My car wouldn’t start for multiple days, so I ordered a tow. Travis showed up to tow, and tried starting the car, and it randomly turned on after multiple days of not working, so I no longer needed a tow.
Travis didn’t even charge me a fee for his time coming over, and insisted on not charging me after I offered. He got there quick and was very friendly. I will gladly use their services in the future when I need it.
I had a very terrible experience with this company after an accident. I asked simple questions about the process while my kids and wife were in a parking lot very shaken up and the tow driver was very rude and confrontational after I asked him questions.
Then the next day when I went to grab things out of my totaled car they said they were open at 9am but no one was there at 9am. They also had the gate open to their lot with anyone able to access the vehicles.
The staff is very rude and the place inside was very dirty and disorganized. They live up to the reputation of most tow companies. Would not recommend.

Alternator going bad and drained battery to point car stalled. Car couldn’t move in neutral. Cop call there towing service which is further towing and recovery. I’m glad they came in! Got at the location within 20 mins. Customer service from the driver was the best.
My antique 1975 Porsche broke down. AAA couldn't get to me until Monday. This was at lunch on Saturday. Called Farther towing, they had my car to a shop before 430 on Saturday. Another driver turned left into my car when I had the right of way, totaling my car. Long story short, Travis was not only extremely professional in his job, he was also extremely patient and empathetic, knowing what I had just been through. He gave my husband and I plenty of time to go through the vehicle to remove any items we needed to get out of the car, no rushing was involved. I’ve had AAA since 2012. First time I personally have used it. I was sitting beside the interstate hwy (I40W) with a flat tire, a spare with me and I called at 2:33PM and after using the suggested app link AAA sent 2 times, several phone calls from me, at 4:22PM I called the closest Towing Company, “Furthur Towing and Recovery”,I gave them my location by app, same thing I did with AAA, and they arrived in 15/20 mins, changed my tire. Great service from this company!!!! FAST, FRIENDLY AND RELIABLE SERVICE!
Travis came to my rescue in 15 minutes. Quickly got the car loaded and towed to a repair shop close by. He was very polite and patient with my questions and story. If you are in the Raleigh area, I highly recommend calling Further Towing!

My car was towed to further towing after an accident. Everyone I dealt with at the yard/office and over the phone was so helpful. They were able to give me advice and explain things through the stressful process I was unfamiliar with and it was much appreciated!
If I could give infinite amount of stars, I would. I was driving home to Tennessee after spending the night in North Carolina to pick up a birthday cake- I know, I know, WHY? Anyway! I was seven hours away from home, on I40, and all of a sudden my car would not speed up. It felt like if you had your car in neutral and stepped on the gas, I was in the left lane too. I was PANICKED. I called my dad, who was 7 hours away in Tennessee, crying and shaking and not knowing what to do. I wound up searching online for a towing company, tried the first company listed- I don't even remember the name, called them twice and no answer. Now they could have been on a call or something, not blaming them- if anything I am glad they didn't answer. I called the next one on the list, Further Towing & Recovery. Travis answered and he was awesome. I felt so bad, I had no idea where I was, there weren't really any signs or landmarks for me to describe. I felt worse because I was on the verge of crying with each sentence I spoke to him. He remained calm and didn't get frustrated with me- and if he did, he did not let it show. Talked me through it and was able to get an idea of where I was. Had me send my location so he could be sure and was on his way. He kept me updated on his status. When he got there he was very nice, could see I had been crying, my friend was trying to console me- Happy 25th birthday right, haha! Anyway, he asked where I needed the car towed to and I said a mechanic, he offered Further Towing & Recovery's services and a ride back with him. We accepted and he tried to keep us talking, two scared 25 year-olds in a different state, keep us calm and not panicking. I think I told him "thank you" and "I'm sorry" over a hundred times. When we got to the office, he even looked up a hotel near by just in case my car wouldn't be fixed that day, but he also said he would try to get a rush on it for me. After he brought my car to the garage, he came back not too long after and let me know he was able to convince their mechanic- I AM SO SORRY I DO NOT RECALL HIS NAME- to rush it for me, and that it now depended on finding the part. A little bit later, I got a call from the mechanic himself, telling me what was wrong, my secondary catalytic converter was clogged, and that he found the part, but it would be in the next day. I was relieved but also discouraged at the thought of not getting home that night. But he was as amazing as Travis, found a part he could get in that day and it would be in around 4. I could CRY- something I was very accustomed to that day. My friend and I went back inside since we had stepped outside to make calls and get some air, and we asked Travis if we could leave our stuff in the office while we found a way to kill time, he even told us some things that we could do in the area. We thanked him profusely again, and went to order an uber to take us into the town. We wound up meeting pretty much everyone who worked there, and EVERYONE was so kind and despite me probably being an annoying, crying, nonstop thanking customer, they all smiled and reassured me it was okay. They got my car fixed before I thought they would, and honestly, the price was a LOT less than I thought it would be. I was so scared I was gonna be stranded and without a way to pay them or have to take out a loan. But they were all amazing, even told me what to look out for and gave me the suggestion of replacing the main part of my catalytic converter as well, but assured me I would make it home. On my way home, they even messaged me to make sure my friend and I were good and that they car was still running good. Who does that!? It had been hours since I left and they checked in on a random customer who probably had the same story of being stranded in a different state on the interstate as so many others they had come across. Their customer service was phenomenal- I know this not only from a customer standpoint, but I work in customer service and they went above and beyond for my friend and I to be able to get home. Infinite/10

