I took my son's 2012 Mazda 6 to I Fix Fords for an oil change today (first time going here based on recommendation from a friend). They did the oil change and gave the car a once-over check. Liz and the technician explained that the CV joints in the front were leaking grease and should be replaced sooner than later. The technician showed me pics he had taken of the two joints and leakage as well. Considering it's a 2012, I know this kind of stuff will come up so I approved the work to be done. They were very professional and honest, which is extremely appreciated when it comes to vehicle maintenance. Will definitely be bringing my family's vehicles here in the future.

I have a lot of my Ford Fusion work done at this location and they are reasonable and very professional. Staff very kind and polite.

Just had 4 EVT Solenoids and Front Hub assembly replaced in my 2016 5.0 F150. Great alternative to the Over priced and Over worked dealerships. They were very quick in diagnosing the issues and making the pairs. Only took a couple days not including the weekend but they were kind enough to give me a loaner car while my truck was down. Auto repairs are one of those things you get what you pay for and thier service was 💯. They've definitely earned my Trust and business.

I Fix Fords has worked on my cars for years. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the technicians have kept my husband’s 23-year-old truck running smoothly. They will tell it to you straight without adding any additional work or fluff charges. They also work on more than just Fords! Highly recommend them!

I brought my 2016 F-150 in for a diagnostic, alignment, and tire rotation. While the initial customer service interaction was pleasant, the overall experience was profoundly disappointing, resulting in wasted time, incomplete work, and a concerning lack of care for my vehicle. Incomplete and Uncommunicated Work After holding my truck for over 24 hours (for which they did provide a loaner), they only performed the diagnostic. When I called to follow up, they informed me they had not done the alignment or tire rotation—67% of the service I requested. They offered no apology or explanation, simply stating they were closing (at 3 PM, despite their online hours listing 5 PM) and going home. This forced me to rush to return the loaner during my workday. Hidden Practices and Lack of Transparency It was only after the work was incomplete that they revealed they contract out the alignment work. I was never informed of this upfront, which is a significant factor I would have considered had I known, as I could have likely found a less expensive contract service myself. Sloppy Work and Lack of Respect for the Vehicle The most shocking issue came after I returned home. When I opened the hood, I found my engine cover was not properly snapped into place; it was simply lying loose on top of the engine. This demonstrates a complete lack of care, attention to detail, and general respect for my vehicle. It confirms that the technicians put no love or even basic care into the work they did perform. Zero Accountability Despite the incomplete service and the clear neglect shown to my truck, I never received the courtesy of a follow-up call or an apology the following week. I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. This shop failed on basic communication, quality of work, and accountability.

I purchased a 2015 F150 for my son , we had some serious issues that came up that we couldn't handle , so contacted them , Spoke to Liz & Kenny. They recommend certain things & also I could do some other things now would be the time to do so. So we moved forward with all work suggestions. Truck is now back on rd & Son's happy to be back rolling.. Thxs again for the great work & service.

Kenny and his staff are very knowledgeable. He is patient and willing to discuss any customer concerns. High standards and quality workmanship make it a great experience. Definitely would recommend this business to someone in need of vehicle repairs.

My son took my truck for a diagnostic they quoted $4500 to repair sent it via email upon getting a second opinion we discovered the truck didn’t jump time but had bad manifold gaskets repaired at another shop for $400 in my opinion everyone should be mindful of this place. I had to give 1 star I would not have given that if it was not required

I brought my 1997 Mercury Grand Marquis in with a tough problem—a damaged spark plug hole that needed to be re-threaded. The team here did an excellent job diagnosing the issue and fixing it right the first time. They explained the repair clearly, kept me updated, and had the car ready on time. It’s not easy to find a shop that’s honest and knows how to handle older cars, but these guys delivered. Fair pricing, quality work, and great customer service. My Grand Marquis is running strong again—highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable repairs.

I had an issue with my 08 F350 and I gave them a call. Without hesitation, they came and picked up my truck with a rollback. They had the problem diagnosed by the following morning. Great customer service and extremely knowledgeable mechanics.

These guys are awesome! I brought in my dirtbike sway arm because I needed a bearing installed, and they totally went out of their way to get it done.

Two things in particular really stood out: 1️⃣ During the initial inspection of our truck, they believed the issue was something major—quoted at over $4,000. But after digging in, they discovered that wasn’t the case. And instead of moving forward with the expensive repair, they called us right away to let us know. A dishonest company easily could have taken advantage of the situation—but they didn’t. That level of honesty earned my full trust. 2️⃣ While they had our truck, they provided us with a FREE loaner vehicle. In today’s world, that kind of service is rare and truly appreciated! Honest, professional, and customer-focused. Highly recommend!

Outstanding service! I had a warning light on my 2016 Ford F150. Two Ford dealerships could not find the true cause of the problem. I Fix Fords found the problem and found other issues that the dealerships never disclosed. My truck now runs like it is brand new. Absolutely the best auto repair facilities I've used.

