I was very pleased with the service that I got from this salvage yard. I purchased a transmission for an older car and the manager himself drove me around the lot to hand pick the best one they had available. The transmission has now been running flawlessly for two weeks and I'm satisfied it'll be a good one. Would recommend to my friends and go back again in the future myself. Thanks y'all!
Called this business asking to see if they had a part gave them all the correct details of what I was asking for their walk to the computer and said yes we have it and I had to drive all the way there which was about 30 miles for me and when I got there not only did I have the part but they didn’t have the car

The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful, and even though he didn’t have exactly what I needed, he made sure to find somewhere else I could get it. Most places wouldn’t go that extra mile. Who has parts for a 92 Volvo 240 wagon? Price's does! Got to go out into the yard, picked up some bits and bobs, a spare tire and a set of wheels for the old Volvo. Thank you.
These people are idiots and they lack customer service skills. They brought me out a part I can buy brand new for $50 And tried to charge me $79. The part they brought out was worse than the part I had. I'll just buy it new. His response " well its not going to be new because the cars out here are weathered". Duh but I expect a part that at least looks decent especially for the price!! I told him from the beginning my part is weathered which was why I was there. So after waiting an hour they bring me out another weathered part? Makes no sense.
The customer service is terrible and they take forever to get the part out you might as well go to the junk Yard yourself and get it as they will charge you a astronomical price and not offer you the ability to return it. At least in the junkyard you can return the item
