I can’t recommend Oak City Towing and Recovery enough! Tony came to my home to give me a jumpstart and help with my battery, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived quickly, was extremely professional, and got the job done in no time. Not only was he efficient, but he was also incredibly kind, helpful, and took the time to make sure everything was in good shape before leaving. It’s rare to find such great service these days, but Tony truly went above and beyond. If you ever need roadside assistance, he’s the one to call! Thank you, Tony, for the outstanding service!
I hired this towing company just today to tow my car to my mechanic, he provided me the quote which was reasonable. The service was done faster unlike the others towing company that takes hours before arriving to you. My son's tire came off while he was driving. The studs were broken and he was on the side of the road. Everyone that I called was either too busy or didn't want to take the job in fear of doing more damage. Oak City Towing & Recovery (Tony) was there in 30 mins or less and he went above and beyond to get my son towed to the tire shop. He needed to lift the car bc the tire was underneath it but my son didn't have a jack so, he left and got a jack, came back and was able to tow him. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! I would give 10 stars if I could! I highly recommend them!!
My truck’s tire fell of my vehicle and truck ended in a ditch. Insurance companies were taking too long to send a tow. I called Oak City and he came within 30 minutes and pulled me out without a hassle. Definitely recommend !
my car clutch finally went out and need to get off the road asap. he got to my car in under 40 minutes after i called was really nice. will definitely call him again if needed.
Fast service. Much better than AAA by far. Arrived in 20 minutes from my call where AAA would have been a 2 1/2-3 hour wait. Will definitely call again if I need service.