**An edit to my review- The owner called and was very nice. There was a miscommunication from the office to my husband and I about my car. I do believe it was an honest misunderstanding of what we were told versus what was going on. The owner apologized and explained what should have been communicated. I appreciated the explanation. *** I don’t normally write bad reviews but I was not impressed. I was recommended by a family member to take my car here for AC work, no other issues and no lights coming up either. Just had my oil changed and all levels checked less than 2 months ago. I drove my car to I Fix Fords and dropped it off. The following day, after I approved the diagnostic, I got a call and the lady told me that my engine was blown and my fans were also bad. My car has never once overheated, the temperature gauge is always in range, and my car has been running fine! The AC just wasn’t getting as cold and I wanted it looked at. I had my husband (who was a diesel mechanic in the military, just doesn’t work on AC) call and they told him the same thing along with coolant was going into my oil reservoir. The notes they sent to me said that, “ Upon visual inspection found coolant reservoir to be empty.” When we picked the car up, the coolant was not empty, it was low, but not empty and there was no coolant in the oil tank. We also drove the car home with no problems. Along with this, the contact after we said we would pick the car up (and not do what they suggested of a new motor and fans) was very short and brief. Along with no response to a text after I asked a question.

I have been bringing my vehicles here for general service and repair for years and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. They are extremely knowledgeable and very fair when repairs are required. As many of you know, having a trustworthy mechanic for your car, is an absolute necessity. I’ve been here 3-4 times now and they take great care of me and my lower mile 2001 F-150. Efficient, and great communicators! As long as I live in Harnett County, I will be bringing my truck(s) here.

It is hard to articulate how satisfied I am with Mike and his team at I Fix Ford's. But I will try. First thing, the service is outstanding! I've never been to a mechanic that provides loner cars. They gave my wife one twice for a week when her vehicle was being serviced at their shop. Second, I got to spend some time with Mike, the owner. In that time, I found out that he's a family man trying to run a reputable business. One that tries to go above and beyond. Third, Liz. I'm not quite sure what her title is. But she's the face you see when you walk through the door. Cordial, polite, focused, attentive. A blessing to a small company. Part of the backbone that makes things run fluidly. Fourth, I only got to meet one technician. And I can not remember his name at the moment. But I would be remiss if I left out his good work. I know that good people are hard to find nowadays. Mike speaks highly of his employees. Though I cannot remember your name, your work speaks for itself, sir. I thank you for your hard work, skill and knowledge! I guess simply put if you're looking for a good mechanic and a good shop with good people. You know where to go! Thanks Mike

DO NOT get service here. They used to be my preferred mechanic but recently the attitudes and quality of work have steeply declined. I asked for the owner but he was not in today and she didn't know when he would be back to talk with me and said was best to talk with her. The manager Liz is Rude, disrespectful and was yelling on phone when I was trying to talk with her. I have spent thousands of dollars here and recently had to get the manifold replaced due to the one they put on leaked, so they put a new one on. When picked up the car, it did not start, no lights on dash or nothing. Told Liz and she sent the mechanic out and he told me that they had to jump my vehicle every time they started it and to have a good weekend. Liz told me that they were fixing a warranty issue and not a repair, so they didn’t repair or check the problem. Liz also stated several times that I was just entitled. They could have said “Your car won’t start should we investigate?” but NOTHING was said. I guess wanting to know why my car won’t start after a repair was done, makes me an entitled person.

Staff is amazing and super knowledgeable. I've had them work on my Ford Transit work van as well as my Dodge Challenger Shaker. Prices are reasonable and all costs are presented to you up front. Communication is all via text for appointments, diagnostic information, payment approvals, repair status, etc. Quick and easy!! Permanent customer here and I'd give them 10 stars if I could!

I fix fords are simply the best. Long story short I needed a quick fix on a blown pinion seal. They got me in and fixed up in a day! I would have had to wait 2 weeks to get into my dealership service department only to get a runaround. From their customer service, top notch service, and overall great people to work with, Mike, and crew are the best in the area! I will be bringing my truck back to them from now on.

These guys rock. Fair prices and timely repairs. I have a gen 1 Raptor and they used brand new OEM Fox shocks on my repair. If you gotta Ford check them out.

Our experience with I Fix Fords has been particularly positive! We have been bringing them each of our trucks and even our personal cars over the course of the last couple of years for service and repairs. All work has been comprehensive, fairly priced and always completed when promised. Our highest recommendation for what they do with skill and fairness. They even saved us significant money over a local dealership who misdiagnosed an issue on a F450 diesel truck last year. We have changed vehicles in our ownership but will not give up our connection with I Fix Fords.

i have been coming here since i first bought my used ‘99 f 150 in 2015 and always received the best and correct recommendations and service! the loaner car and follow up phone calls are unheard of in this industry and yet i fix fords provides this! will never see anyone else! highly recommended! my truck continues to get me to work and runs pristine thanks to the mechanics over here, 300k plus miles and still going!

I had passed this place a few times over the last couple of weeks (not my usual route) and decided to stop in to see if they could fix my AC problem on my beloved 2003 Ford Expedition (w/+250K miles). I am glad I did!!! I had taken my Expedition to another shop who had improperly diagnosed the problem as a bad PCM (along w/ a $1800 repair estimate) in addition to their $200 diagnostic fee. So, instead I bought a refurbished PCM only to find out that it wasn’t the PCM after all. People make mistakes (including mine) but it was a tough lesson learned. Long story short - The folks at I Fix Fords & More quickly determined it was a bad cycle switch instead and fixed it in less than a 1/2 day. I was very impressed with the friendliness and expertise and they have earned my future business and referrals. Give them a try... Like me you’ll be glad you did!
