffic heading to Raleigh for work in the morning. Bobby showed up and began to do what he does best. His personality and professionalism is what drives me to leave this review. He was awesome! His knowledge of the work and more importantly his personality turned my day from terrible to actually fun. Great job Bobby! I hope this message finds you as well! You have a great work ethic and know how to treat customers. He even helped me push the car to where I could work on it after he delivered it. Great experience with this company and the associates that work there! Keep up the good work. Will not call anyone but these guys in the future.
