Won’t ever use another towing company again. Towing services are typically stressful, chaotic, not timely, etc. Courtesy towing makes towing EASY! Great job to the team.

I got a flat tire out of nowhere and I was lucky enough to find Brandon at the gas station who was super kind and friendly about the situation. He told me about his work at Courtesy Equipment Transport and Towing, and was able to quickly gather the tools to help replace my flat tire with the spare. If it weren’t for Brandon who knows how long I would’ve been stuck out in the cold. I definitely recommend and will remember them again in case of future situations.

After dealing with the stress of having a car breaking down beyond financial repair, Courtesy Towing was a breath of fresh air. Both Scott and Josh were very conscientious and even suggested some options that I hadn’t thought of. Knowing that it would take two hours of travel time to get my car back home, I thought it would take at least a couple of days for them to fit me into their schedule however by noon the next day, my car was back at home at a very reasonable price. Great service at a competitive price. Owner offered options and recommendations on delivery method. Antique vehicle delivered on a roll-back from NC to a neighboring state. The responsiveness of Scott (owner) and Brandon (driver) was superb. My insurance company contracted with them to tow my car. There was an issue with them towing it to the body shop and I called to correct it within minutes of the driver leaving. The person who answered the phone was to get back to me, but did not do so in a timely manner. I waited about a half hour before following up and she said they wouldn’t be bringing my car back to me. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, she hung up on me and did not answer the phone when I called again. They may do great work as a tow company, but their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. My insurance company was able to contact them, but they continued to not answer the phone when I called to check on the status of my car. I would recommend you look elsewhere if you need a tow company that values customer satisfaction.

I had submitted a claim through my insurance company for a vehicle that wouldn't start. In less than 15 minutes of making the call, courtesy towing arrived. The service was excellent, and they even emailed me a copy of the battery diagnosis read out. I would recommend them to friends and family.

Called today for a tow after an accident. The driver who showed up (I’m sorry I forgot his name) offered to use a pry bag to pull the fender off the tire so the car would be drivable. As a result I was able to get the car home on my own rather than towing. I offered to pay for the service but he declined. All around this far surpassed any expectation!

The tow truck arrived 40 minutes earlier than anticipated. Because it was being towed to my dealer I didn't have to wait there, and when he arrived he called me with what he found was wrong. He was also very humorous and provided exceptional customer service. My drivers name was Scott and I would recommend him any day.

I run a humanitarian organization and was recently stranded with my commercial 26' box truck. My battery died, and I was stranded at a client's facility.
