We had an issue with one of our cars last night. My husband called to arrange the tow. David was very professional and friendly. He was on a call, but told us that he would text us when he was on the way. Our wait wasn’t long at all, and he took care of our tow. I would definitely recommend this company! Kimball’s will be the only towing company we use! They were able to come out immediately to tow my car (with faulty brakes) to the mechanic of our choice. Great service. Car broke down on 64, searched for nearby towers and David was the first one that came up. He gave me a reasonable quote and had me out of there and to the nearest mechanic in no time. Hope I never have a need to call him again, but if I do I know I'll be in good hands.