Shoutout to Rick!!!!! I had a car that hasn’t run in a couple of years needing to be moved and he showed up, handled the challenge with a positive attitude, and even assisted with getting me checked into carmax and made sure I was good to go before he left. Not to mention the price is VERY reasonable! I cannot recommend this company enough. Further Towing saved the day!!! I was driving from Hickory, NC to Raleigh this evening to pick my son up from college. My low tire pressure light came on several miles before I got to campus. I had a tire replaced the day before and felt this was a sensor issue since my car was functioning fine. Before I drove 3hrs home, I wanted my tire pressures checked. Honda roadside assistance could not confirm my coverage, despite using it yesterday. I called Further Towing and Travis took care of everything. He was prompt, courteous, provided excellent communication, and the highest level of customer service. He evaluated my tires and confirmed it was a sensor issue. I felt safe to drive home, especially at night. If you need roadside assistance or towing in the Raleigh area, look no further than Further Towing. We had a low tire pressure warning come on around 6:30pm in the parking lot of an NCSU dorm. We needed to drive 3 hours back home that night and we weren’t comfortable driving the car back until the pressure was checked. We called Further Towing and Recovery and we were helped on the phone by a very courteous and helpful serviceman named Travis. Travis made sure he understood our situation, and took his time asking us about our location, whether we were on a safe place to sit, what car we had, etc.. Shortly after Travis had arrived to check our pressures. He was very professional, caring, and understanding. After getting Travis’ professional opinion and assessment, we were very reassured and felt comfortable to drive home. 100% would recommend.

Further Towing is top notch! Travis made the entire process, quick, smooth and overall absolutely outstanding! I was in a rough spot, with night approaching quickly and the weather getting blisteringly cold, other tow companies in the area didn't have a driver that could haul a motorcycle - those that did have a driver couldn't get the vehicle until the morning. I called further and I am more than glad that I did.
I cannot put into words how much I appreciate the work that Travis has done and with my previous work in the auto transport and towing industry I can absolutely say that the overall experience was absolutely far beyond exceptional.
Got quick assistance on a Saturday when our truck broke down off 40. Didn't have our key and the truck was in park, he was able to still get it towed to our destination!
Thankful for the service from this team at a rough moment. The driver responded to the accident quickly, even with another vehicle already in tow. He went above and beyond by opening the vehicle and making sure we were able to get access to everything at the scene that we could. The other responders were not aware of how to gain access.
