This was my first time having my car towed and they had the best service. The driver Chris was on time to my house as scheduled and was very polite and courteous the entire time. I would highly recommend this company if you need a towing service.
Chris was very knowledgeable on the situation I was going through and helped out a lot. He even tried to start my car so I could avoid having to get it towed. Overall my experience couldn’t have been better and for the hour that I needed him at the price was reasonable.
Chris arrived at the perfect time to pick up our car. He was able to start the car and load it onto the flatbed of the truck. He was kind, helpful, and efficient. I would highly recommend this service to a friend.
My husband and I ended up stranded after we started having major issues with our car. We called around to a few different companies, and Bobbys was the most reasonably priced AND the fastest.
Chris was able to reach us in about an hour, when the other companies quoted 2-3. He was extremely polite and safely got us where we needed to go.

I can’t say enough good things about Bobby’s Towing and Recovery. What could’ve been a stressful and expensive situation turned into a moment where I truly felt supported. Chris showed up on a holiday, took the time to help me troubleshoot my car issue, and was incredibly patient and honest throughout the entire process. He didn’t try to upsell or rush anything — in fact, he told me I didn’t owe him anything since I didn’t need a full tow. That kind of integrity is rare. He even went out of his way to help me find a nearby auto parts store and stayed with me the whole time to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you for showing that good people still exist in this world. Highly recommend. I would rate 10 stars if I could!

Wow, still in disbelief about the poor treatment I received yesterday. I was in a car accident and the police called this towing company on my behalf. As soon as the towing company gets on the scene, the man immediately hands me his card and says that’s where my car will be towed and starts walking off to hitch my car.
I refuse since I knew the collision repair place that my car was going to. He demands to be paid and I tell him that I can pay him without a problem. I am a woman of small stature and this man was clearly treating me as if I was an idiot. I ask him for his towing rate and he tells me that it is $350 and he needs to be paid. I then tell him the name of the collision repair shop and he haughtily replies, “Which one there are over a 100.” He cut me off talking before I could even give him the address. I then show him a screenshot of the name and address which he puts in his phone.
I was following behind him in a separate vehicle with my family to the repair shop. He then passes the shop and stops in a turning lane. He gets out of the truck to tell me I gave him the wrong address and never showed him the picture of the address. I show him the same picture and firmly tell him that I did.
We then get to the repair shop and I tell him that they requested he place the vehicle behind their fence. He then looks at me and says, “I’ll have to see what I can do.” I then ask him whether or not he will be able to and he replies again “I said I’ll see what I can do. It’s required to put the car behind the fence .”
I have my card in my hand and ask him if he wants to be paid now and he tells me that I need to wait. This is fine by me, I go into the repair shop to wait. He then writes up my receipt and the total is now $250 instead of $350. So their prices are complete bs.
I would never recommend this tow company ESPECIALLY as a woman. I have no doubt this man would not have tried this treatment with another man that looked like him.
This towing company has been recommended for years by the repair shop I use.
I used them for the second time Saturday night at about 8:30PM when my Sienna minivan would not start at a gas station. The driver told me he was finishing up a wreck and gave me an estimate of when he would show up. He showed up at exactly that time.
He tried several things to get the car started, including jumping it and tapping the starter motor before he loaded it onto his truck to take it the repair shop I use.
It was in the 20s, but he took his time and was very careful as he loaded it onto his truck and made sure it was securely anchored to the truck.
I would definitely use them again.

Chris came quickly and got me going to the repair shop after a charge and a push. He was very nice and very helpful. Their service is reasonable, and the initial call was answered by a lady who was extremely helpful and friendly.
My experience with this company was truly positive and put me in a much better mood after all the irritations I had had that day.

Friday night right at 5 I left (tried to) my office building and my transmission cable popped out of place. Even though I knew what was wrong I couldn’t fix it and so I called Bobby’s towing to come get my car. When he came he was able to fix it for me and get me back on the road. I was stressed, upset, & frankly a mess but they were patient, kind, & extremely helpful. If you even need help Bobby’s towing is the way to go.
Had pulled into a parking lot to conduct routine business with a business. Came out and the car was totally dead. Tried jumping, no success thus thought I had to get a tow to the repair shop. Chris from Bobby’s Towing & Recovery came quickly, expertly addressed the problem and got my car started. I couldn’t say enough how knowledgeable and helpful he was. Great service and company!

Bobby was awesome- prompt, efficient and paid attention to detail… He called when he was on his way and arrived 5 minutes earlier than expected- a plus because I had a busy schedule. Bobby's Towing and Recovery is by far the best towing in your time of need. This is a family owned and local company so when you need their services your supporting your local, family owned well ran business. They are very knowledgeable with over a half century of experience, kind, and and show the most courtesy. Bobby's son put everything down to come tow me on a Sunday night in which every other tow company wouldn't come. East coast towing wasn't polite at all and suggested I call ACE towing simply because he didn't feel like coming . Ace towing quoted me 3 hours from 8:30 pm, there are to many rejections to list. Bobby came promptly within the time he stated even told me what could be wrong with my vehicle which I fixed the following day by myself in 15 mins. I price a shop could have easily quoted me 500 +. Driver of this truck jumped out in a wendy's drive thru like he wanted to fight because I honked at him. Lucky for him, he didn't walk up to my window because I had my 9 gripped. This psycho employee should be fired. Dude is gonna get himself hurt trying to be tough. 1/26 about 2:30pm.
Bobby took precious time out of his day to stop and pull my vehicle off a busy intersection and into a strip mall. .he knew AAA was going be delayed. Appreciate his kindness.
